Everyone told me to get a day of coordinator and I never really realized how much I needed one until Trinity came around! WOW! We had a couple of phone calls and met with her once before the wedding, and she left no corner unturned! We went over everything and she brought up things I could never have thought of on my own. She is one of the most organized, proactive, yet genuine people I've met. I did not worry about one single thing my wedding day and that's because of Trinity and Trinity ONLY! She even took lead in organizing my other vendors and coordinating to help them do their best job. Trinity was hands down our most organized vendor and our best wedding decision. My only regret is that I didn't find hire her for full planning services. Thank you, Trinity, for everything! xoxo

I hired Trinity as my day-of wedding coordinator (really, it should be called MONTHS-of wedding coordinator) to help me tie up all the loose ends and plan the details of my Tavernier, FL beachside wedding. Living in Fort Lauderdale, it wasn't easy for my husband and I to find all of the last minute decor and finalize details because we do not live in the Keys. Trinity was a lifesaver for us. She is excellent at communication- text, phone call, email, everything! I felt like I was working with a friend! She is extremely personable which is great because hello- it's your wedding. You want vendors on your team who make you feel loved and special. If you're a bride like me and did not have a wedding planner, I HIGHLY recommend hiring Trinity as your wedding coordinator. I hired Trinity and her team to arrange a private dinner for me and my family while on vacation in Marathon. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience! Trinity was always responsive to my many questions leading up to the event and worked with the chef to adjust the menu to my family's likes and dislikes. Her team was punctual and over delivered on service. The food that the chef cooked was beyond delicious and was also presented beautifully. I would definitely recommend Keys Planning and Events to anyone looking for a professional and detail oriented experience!

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Keys Planning and Events. We realized when we chose the Keys for our destination wedding we would need a planner. We had a few interviews and decided Keys Planning was the best fit to give us our dream wedding! We went to Florida a few weeks after that decision. Trinity and Christina showed us several venues over two days. They gave honest feedback of all of the places (all are so gorgeous!). We went to hotels and houses. We decided to rent and stay at a large house and get married on site. They sent us many choice for vendors and offered honest feedback based on what we were looking for. We started having weekly or bimonthly calls based on our schedule. This is really important since we are in Colorado. It made us feel like things were always moving in a positive way. They help you set deadlines to make decisions and steer you in a great direction. They had budgeting spreadsheets for us that we were able to auto fill with all the costs. Once we got to wedding week, this is where the team shines! They were on top of all details and prompt that week. Do yourself a favor and make sure you also do their Day of Coordinating they offer. It was absolutely the best to have them greeting vendors and taking care of all details. It gave us the ability to get ready and visit with guests and family. They hustled that day and made sure everything was on point. It went perfectly and they helped us execute our dream wedding! They have so much wonderful decor as well to help you with decorating and achieving your vision! I want to thank Christina, Courtney and Trinity for all their hard work. Their knowledge is vast and they know the Keys! If you want to plan your dream wedding, Keys Planning and Events is your team. We consider them to be friends now and will stop in for a hello and hug when we visit again!

We hired Keys Planning and Events for Day of Coordination and decoration for our wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse. Throughout the last several months leading up to our wedding we worked closely with Christina to sort out the last minute details. We were planning our wedding from England and Christina always made herself ready and available to chat despite the time difference. Christina did a wonderful job coordinating our selected vendors and was so easy to work with. Our best man even coordinated a surprise for us with the help of Christina, which turned out lovely. She was amazing to work with and we were really thankful for all of her help. We weren't sure about hiring someone as we felt we could probably handle it ourselves but we are so thankful we decided to hire them. Christina made things very easy and free of any stress. On the day she made everyone feel very calm and did a great job setting everything up with little direction. Her personality is one of her strengths as a coordinator.
