If you are deciding between wedding planners, I can't imagine you could find better than Sarah and Meredith. If you are deciding whether to get a wedding planner, I would wholeheartedly endorse your doing it!!!There is no better way to assure that the day goes flawlessly, your experience is unique and personal, you save yourself time, you get the right vendors and you enjoy the whole process because you are not mired down in the details. The fees are more than justified by the time saved, their understanding of cost and who to use, their contract negotiations and making sure you remain on your budget. My daughters wedding was flawless and I never had to worry once (except for the weather) and somehow they also gave us that!!

Sarah and her Polished team were absolutely amazing. I can remember sitting down with Sarah for the first time and talking about our hopes and dreams for the wedding- they were able to create the most perfect wedding for us...even better than we could have ever hoped! Every detail was perfect- from the paper, to the Rolls Royce her team search for high and low, to the day of coordination and quick thinking when it started pouring rain. A Polished Plan is professional, energetic, and a joy to work with and I don't know how anyone plans a wedding without Sarah and her team by their side. I was skeptical about hiring a wedding planner at first not knowing if it was worth the money or not. I can now say that hiring Sarah as our wedding planner was the BEST money we spent on our wedding! My fiancé and I both have very intense, time consuming jobs and Sarah took so much stress off my plate during the planning process. I had a pretty strong vision for what I wanted on my wedding day and Sarah helped bring everything to life flawlessly. She is creative, has amazing taste and knows how to manage logistics and execute a plan. She's also super sweet and fun to work with. Love you Sarah!!

Sarah is the absolute BEST! We got married this past June and had a tented wedding reception in my parents backyard. There were so many moving pieces involved in a tented reception and so many vendors to coordinate with and Sarah handled everything with ease. She was always available for questions and meetings and was always consistent and brought a calm energy to every situation. We held our ceremony in a church 20 minutes away and she handled all the transportation coordination so that we never had to worry about a thing day of. Hiring her to be there day of was the best decision we made for our wedding! She has a great ability to understand your vision and help bring it to life. She was also able to introduce us to vendors we wouldn't have found otherwise all of which we loved working with. Both Sarah and Meredith really made the whole process so much fun and brought so much ease to both me and my family!

By far the best vendor of our entire wedding experience! Working with Sarah was the best decision we made throughout our entire process. She was so detail oriented and organized, and made our planning journey so much less stressful. Because of her depth of experience, she was able to direct us to lots of other vendors with a solid reputation and they all delivered. One of the many risks I decided to take while planning the type of wedding I had, was choosing a non-traditional band (they are not a wedding band), that is a great cover band from Savannah, GA. I saw them while I was visiting Savannah the year prior and thought they were so much fun. I told Sarah I would love to see if they could come up and play since I didn't love a lot of the typical wedding bands out there, and this cover band I liked was a lot more my style, but also much less expensive! Sarah was very supportive and encouraging of my choice, and helped us work through the contract with the band. Being that they don't normally perform at weddings, they are true musicians, they aren't used to all the paperwork / timelines / contract issues that needed to get worked out. I was so impressed by Sarah's knowledge of what needed to get done, what language needed to be in the contract, and what information we needed from the band. She coordinated all of it, along with the venue, and the band was probably the biggest hit (hopefully aside from me and my husband!!) of the wedding. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering a wedding planner to do it, and to use A Polished Plan. Especially with a tented wedding, there is a lot more planning that goes into a wedding than meets the eye. Our guests have been giving us really great feedback on how seamless everything was from start to finish and even saying it was "the best wedding they have ever been to"! That is definitely a testament to A Polished Plan. We would have been completely lost without Sarah. Thank you times a million!

We were part of a wedding that A Polished Plan was hired to plan. I have been in the music business for many years and also have attended many weddings. Never have I ever been treated so disrespectful in all my life. Sarah who ran the event was rude and treated the other performers like they had a rare disease. If it was not for the bride, groom and their wonderful families it would have been a very long day. Out of respect for the bride and groom, myself and the rest of the entertainers were professional and kept smiling so not to ruin this special day. All while dealing with the planner there was no compassion at all. She was very demanding and rude. She even made the band sit at a table in the dark to eat. I hope that if she reads this she will learn and grow and try to put a warm compassionate approach to her business. I will say to her benefit that the tent and flower arrangements were beautiful. I thought long and hard before writing this. But I felt I owed it to my fellow musicians and the others (she referred to us all as the help). I hope this will turn out to be a positive for the company and not a negative. We learn from our mistakes. This was truly a huge mistake for this company.

As we started the wedding planning process, it became clear to me that this would be a considerable task. We wanted the guidance of a planner who had the knowledge and experience to coordinate the type of wedding we wanted and one who would be easy to work with. A Polished Plan absolutely fit the bill. Sarah knows her stuff and was extremely patient with us throughout the process. She recognized that we were very busy but was also not afraid to give us a polite nudge when decisions needed to be made. She put us in touch with fantastic vendors, especially our florist and band! Both of these components made our wedding truly extra special. Her experience in creating tables and her tips to stay organized were incredibly helpful throughout the process. She prepared a table mock-up and allowed us to compare various styles. All of the details came together through her experience with tables, napkins, candles, etc. She helped us with timelines, invitations, budgeting - everything! - and she really made our vision come to life. Sarah at A Polished Plan was always willing to pick up the phone and chat or reply to e-mails thoroughly and thoughtfully. Additionally, it was so nice/incredibly helpful to have Sarah and Meredith with us on our big day. They were behind the scenes making sure everything went smoothly, and Sarah was there until the final guest left. A big thank you to A Polished Plan for the professional, informed, caring and enthusiastic support they provided for our wedding. It all came together just as we had hoped and was a day we will never forget!

Sarah is an expert in her field and makes the whole wedding planning process fun. Our ceremony and reception were at two different locations about 30 minutes away from each other, both were outdoor and neither had power or the normal amenities that come with a standard venue (including bathrooms). So Sarah had to create both venues from the ground up. This takes a tremendous amount of coordination, a deep knowledge of the event planning industry and the foresight to think of everything you need before you realize you even need it. But not only does she have the attention to detail required to pull of a polished wedding, she is creative. I loved bouncing ideas off of Sarah and having her build on them. Walking into our tent on the day of our wedding, we were truly in awe of how Sarah had brought our vision to life and beyond. She also introduced us to incredible vendors that never would have found on our own. What I loved about working with Sarah best is her calm demeanor, with Sarah there are never problems, only solutions. On our wedding day, I felt completely relaxed and so did our families, because we knew that Sarah and her team had every detail under control. We highly highly recommend Sarah and are so thankful that she was a part of our day.
