I work with several of their team members during the Fall Festival weekend and they are always there to make sure everything is perfect! I contacted fun planners for a quote on a possible Halloween party 910/2019. I spoke to a young lady on the phone which was very polite and stated that someone would be sending me over a quote for hey small get together of about 25 children. And receive the quote of close to $6000 which immediately blew me away. I sent an email back to the representative of the company and she got very offensive immediately. She stated through one of their emails that they will be contacting the owner of the location where I was interested in having the party so that way they can tell them how aggressive I was being towards them. The reasoning behind then wanting to do that was because I told him that I wanted for them to resend me the invoice that they automatically canceled out. I told him that I would need it to compare to other quotes and they refused to send it to me. I believe that this company is overcharging homeowners and business owners As they stated to me during a conversation on the phone that they have sales people that have to get paid with commission. They also stated to me that they are not the lowest price company but they are definitely one of the highest. I would highly recommend to STAY AWAY from this company as you will get gouged and lied to. They are very aggressive and will do whatever it takes to get a job.
