When choosing an event planner, we didn't know what to expect. Rena was able to help us take all of our ideas and turn it into a cohesive vision. She took the time to get to know me and my husband, ensuring that we both were able to take part in the planning process. She is organized and transparent with constant updates, timelines and reminders. This made the whole planning process stress-free for our families and something we could actually enjoy doing together. We never doubted that Rena had our best interest at heart. If something wasn't exactly perfect, Rena took it upon herself to do what she needed to do to fix it. She was also a voice of reason when we had different opinions and needed to make final decisions about flowers, decor, etc. I was also able to be creative with her and she helped me come up with less traditional twists like suspended florals or velvet linens. During our wedding I didn't worry at all. Everything I was thinking, Rena had already done. Throughout this whole process she was always on her A-game (always a few steps ahead!), making her the best at what she does. It was an unbelievable feeling being able to just live in the moment the day of our wedding, rather than worrying if certain things were getting done. Rena exceeded all of our expectations and was able to turn our vision into a reality. She helped us choose the best vendors and worked endlessly to make sure that we got everything that we wanted and we plan on using her again (and again, and again!)

Event Lab is the most sought after Event coordination companies in Tampa and they have every reason to be! Not only are they cost effective but they handle anything from huge events to small events. Event Lab took my stress level from a 20 to a 0 within the first hour of taking control. They are completely hands on and think of everything, I mean everything! I am bit of a control freak and was still involved in the event process, I love how they were able to totally allow me to be as involved as I wanted to be in some aspects and completely hands off in others. Event Lab No.1 is for anyone who is planning an event who doesn't want to deal with the stress of the actual planning process. Rena and team allowed me to be as involved or not involved as I wanted to be in each step of planning. For example, in planning my wedding I wanted nothing to do with "paper". Event Lab No.1 stepped in and designed amazing invitations and a seating chart to DIE for! Event Lab provided the glitz and really set the tone for our latest event held on the 12th floor Altitude of the Intercontinental Hotel MSP airport. The linens they utilized made the room sparkle with the silver sequins, and the deep royal blue was just amazing. We planned a social event with Event Lab and worked with Lauren and Alex. Because of them...this event was the more incredible than I could have ever imagined. The decor was unbelievable both in terms of design, personalization and set up. The set up and execution of the space was brilliant — it maximized visual punch while completely nailing the objective, which was to create an active, engaging environment that was exciting, approachable and allowed the event participants to see everything going on no matter where they were. The expertise they brought to the planning and execution — things to think about to create the best possible experience (& things event hosts are not going to think about) was incredible. Their attention to detail at every step of the process was extreme and they didn’t miss a single trick. We had a very complicated event (many different vendors, vendors and a venue that hadn’t done this type of event before, lots of logistics that had to be coordinated together) and they planned and executed flawlessly- and made it so easy for me, the host, to enjoy my own party without having to sweat a single detail. In addition, it wasn’t a all or nothing approach. They can do everything soup to nuts, but they can also lead elements of the event if the party hosts needs to lead certain elements due to budget constraints. They are willing to flex their business model to meet client needs. Wow.
