Wow. I have been trying to write this review for a few days now, but know what I write won't do justice to how amazing Kristen and Kacie where on our wedding day.
A little context: I planned about 80% of the wedding prior to realizing we would need a day of coordinator at our venue. We were married on a working apple orchard with a hard cider tasting room. Everything had to brought in, accounted for and planned. Every. Detail.
It took me months to find Kristen, and it was worth the wait. So many planners have "set pricing and packages". What I needed was unique since I had done so much prior to contacting the planner. Once I contacted Kristen, I knew I met my match.
I was transparent with our budget and what we needed, and Kristen made it work. I cannot thank her enough for her honesty, and transparency with what we could do with her assistance and how to supplement without breaking the bank. Ex: Hiring one of her assistants, Kacie to take over for her for during our after party.
Kacie, was a gem. She was SO attentive in making sure me and my husband had drinks and food, were happy, and things were moving smoothly.
Kristen, was the best investment we made during our wedding. If you are still reading this and are not sure if you should hire her, do it! No wedding size, venue, budget is out of her scope of business. I cannot stop ranting and raving about how you need to hire her. We both cannot imagine our day without her (and Kacie).
The best was the compliments from wedding guests at how smoothly the day went. Our wedding was different than nearly all others our guests had attended. Lots of moving parts, lots of traditions thrown out the window. Yet, it worked perfectly because she managed it.
