I hired them as a day of planner for my wedding and I feel like they gave me so much more than just what a "Day of planner" should give. From the first time I walked into their beautiful downtown Ft. Lauderdale office and was greeted with such warmth I knew I was going to hire them. Ana spent the whole day with me on my wedding day just making sure I was happy and had no worries in the world. During the reception when we were having fun and dancing I would get sweaty and Ana and her wonderful assistant took me into the bathroom to refresh my hair and make up (they did that several times throughout the day). It was the little things they did behind the scenes that made the PERFECT DAY for me and my family. They treated me like family and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a perfect wedding, or any event for that matter. Planning a wedding was extremely hectic and stressful to us. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted, but the execution is everything. At first I was going to attempt to do the execution of this wedding on my own because it was a very small and intimate wedding. No way!!! As the months went by and our date got closer and closer and I was very behind on the planning. Nicollette and Fernanda, the event coordinators, saved us from wedding failure lol. I pride myself on being organized and very efficient, but I think I’d met my match. Ana and her team planned my 60th birthday party and it was a night to be remembered. There wasn't a detail that was missed! The entertainment was outstanding and the music was even better. The food was delicious and perfect! Our backyard was transformed into an outdoor night club with go-go girls dancing on platforms and belly dancers entertaining on top of the clear plexi-glass dance floor which covered the pool. The party could not have been better and, if we were to do it all over again, we would not have changed anything. The Event was a DREAM!!! Thank you Events by Vento!!

I hired Events By Vento Designs for my day of wedding coordination and I can honestly say that I could not have done it without them! Ana and Nicollette were extremely polished and professional and met with me several times to make sure that they understood my vision for the wedding and how I wanted things to run. Having never planned a wedding before, they provided me with past experiences and valuable expertise to help me put together the perfect day. They went above and beyond to help me with vendor recommendations and ensure that I was getting the best pricing possible. Several days before the wedding, forecasts were showing 80% chance of rain and they helped to call tent rentals and negotiate pricing and provide me with options and a good plan B if we needed it. At that point I was so stressed with the upcoming wedding that it was a huge weight off my shoulders to have them there to help out! Additionally, they called all the vendors the week of to make sure everything was ticked and tied with timelines and expectations. They were there for the vendor set up and ensured that everything looked the way I envisioned. As the bride, you don't get to see how things look until you walk down the aisle or arrive at the reception at the same time as your guests...it was so nice to know that myself, my mom, and my mother in law could enjoy the day knowing that someone else was taking care of everything and knew exactly what I wanted everything to look like. Long story short...they far exceeded my expectations and I could not have planned my wedding as perfectly without them. I can say without a doubt that they were the best money that I spent throughout my wedding planning process. Even my (now) husband, who at first didn't think we needed help, said they were AMAZING and was so glad that we had them. I would recommend them for any event planning needs that you have. You will be in good hands!

Our wedding was supposed to be in May of 2018, Ana helped us plan it. 2 months after we began working together my husband and I found out we were pregnant. Ana and Fernanda were so excited and helped us moved the ENTIRE wedding to January 19, 2019, a few months after the baby was born. They worked with the vendors we already had and recommended amazing vendors for the things we still needed. She negotiated on our behalf and was extremely hands on. Ana is very well known in the industry and CAN DO ANYTHING!! What is important too is that she stuck to our budget without sacrificing what we wanted. Our wedding day was perfect. Everything was handled professionally and I was not stressed about anything, which I hear is rare for a bride! Ana and Fernanda made sure we were happy and would do anything for us. They really became our friends through the process. We joke that we would have paid way more for everything they did for us! Even our guests were impressed about how hard they worked all night! Choosing Ana and the Events by Vento team as our “day of coordinator” was hands down the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. Throughout working with her for several months she was organized, creative, quick to respond, and patient. Although she was hired for the “day of,” Ana went above and beyond to make sure that every little detail of our wedding was perfect and taken care of. As the wedding approached, she was very helpful to create the perfect timeline, deciphering every detail of what we wanted to include in our day. She also coordinated with all of our vendors in advance and the timeline with them fell into place perfectly. It was such a pleasure to have Ana by our side all day with a smile on her face and to keep us calm! Several of our vendors and family/friends also noted how great Ana and Fernanda worked together to make our day go flawlessly. Ana and her team helped me in a pinch when event season arrived and I found myself without an in-house event coordinator. What I thought would simply be 'extra hands on deck' turned out to be something beyond my expectations. Together, we created what some have called the best signature event my organization has ever put on. Ana and Fernanda listened when I explained my goals and my messaging. They then jumped into action and came up with hundreds of different suggestions, some of which we infused into our event. The room looked wonderful, the program ran perfectly, our messaging was present throughout the event and the space, and most importantly - our guests were absolutely delighted. That first event led me to partner with Ana for a second event, which also received rave reviews from our guests. We are now working on our third event together and I am confident it's going to be a great one. The added benefit we've received from bringing on Ana and her team is that our staff is now able to spend each event engaging with guests, instead of running the event itself.
