Hiring Cody for my wedding day-of coordinating and set-up was the best thing I could have done. Even though we didn’t meet face-to-face until the day, we spent plenty of time talking on the phone, emailing, and even texting (last minute weather crisis day before). I 100% trusted her judgement, decisions, and opinions when it came to my set-up. Even though we got married in Chester County, PA, she was willing to travel. In addition to her professional attitude and overall sweet and helpful outlook, she had to put up with a Type A, obsessively organized bride! I shared a Google Doc with her of all the things that had to get done on the day of, where I wanted things, and descriptions of what my vision entailed, down to how I wanted the cocktail tables set up. Cody never batted an eye (even though many of my friends and family called me slightly insane), and she wasn’t offended that I was so hands-on, even though I wasn’t going to be the one setting up. The Thursday before my Saturday weather, the weather really decided to get nasty and wet, so I ended up texting her at 7:30 in the morning freaking out about not having an indoor ceremony decor plan. Not only did she send me screenshots of stuff she thought I might like/buy/make, but as it turned out, she Amazon primed all the materials to her house and built a ceremony backdrop that I loved, including twinkling lights! My DJ also provided a day-of coordinator, and there weren’t any “power struggles” (that I’m aware of!) like you hear if you hire your own vendors. Cody did a phenomenal job setting up everything in the span of time she had. I’m so grateful I found her and decide to contract her services! Contact her now - her services were so affordable, and she had different "packages" to help us stay in budget!

Cody did a great job! I didn’t have a long time to plan a wedding reception. I asked for table covers, plates, silverware, glasses and servers. In know time everything was set up just like promised. After the night everything was taken down in the same professional manner. I would use her again anytime for any kind of event.

My sister hired McHale Event Planning for assistance planning my baby shower. Codi was there to help with as much as she needed and did a great job helping her to be stress free. My sister gave Codi the details on my vision for the shower and Codi took the reins and turned it into a reality. Every detail was perfect and the cake turned out amazing. Codi was very responsive and kept in touch with her throughout the whole planning process. My shower was everything I could have asked for and more and I will definitely be using them in the future.

They went over all the details with me and took into consideration all my concerns with the music and making sure the night flowed the way that we wanted it to. We used McHale Event Planning as our DJ for a Beef and Beer. Prices were very reasonable. The DJ Justin was absolutely awesome. He was right on time and super polite. The selection of music was just right, Justin asked what kind of music we wanted and I was unsure beings that everyone likes different styles. But he knew exactly what to play to make everyone enjoy themselves. When it came time for picking winners for the Chinese Auctions and all other prizes, he went right to it on the Microphone no questions asked. All in All they are AWESOME! HIGHLY Recommended!!

I have tried numerous attempts of contacting McHale Event Planning for the planning of my upcoming nuptials in 2019 and what would be the events prior to our wedding only to not hear back at all from anyone. I’ve filled out the contact info from the website, (twice), emailed, (twice) and called/left messages (4 times) in the past 20 days. I have moved on to another event planning company at this point in time so I can’t comment on any personal 1:1 experience but obviously this isn’t a good start. Seeing that they are a very new couple trying to start a business venture maybe they should tweak a few things before this happens to someone else.

My husband and I are so beyond thankful that we had Cody McHale as our wedding day of event coordinator. I do not know where to begin... Cody is amazing! Even before our wedding day, Cody was responsive, helpful and even eager to answer all of our questions. Our wedding was in late October and it was unseasonably cold and rainy. Cody stood out in the cold, wet weather and helped me and the entire bridal party throughout the whole photography process. Prior to our ceremony, I left Cody all of the decor and put her in charge of decorating as she saw fit and the venue looked lovely (once I get my pictures back, I can add them). She went far above and beyond to make sure everything went as perfectly as humanly possible and truly exceeded all of our expectations. We had our reception at a venue that is newer to the wedding industry and thanks to Cody, everything ran so smoothly. Using McHale Event Planning was one of the BEST decisions we made throughout the entire planning process. I would recommend Cody to every couple who wants a stress-free wedding day. Lastly, McHale Event Planning has fantastic prices for their invaluable services. Thank you McHale Event Planning for making our day extra special!

I would like to give a huge Thank You to McHale Event Planning. On June 30,2018 I walked into to the most beautiful baby shower. I told Codi my vision, which was glamour meets Dinosaurs. Now how does one make those two look glamourous? Well she did it. From my mommy Dino cake with the cutest cupcakes, I have ever seen., to the custom built Dino figures and leaves for my centerpieces. And don’t forget my amazing twinkling backdrop draped with leaves to make it look like the jungle. But the glamour came in with touches of gold everywhere. From my maternity photos gorgeously displayed, to my mimosa bar( which everyone enjoyed, except me because I was pregnant). Codi listened to my vision, she saw what I wanted and took off with her professional creativity and rocked it!!! I have since had my precious little boy, and I am already so excited for Aidens first birthday party! I can wait to plan with Codi and her company again!! :)

I worked with Cody at McHale Event Planning to assist in obtaining chairs & an arch for my June wedding on the beach. I had a very sticky budget but Cody was able to get me exactly what I was looking for and more. They're very responsive and really take the time to provide quality products.
