Emma of betrothed was truly WONDERFUL to work with. Friendly, organized, and extremely capable. We enrolled her services just a few weeks before our wedding when we realized we needed a day-of coordinator for our outdoor ceremony. She was immediately available by phone and met with my fiancé and me a few days later to discuss our plans. She was impressively organized while also easy going. She followed up with all of our vendors to ensure everything was ready and responded quickly to our email questions (we didn't have urgent questions that required phone or texting but I'm sure she would have responded really quickly to those as well). We had a ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding and our family members were really impressed with Emma. Her friendly nature put everyone at ease and we all left the rehearsal knowing that the ceremony would run totally smoothly. Which it did! She even did extra tasks that made our lives so much easier like bring and remove potted palms with which we decorated the area of the park where we got married. I would highly recommend betrothed to any couple looking for help planning, organizing, or carrying out any aspect of their wedding!
