Don’t even think of bringing your kids here. They never clean the place, the staff is very rude and forget about doing a party here. Worst customer service ever. My kids got very sick when they came, one got the flu and the other a really bad cold.

It's not cool de sac anymore... It's Cool Corner. I actually like this place better now. It's a bit more expensive than cool de sac. I guess that bc of the price less people/kids come, so kids have more space to play and it's not as packed as before. 5 stars for that. Although food is really expensive, I would only bring mi child once a month or every few months...

One of the best place to make your kid's parties. Decoration was beautiful , food is really good , staff was super friendly and attentive, kids were always doing some activities, the organization of the party was super organized from the beginning to the end, the place is clean and neat. Definitely, beside the parties, Cool Corner is a Super Cool place to go and have good time with friends while your kid's are playing around. I HIGHLY recommend Cool Corner.

Awful place.While entering the girl at reception told me that we have to pay 5 $ per adult but if we do not use it inside we can get it back when we leave.But when I leave they told me that they do not pay back.They are just cheaters.Plus inside play grounds are dirty,a few things to play.Do not go there.

Adults get charged admission. They don't tell you about needing socks but want to sell them afterwards. The management team needs some urgent training about customer service and how to run a business. I would love to speak with the owner of this place to explain my experience. I have been to this place twice and I will not come back. I don't recommend this place to anyone

This place is too sad. Has no attraction for children’s. I paid $ 14 for my child’s ticket and I had to ask a million times to the employee to pain my sons face. Is a boring place for kids , toddlers, children’s to come. For the price I paid, they should have more things for children’s to do. What they got is ; iPad for kids to play Play station Coloring pages That’s all. Never coming back.

Been to many different in door playground. This is the worse I ever been! They have the Easter egg hunt today and they don't provide enough egg for the kid!! And my son only got one and he was complaining that they don't have more!!! Also usually the adult doesn't need to pay but here is different !!! Also why is there offer iPad and video game for the kid??? And I won't come here anymore!!!!

Awful service. 2 waiters for 20 tables. Last time it took them 1 hour to get my drink order. Usually takes at least 20 minutes of you chasing down the waiters for them to notice you. They could fix it by hiring more waiters but they refuse to do so. It's fun for the kids, not so much for the adults.

Service is rude and horrible. Waited over half an hour for server to come to the table and take order. Then 45 minutes for the food to arrive then we never saw the server again. Most of the toys are for toddlers and the ones for big kids are either broke or missing.

It is in your best interest TO NOT COME HERE. I was literally reading the reviews the moment I got here. Of course, most of them were bad. The service is absolutely terrible. The food was terrible. Every order was wrong. The bread was stale. The kids waited FOREVER for the pizza that we canceled it. I work in a restaurant myself so I understand what customer service is, and they don’t have it. The stations weren’t as clean as I hoped. The people were barely watching over any of the children, thank god my family always has someone watching ours. As someone who has worked with food AND children. I am utterly disgusted. Don’t waste your time or money. Go somewhere else. Please.

This place keep children busy there is Lego area, tablet games painting area, video game, customs, playground. The Staff members are very friendly and pay attention constantly to the children, also the restroom is very clean and there is sanitizer in different areas of this place. You have to pay at entrance but you also receive a voucher that can be use at the restaurant. The food is ok the coffee is great. Your kids and wife can expend some time here while you go to gamble ;-).

Great place for kids and parents, it's like a way better and cleaner version of Chucky cheese. Food is pretty good, they serve wine and a good white sangria. But....the service is terrible, takes too long for anyone to take your food order and the waitress doesn't check on the tables, you have to hunt them down. Gratuity is included in the bill so that's probably why they don't care for good customer service.

Waitress was great, besides that it's not worth it! The girls that worked there were having the kids clean up the toys, as a game(the kids were actually doing the work they eventually had to do.). The girl at the counter was on her phone half the time. Place closes at 9 pm, by 8:15 TV's were turned off and there was no service at all! Not cheap! If my kids weren't having a good time I would've walked out. At the end of the night we walked out with the kids and no one checked our wrist bands. The concept is great, the kitchen and waitress awesome, the rest of the staff sucks! This place was called Cool de Sac, now Cool Corner. Should be called Closed Corner next!

We came today to meet friends. I came very low expectations from reading the reviews on here, and I was not disappointed. It was around 2pm and pretty much empty. My son and I paid for admission. It's was $16 for him and $5 for me. I've never paid admission to go to an indoor playground. If there were things for me to do there, and I decided to do them i.e. Rock climbing or a ropes course I would have no problem paying to do so. To pay a cover charge to sit down and watch my child play is a little excessive. If you have older kids, who like to play and be athletic this is not the place to go. They have a very tiny and dark playground for the kids to climb around on. Other than that it's video games that are hard to reset or not working (which is most of them. Only three were in working order out of ten or so), legos, iPads and a little play area for toddlers. There is also an art area where the kids can color with crayons or paint ceramics. The ceramics were just robots. Needless to say my son, who's seven was bored quickly. There's only so many times you can go down the same equipment over and over. He's not into coloring and isn't really into legos either, all of which can be done at home and for free. Very disappointed.

There were unattended children everywhere. One boy in particular followed my family everywhere which made us feel uneasy. I couldn't fathom letting my child (he appeared 5-7) follow a family around for an hour. Where were the parents? He followed us into the hidden climbing structure. Men and women were up there. That boy could get molested up there and no one would know. What a weird place. The toys were broken in the toddler area. They just need cleaned and new batteries. This place is not worth your money at all. Go to the park. Looks like adults go there to get drunk while there kids play unattended. I have called this place over 30 times to try to get my money back. I'll have to talk to my bank.

The cool corner was the best thing that ever happened to me. I had my baby party there yesterday and it was the best experience ever. The staff are very organized, clean and helpful.... all you have to do is show up and they Handel everything else..... Ask for Andrea she is the best.... it is very expensive but it is worth every penny.... I'll be back next year

So expensive! They make the adults pay admission and the food is extremely overpriced ($10 for an empanada, really?!) so we ended up eating somewhere else with better prices and not so "fast food". The playground is so basic, boring even and most of the activities they can just do at home ... so take my advice and don't throw your money away on this place, it's so not worth it!

Parking is a pain but the staff is wonderful!!! So many activities for all age groups. Drawing, legos, face painting, costumes, a baby area, indoor playground, video games and more all with a restaurant in the center. It's a great place.

Went to the place with friends and kids, ordered wine, in menu it says "Napa Valley" which is premium California wine and brought not Napa Valley wine with the same name as in the menu, bottle was already opened and inside was not Napa Valley, I think they pour cheap wine inside and cover it with cork, terrible taste, overpriced, 3 items fro the menu were not available, a complete disaster place!

Good food but the point is for the kids to have fun out of the sweltering heat. Mainly caters to toddlers. Video games and legos are available for older kids but they can do that at home. Owners might want to consider revamping a bit. Its been the same since they opened. Also, cleanliness has started deteriorating

I used to live around there and i signed up yearly membership for my boys. We used to go there almost everyday when they were 2 and 3. Everybody was so nice and friendly. Food is good and its clean place! I dont have this kind of place around me where you can sit down and eat not worrying about your kids leaving the facility. Most of the toys in the little kids area are broken or are missing pieces. I think its overprized since now adults also have to pay. They give you back $5 per adult to use in food whic forces you to eat something and their food is terrible. They need to improve the bigger kids area. My kids love to go and they enjoy so much this place. Their hamburgers are delicious. Everything is clean. Every weekend they have different activities, such as live stage shows, painting classes, among other). I also enjoy a lot this place because as a mom, I could have some time to relax with my friends while our children play around. The staff is very nice with the kids. I almost forget to write about party, this is the best party place, I had celebrated my daughters birthday party and they really did an excellent job. They have huge parking space behind the building, or also there is a valet parking near the entrance. Usually people writes reviews of their bad experiences, but I prefer to write the good things, because nothing is perfect and this is a great kids place and my children are happy there.

Horrible experience. Overpriced food, terrible service. Ordered a tots meal, the cheese served had mold on it and the chicken was not cooked. Additionally, it took over an hour for the food to arrive when the place was empty. To top it off, I asked to speak to a manager and the only manager there did not speak English and thus could not help us. Avoid this place at all costs in regards to the food. Kids had fun so that was a positive.

My sons had lot of fun but let’s be honest! Super small place with nothing to do. The price was fair, but we won’t go back again. Not even think of an annual pass. 2 of the 7 sections to play have video games? What??? I’m taking my son to a playground not to play with more videos or tv related. Then, was a birthday party when we were there! Too much noise. We did not tried the food. Place was clean and the attention of the people there nice too.

We came to celebrate my friend's daughters birthday and there were just 3 of us Moms but we chose the location because we came from across different parts of town. We ordered over-priced food and drinks for the kids and adults and when cake time came we were informed that we could not eat the cake we had brought due to their food policies. We apologized, but being that we had my friends daughter here, who was turning 5 with her friends, this was going to be a huge disappointment for her. We opted not to sing happy birthday, but just sneak out a piece for the table to share discretely. The waitress came immediately (as the place was nearly empty) to tell us we had to put it away immediately. We asked again if they could make an exception this once as we were not aware of the rules (they sell their own cake, and were losing money in their eyes) because taking our toddlers and the cake outside to the parking lot and singing was just more of a dangerous situation. The owner came and argued with us and we apologized again and agreed not to eat cake, but I still cannot understand the lack of understanding and caring to give my friends child a memorable birthday! This was a planned birthday party gone wrong but with better management, and a. It of understanding it could have been a very different experience. We were highly disappointed and would never recommend.
