I was really looking forward to hiring this planner & when we were supposed to schedule a time to meet & sign the contract she then said she wouldn’t be able to provide me with the level of service and attention my wedding deserves. I get it, but don’t waste my time emailing me for a month then ask to set up a meeting to sign the contract just to tell me my wedding will be “too much for you” when I try to set up a meeting. I would’ve much rather spent that month communicating with a planner who was actually interested in booking my wedding.

We contacted Julie at the last minute and thankfully she was available. Our special day wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without her help and direction. In the little time we had with her, she made sure everything went smooth. We can’t imagine what she could do with a wedding venue if she had more than a month to plan. Everything was perfect and we are forever grateful and thankful for all of her expertise and professionalism. A true lifesaver!

Julie coordinated our fall wedding and I was so glad to have her there. I wanted to hire a wedding coordinator so that I, and my parents, did not have to worry about any crisis the day of the wedding. My day went so smoothly! Julie worked well with all of my vendors to ensure that the whole day went off on time and without a hitch. My mother was especially thankful to have Julie close at hand with her emergency kit. I was glad that at the end of the night I could just walk away and know that Julie had everything under control with break down, ensuring all the gifts, supplies, and extra favors made it home safe. On top of it all Julie is very relaxed and has an awesome, positive attitude which makes her very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Julie to another bride!

Julie served as my daughter's wedding coordinator on the day of her marriage. She was available yet unobtrusive at the reception. We had a minor mix-up with the seating chart and Julie totally took over resolving the issue so that the bride's Dad and I could enjoy the reception. At the end of the night, she packed up all the pictures, slide show, gifts, etc and loaded our car. We did not have to do a thing. She kept everything running smoothly. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone who needs an event coordinator.

Julie was an absolutely brilliant and wonderful coordinator! We only held our ceremony at Milburn Orchards (and thus used Julie's services), but she went above and beyond with helping us answer any questions, concerns, and she had some pretty radical suggestions for things that we were unsure of or didn't know about, too. She was such a great guide for us, considering we were otherwise planning alone. Even for our reception or other parts of the wedding she was not planning for us, she was always quick with a knowledgeable repertoire of possibilities for this or that, and anything she told us about (and we then tried) was amazing. Super Personable and hilarious, she made my day (and all of the stressful months leading up to it) as calm and fun as possible. You get that instant feeling of trust with her. 11/10. <3
