My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the coordination and planning services provided by At Last. We didn't think we would need a planner until a few months prior to our wedding when we spoke with the event manager at our venue and decided it may be beneficial for us to hire someone. We found At Last on Wedding Wire and contacted them right away. We had a phone conversation with one of the Naples planners, Brianna, who gave us in depth information about At Last's services and helped us select the correct package for our day. We only hired At Last for the 'day of' planning, which isn't quite the best term for it considering Brianna was available to help way more often than just on the day of our wedding. Wedding planning is stressful, which is why we decided to have a month of wedding planner for our wedding. It was an easy decision to make, because we didn't want to worry about details or planning when we should be living in the moment, and we got exactly what we wanted... and more! Jaclyn was incredibly friendly and helpful and set us up with our planner Bri, who made my husband and I feel like we were her top priority. She was very detail oriented and wanted to make sure our day was special. Bri was great at communicating with not only us, but all of our vendors, which was a huge relief of stress for me. She was so thorough and made our wedding day perfect. My biggest stress was the little details, will this decoration piece go here or will this look good or who will do this or that. However, with At Last and Bri I was stress-free and enjoyed every detail of my special day, while living in the moment without a worry in the world. Let me start out by saying that I was beyond pleased with the work from At Last Wedding + Event Design. When I first signed up, Jaclyn was there to respond to my questions in a flash, and she even set me up with the most amazing florist when I thought I was going to give up on using real flowers. Then, I was set up with Katie as my day of coordinator- and boy, do I need to express how she was SO MUCH MORE than that! She was constantly there to respond to my frantic texts, or to make sure that I knew everything would be okay. She would check in with me to send me any reminders and to just express any ideas she may have had to make the day go smoother. Choosing to hire At Last was by far one of the best decisions I made while planning our wedding. Naturally I am a very detailed and organized person and run multiple projects and schedules at work every day. I was convinced I could do it all myself. About half way through the planning process, after quite a few nudges from friends and family I decided I would at least do some research on Day of Coordinators. At Last was the first and last vendor I reviewed. Speaking to Jaclyn put me at ease knowing I could trust her and her staff to be just as detailed and organized as I am, and they did not let me down. At our rehearsal and on the day of our wedding Jaclyn’s team members Amanda and Brianna had everything in its exact place and kept the entire event running smoothly. Jaclyn is so kind, calm and friendly! She is the best decision I made throughout our wedding planning. Honestly, without her, I'm not sure my wedding would have happened! We had an outdoor wedding, with no indoor back-up option, and of course awful weather the day of. Luckily, it all cleared up in time, and everything was great, but the weather still caused so much chaos and drama that no one could have figured out without Jaclyn's help. One example - our DJ didn't protect his equipment from the weather before the wedding, and ended up just leaving before anything started. Jaclyn found a new DJ, DURING our ceremony, and he was there and set up by dinner! And we didn't know about it until after the wedding! She kept us calm, never bothered us with the issues or drama of the day, and made sure everything still fit our vision. It was nothing what we had planned (from set up and decor, to vendors), but somehow Jaclyn still made it absolutely PERFECT! It was beautiful, and we wouldn't change anything about our day. At Last was probably the best choice I made (after my choice in husband) for my wedding. I did their "month of" coordinating option and it was wonderful. My coordinator was always a text away if I needed anything in that last hectic month of planning, asked me questions I didn't even think about and made sure everything was exactly the way I liked it. If anything went wrong on the big day, I didn't know about it. She made sure any last minute adjustments to the guest count were considered for the vendors, did some set up and tear down and packed everything into cars at the end of the night. I gave Bri tips for all the vendors before the ceremony and she made sure the vendors got them at the end of the night so there was so need for me to worry about anything at all the entire night. Their prices may seem a little steep, but it is totally worth every penny. I almost want to plan another event to hire At Last again! I completely recommend this service to anyone in Central Florida!

Our wedding was the Saturday after Hurricane Matthew. Needless to say, the week leading up to our wedding was extremely stressful. Jaclyn had already done an amazing job up to this point -- confirming all our vendors, putting together an awesome and detailed timeline, and providing advice throughout the whole wedding-planning process. However, once it became clear that the hurricane was going to have a huge impact on the wedding, Jaclyn became even more indispensible. During the days leading up to the wedding, Jaclyn checked in with us and all our vendors and kept on top of everything to make sure that everyone was on the same page and had the most up-to-date information to be able to make any changes necessary. Due to the weather, we ended up with around 40 less guests than expected. Jaclyn worked seamlessly with us and all of the vendors to make sure that our wedding was just as we imagined it, even with this huge, unexpected weather issue. The morning of the wedding, Jaclyn re-arranged our floor plan to make sure that the room looked both full and just as we originally imagined it. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, including making a last minute shopping trip to get a fancy hanger for dress photos. She did all of this on top of taking care of every other small detail, from making sure our ceremony ran perfectly (despite our rehearsal being cancelled since it was supposed to take place in the middle of the storm), to packing up all of our keepsakes at the end of the night. I don't just recommend that every couple hire Jaclyn, I would scream it from the rooftops if I could. She was a lifesaver, and helped both keep me calm (nearly impossible) and make our wedding day perfect, despite a huge hurricane.

Jaclyn is a godsend. She was so much more than my "day of coordinator". I planned my wedding from across the country for nearly two years and three time zones, but it never felt like Jaclyn was that far away. She is extremely responsive, practical whenever you need advice for literally anything related to your wedding, and lovely to work with. As for the day of the wedding, my husband and I had a wedding party of people who weren't necessarily wedding-savvy and not the easiest to wrangle throughout the evening. I was very hesitant with spending money on a wedding planner since it was an additional cost on top of an already expensive wedding, but I am so glad that I did. I relied on vendor recommendations hiring Jaclyn + At Last. My photographer and videographer both loved her from previous weddings. Remember a wedding coordinator’s job is to run your day. All vendors (plus your venue) must lean on and look to her calling the shots. Your family and friends want your wedding to be perfect. Jaclyn has a vested interest in turning that dream into a reality. Let her tell you how to be classy and when to be yourself. Share your vision and let her suggest enhancements to create it. You should like her, more importantly trust her professionalism. Jaclyn’s attention-to-detail is outstanding. Her lists are long, and follow up aggressive. Wedding day resembles herding cats; her personality moves the masses exactly where they need to go. She’ll be near the whole day. Most of the time you don’t realize she is there. You see pictures after and know she had your hair accessories plus bustle in check by the minute in addition to organizing every other body involved. She stands up for your last minute requests and gets things done. Hind site you realize your wedding would’ve been messy without her experience. There really is no easy way to get through a wedding; let the right person help. It’ll make your day unforgettable!

She sent monthly checklists, coordinated timing and payments with all the vendors, drafted our wedding timeline perfectly, and handled all communication with the vendors prior to the wedding. I can’t say enough kind words about At Last Weddings + Events. From the moment I hired them for Day- Of Coordination Services, I knew I was in great hands. As a bride on a budget, I wanted to avoid unnecessary expenses, but let me tell you, these ladies were worth their weight in gold. Throughout my entire engagement, Jaclyn and Katie were there for me, to answer any questions about vendors, decor, and day- of flow that I had. Even when I changed my wedding date and venue, they were flexible and accommodating. On the day of, Katie and Amanda made sure everything ran smoothly, even when we had to move to Plan B when the rain wouldn’t let us have the ceremony/ reception outside as planned. I am the pickiest person in general, so knowing that my Wedding was coming up “December 17, 2016” the most Important day of my life, the day I had been waiting for, I was anxious. I wanted to make sure everything was beyond PERFECT from the beginning to the end. I use Wedding Wire to browse around for coordinators, I met with three of them and I felt disappointed. I keep doing my research like YOU are today and I could say I didn’t personally meet with Jaclyn Fraser at the time, but from day number one she makes me feel I have found someone! What a relieve, right! Jaclyn Fraser sent me an email, and we had a phone conversation, she explained everything in details, I notice how organized she was and with everything she included in her package “Day off” I was SOLD. Months went by and everything went exactly how she told me from day one. I received a checklist every other month, which help me to keep track on every step I needed to make. Weeks before my wedding we met I told her and show her everything, I ask myself how can she possibly understand me, but she seems a person I can TRUST and COUNT on it. Of course with so much stress I was so worried and emotional, Jaclyn was able to calm me down, and gave me HOPE! My Ceremony was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! Everyone LOVE IT! The “Day of” the WEDDING!!!! Being a client of Jaclyn's gave us access to a world class vendor list, incredibly helpful wedding prep checklists, and access to Jaclyn. Even though she was a "day of" coordinator, Jaclyn was in touch with me throughout the entire wedding planning process, answering questions, giving suggestions, and just making sure I was sane. In the last 2 weeks of wedding planning a couple of fires started that Jaclyn extinguished quickly and efficiently. I can not express how adept Jaclyn is at what she does. She makes wedding planning seem like an artform..which I guess it actually is! Jaclyn is a PERFECTIONIST too which I just adore. Even in the last seconds before I walked down the aisle, she was checking lipstick, straightening my dress, making sure not a single hair was out of place--and you betcha she did it for everyone else, too! Hiring Jaclyn for month-of coordination until the completion of the event, was THE BEST decision I made for my wedding. She handled the cultural differences of our wedding like a true professional, and trust me the personalities were not easy! My family raved about her the next day after the event, and they told me stories of issues that arose and how skillfully she handled them. What's the best part? I HAD NO CLUE! As far as I knew our wedding was perfectly fluid and magical. Everything went off without a hitch. I was on a tight budget, but she was worth EVERY penny. By the way, I just got the full deposit from the venue in the mail (thanks to her). My close friend is an AMAZING wedding planner, and she couldn't take on our wedding because she was scheduled to give birth near our wedding date, so I asked her who she would have as her wedding coordinator: she recommended Jaclyn from At Last Weddings. I cant thank Jaclyn enough for her her kindness, efficiency, professionalism, responsiveness, ability to adapt, attention to detail, problem solving ability, organization, thoroughness, open and honest feedback, etc. Keep in mind, I'm in marketing, I do events for a living, I know what goes into a successful event, and the minute I went through the handover with Jaclyn I knew I could rest easy. In a crazy turn of events, I had to have emergency surgery 2 days before the wedding. Hiring Jaclyn meant that I had the peace of mind not having any last minute items to worry about, because she had it covered. Again, I CANNOT thank her enough. There's no point in doing all that work and not enjoying your big day. Thanks to Jaclyn and her team to making our day as magical as we dreamed it would be. One more thing: when you're planning a wedding, you will ask people for their opinions, and people (trying to be supportive) might not give you their true opinion. They might say "sure, but it's about what you want". This is very unhelpful, when you are sorting through a myriad of options and inspiration on pinterest, you need an honest sounding board to help you narrow down your ideas, or think through the logistics (I had some DIY projects for the BIG day), anyway, Jaclyn was a life saving resource as I navigated the crazy experience that is wedding planning.

We used At Last Weddings + Event Design for day of coordination for our wedding. They went above and beyond and truly made the process so organized and easy. Katie stayed in contact with our vendors and sent super helpful checklists each month to ensure I stayed on track (and even helpful checklists and info for after the wedding). Day of went so smoothly, not one thing went off track or off timing, and truly ended up perfect. I would absolutely recommend At Last Weddings to all!

I went back and forth about whether or not I needed any type of assistance with planning or coordinating my destination wedding, but after talking to Jaclyn over the phone, I was convinced At Last Wedding + Event Design would, at the very least, help me stay organized. Well, they did SO much more than that. If I could do it all again, I would choose At Last ten times over. I ended up choosing to have a day of coordinator, but At Last provides so much more than that. Jaclyn was available from the day I booked until my wedding day (which was about 2 years total). She sent monthly checklists to keep me on track with the planning process, she answered any and all questions, and she was quick to respond when I needed her most. About a month from the wedding, I was introduced to my day-of coordinator, Jen. I can't even begin to think about what I would have done without her. She was simply AMAZING! Because I was planning a wedding from out of state, Jen was able to meet virtually to go over all of my wedding details, and kept me on my feet in the last few weeks before the wedding. She organized an extensive timeline for the day of the wedding, and thought of details I had not even considered before. Any random questions I had at the last minute, Jen took care of them. On the day of the wedding, I can't even tell you how STRESS-FREE the whole experience was. I literally just had to show up. Jen and Amanda B. took care of EVERYTHING, and if anything did go wrong, I never knew about it because they were on top of it. Jen checked on me several times throughout the day just to ask "how are you? how are you feeling? is there anything I can get you?" Not once did she come to me with any stressful questions. She truly made sure I had the best day ever, from beginning to end. At the end of the evening, my husband, family, and myself were all able to leave the venue without a single thing to worry about. Jen and Amanda packed up all of our belongings and we were ready to roll out as soon as the last song ended. That in itself was worth it's weight in gold. And it did not even end there. Jen followed up immediately the next day to make sure I was good to go and to provide me with any further assistance when it came to changing my name, wrapping things up, etc. If you are at all on the fence about hiring At Last, JUST DO IT! We had Jaclyn as our day-of coordinator and we wished we had her as our wedding planner from the beginning. From our initial meeting to last, Jaclyn was on top of everything! She is organized, helpful, professional, and a true expert in her field. Whenever I had a question, she was always prompt with a helpful response. Our wedding reception was totally stress free for us and everything was set up beautifully! My family also said our coordinator and assistant did a wonderful job and that they were a good investment. Planning a wedding in Orlando from Canada was definitely not easy, but having the monthly checklists made it so much easier. Month of, Bri stepped in and took over everything for me! All I had to do was answer her questions and she took over contacting all vendors and getting everything organized. On our wedding day Bri and Sasha set everything up, and made everything look absolutely perfect. They made sure everyone knew exactly where to be and what to do at all times! If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, book with At Last. You will not regret it! Leading up to the wedding Jaclyn was readily available whenever we had questions, provided feedback on decoration/vendors, and kept us on track each month. Her checklists and quick responses to our texts and emails were so beyond helpful. The in-depth timeline she provided for the wedding day was a life saver. I can't even begin to explain or find the right words to express how AMAZING she and her team are at their specialty. Jaclyn was by my side for the entire 12 months leading up to my wedding. She was always available whenever I ran into any issues during the entire planning process and would return all emails within hours. She made sure I wasn't stressed out and whenever I did feel like I was, she was quick to calm my worries. I received monthly checklists from her which were an absolute lifesaver since I had never planned such a large event like a wedding.
