Where do I start? Chelsea is an incredible human and a phenomenal wedding planner. Every detail, every request, every email, executed on with perfection and with extremely good vibes throughout the year-long process. Chelsea planned our wedding at Hasbrouck House upstate - we wanted a garden party wedding and an entire weekend full of festivities (Friday pig roast, outdoor movie, bonfire, taco truck, brunch) and we got everything we wanted and more! All we ever had to do was tell Chelsea what we wanted or show her a photo of our vision and it was done. And she did all of this while staying in budget. Her knowledge, resources, responsiveness and just overall demeanor made our year of planning seamless and fun! And on the day of the wedding, everything was perfect. Everything was on time, everyone was taken care of, my dress (which was wrinkly and silk) was magically un-wrinkled by this woman! It was the most magical weekend of our lives. No matter what wedding you want or what budget you have, this woman will do it for you. Chelsea is the BEST decision we made (after deciding to get married).

Choosing vendor partners for a couple's wedding day is INCREDIBLY important. I have had the pleasure of working with Chelsea Suddes from Pearl Weddings & Events at a recent wedding. Chelsea and her team partner with professionals to bring a couple's day to life. When she is brought on the planning team, she sits down with the couple for their first consultation that lasts 2 hours (at least) to discuss; their wedding vision, expectations, wants, needs, budget, design and what is important to them and their wedding day. While having these discussions, she learns a lot about the couple’s personality as well. From there, she comes up with a carefully curated list of professionals that will fit the couple’s desires. The couple chooses the vendor they feel most connected with and we discuss this in another meeting prior to her reaching out for vendors availability. She stays very involved in the entire process to help her keep a good understanding of the couple’s needs and the vendors needs throughout the process. (i.e. if the DJ needs an extra chair, I will make sure the DJ has that chair on the day of their wedding. Or if the florist gets a phone call for a special request to auction off all the centerpieces, she makes sure the MC and DJ knows to do that!). She works to be the glue for the team and to make sure each vendor partner has everything they need to give their top performance because at the end of the day, we are all working for the same end goal - A HAPPY COUPLE! :) HIGHLY Recommended!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin....I hired Chelsea during the planning of my Outer Banks destination wedding. She came over and we decided I needed someone as my “Day of coordinator” and also someone to help with our wedding website, invitations and some other details. I was trying to plan the wedding, finish my masters degree & we also have a 3 year old. Chelsea came to our house & she witnessed the chaos that is our daily life, but she somehow managed to make me feel at ease. She flew down to our wedding on a Thursday, picked up flowers, wedding cake & our welcome dinner before heading to our home on the 4x4 beach of Corolla. As soon as I saw her face & felt her calming presence I knew everything was completely under control. On the morning of our wedding I was walking into the salon and I see Chelsea. Chelsea had come to the salon with flowers she had picked up because I had mentioned wanting baby’s breath for the flower girls hair. She also asked me if I wanted her to pick up citronella candles for our outside reception. I was completely shocked & taken back by these two things. She went out of her way to stop at the salon & to again reassure me everything was going to be perfect. I can honestly say Chelsea was our best wedding investment we decided to make. I NEVER would have survived the day of the wedding without her. She made sure everything was right and she did it with true sincerity. She is such a beautiful person & any bride would be honored to have her as a wedding planner because I know I was. I will forever be grateful for every little thing Chelsea did to make our dream wedding a reality.

Our wedding was two weeks ago and we are still coming down off the high of such a wonderful weekend. Chelsea was truly a delight to work with and I would recommend her to anyone! My husband and I live in Amsterdam, and planning our wedding from thousands of miles away was a daunting task. Chelsea expertly managed all of the vendors and detail of the day, approaching everything with charm and enthusiasm. While she was awesome the entire time, she really blew us away the days leading up to the wedding. She took care of EVERYTHING, got her hands dirty and ran around (literally) in order to make our dreams come true. It wouldn't have been the same event without her - we are forever grateful!!

At our initial meeting, it only took about ten minutes for us to decide that Chelsea was the perfect partner for us to help plan our wedding day. This realization was reinforced during every step of the process. From the beginning, she focused on learning about us and what we wanted for our wedding day, and she reinforced our dreams in every conversation and every idea that she brought to the table. We really appreciated her ability to kindly but firmly guide us in the right direction through the choices we had to make along the way, from vendors to how we were using our space to recommendations and implementation of our design elements. She was so supportive and a great listener to everyone who helped pull wedding together (even our 10 year old niece!) Thanks so much for being on our team, Chelsea. We’ll never forget everything you did to make our wedding the happiest day of our lives.

Chelsea is absolutely incredible. Everyone told us don’t stress about the little things, your wedding day won’t go as exactly as you planned, etc. but literally everything went perfectly, just as we had planned (with Chelsea’s help), and was even exactly on time! It was all thanks to Chelsea and her work with our vendors. We are endlessly grateful for her and everything she did to go above and beyond so that we could have the absolute perfect wedding day (and even perfect rehearsal). She spent the time to catch up on all of our ideas, details, and everything that mattered to us. She does all of the big things, but she also pays attention to every single tiny detail. Her design visions and ideas are absolutely gorgeous and she even brought her own candles to add a few more touches in our venue. We will never know the full extent of everything that she did for us because she truly just takes care of it for you. We cannot say enough good things about her and Pearl Weddings.

Working with Chelsea was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding. She has the best personality and was always so patient and helpful. Three days before my wedding, there was rain in forecast, and Chelsea found the most perfect tent decor, coordinating everything last-minute. She went above and beyond every expectation. I HIGHLY recommend her—she is amazing!!!
