She answered countless emails, negotiated with vendors, handled everything the weekend of so we could enjoy ourselves, and made sure everyone knew where to be and when, which took a lot of stress off of me and my husband. She is such an amazing wedding planner and we are so grateful we got to have her plan ours.

The best decision we made since deciding to get married! Heather and Amanda are truly the best in the business (as many of our other vendors told us, and as we found out through this whole process!) We got married a few weeks ago, and it was the most beautiful event. The day itself ran extremely smoothly thanks to them, and all the vendors they recommended were amazing! If you hire them, TRUST THEM! They know best =) We we went with other vendors that they hadn't suggested initially, and then ended up switching and were so glad we did! They are a dream to work with, answering emails promptly and managing typical bridal anxiety. They hooked us up with a sweet mini-moon upgrade as well, that made us feel like royalty! Basically, they were the best planners, gave us amazing advice, and made sure everything ran super smoothly. 10/10 would recommend!!

Working with Heather Allen to plan and design our wedding was the absolute BEST decision we made. My parents loved how knowledgeable she was on the "business" side of planning a wedding, and trust me, you will learn there a TON of in's and out's. But they have planned so many weddings that they literally think of EVERYTHING! We were amazed. Not to mention, I bet we emailed her and Amanda at least 5,000 times and they never complained a bit (and helped navigate around my crazy mother!) Both families contributed to the wedding (financially) so she made it very easy to work through this particular detail as well making sure everyone felt involved and important. A few months out is when she told us all bride's tend to freak out, and she was right. However, she reminded us that there was no reason to waste time and energy on worrying because everything within their control would be perfect. And she was RIGHT! In fact on the wedding day I said to her, "You were right. Everything is amazing and more. And stressing about anything was a total waste of time". We just want to thank her, and her team from the bottom of our hearts. We literally would not have changed a thing, and we actually miss talking to her and the team. I have been in business for many years and realized today that dealing with this company was one of the worst experiences ever, whether it be professional or personal. My fiancé and I had heard rumors that the staff at this company was hard to deal with, however, against our better judgment we decided to work with them. They lived up to their reputation of being arrogant and coming up short. We have four couples within our circle of friends getting married in the next year. I will be sure to spread the word that there are better companies that will appreciate your business more than this one.

Hiring Lori Harding and Table 6 Productions was hands down one of the best decisions we made when planning our Vail, Colorado wedding! It was amazing being able to relax and enjoy the planning process and the wedding with our family and friends knowing that everything was being taken care of. Lori truly exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding was everything we had always imagined while eliminating the stress that comes along with planning such a big event. I don’t think that there is another planner out there that would have been able to pull off a wedding in the fashion she did. I want to make certain that this review does not come off as an angry or negative. This is an unbiased, fact-based play for play of all events. Jenna, our day of coordinator was extremely conscientious, observant, pleasant, and caring in all of our meetings leading up to the day of the wedding. I was so pleased we found such a wonderful person to take care of our wedding day. I am also a very type-A person and was reluctant to hand the reins to someone else but Jenna was so reassuring. She promised we wouldn't have to worry about a single detail; my family and I would be guests of honor at the event and not have to worry about a thing. At the wedding rehearsal, Jenna was again pleasant and reassuring. We went over several last minute changes and I thought Jenna was quick as a whip for being able to memorize all of those details. On the morning of the wedding, we got ready, took photos, and loaded on our party bus to get to the ceremony venue. We were greeted by the deacon and other church staff about 20 minutes before the ceremony. Around 1:25 we went in search of Jenna to find out where the flowers were (the ceremony began at 1:30) Jenna came rushing to me to ask why we didn't have the flowers. In shock, I had assumed that was a detail she had covered (per her contract). Jenna also rushed towards my very sweet, caring, calm mom asking frantically about the flowers. To be fair, the floral company did not have a clear understanding of the timeline created by Jenna (it had an error that read the flowers should be delivered by 1:002; clearly not a time). The floral company was extremely apologetic and refunded all of our cost plus some. As a bride, you hear horror stories about last minute things falling through at a wedding. That is why we paid Jenna and Table 6 for their services. Now, comes the really sad part. After pulling myself together (literally by the Grace of God) the rest of the wedding went fairly smoothly in spite of several other failed promises by Jenna. Certainly, I thought that all parties involved would recognize their error and refund appropriately. Instead, Heather (owner of Table 6 Productions) proceeded to blame the photographer, the caterer, and later me and my mother for the flower snafu. The culminating tragedy was Heather calling my mom "nasty" in her complaints. That really hurts my heart :( of course any mother would fight for an injustice against their child on their wedding day. If you do use Table 6, please keep in mind there are strings attached. You will not be a guest of honor, you will be made to double check on details and work at your event to make sure nothing goes awry.

First off, let me just say that hiring a wedding planner was a MUST for us! We have been following Table 6 on Instagram for years, so we knew when it was our time to get married, this is who we wanted to hire! Their reviews are out of this world, and we have always been so impressed by their weddings. They were truly the best money we could have spent and by far were our top vendor choice (although they built us an amazing team of other wedding vendors too) We lived out of state at the time and were planning a wedding in Colorado so it was great to have someone on the ground advocating for us. They literally handled everything and made it such an easy, low stress, and fun process. The entire weekend went by so fast but it was truly the BEST weekend of our lives and we owe a lot of that to Table 6 Productions. Thank you Heather and Amanda. We love you guys! (My mom says hi!)

To be honest, at first I questioned whether or not to hire a wedding planner at all. Looking back, I am so glad that I did!!! Before I even signed a contract or paid her, Heather was so responsive and informative. I got such a great feeling from her right away that I knew we would work great together. Looking at some of her prior weddings I knew I could trust her style and vision. Heather also completely paid for herself in terms of negotiating all of our vendors down even further. I hired Heather about a year in advance of the wedding and she was attentive and responsive to me the whole time, I never felt like I was on the back-burner to higher priority weddings. Additionally, planning a wedding in another country provides its own challenges; Heather was always able to put me at ease and stay on top of the many, many details. All of the pre-planning for a year, was nothing in comparison to how invaluable Heather was once we were finally in Mexico for the wedding week. Between set up, finalizing little details, managing the timeline, etc. I could not imagine doing any of it without her!! We also had friends and family to mentioned to us how grateful they were for Heather's guidance and direction during that time. If you are at all on the fence about hiring a planner, do yourself a favor and hire Heather. She will truly be a lifesaver while you plan your wedding. I'll never forget how wonderful she made the process for me and have the best memories of our wedding weekend thanks to her. I consider Heather a friend and miss working with her!!!

It's been over a year since my wedding now. Heather Allen was my wedding planner. My maid of honor wrote a review the day after my wedding, but I was enjoying my honeymoon and did not want to shed any negative light on our beautiful wedding day, nor did my husband. But recently, I have had two friends getting married and am involved in the wedding planning. To watch their wedding planners, the enthusiasm alone - breaks my heart a little at how truly disappointing an experience I had with mine. I drafted a review a year ago, but never submitted it, as again, I did not want to have any negative feelings associated with our wedding day. But the reality is, as my husband and MOH strongly agree, I should do other brides and grooms [and their families - as my family was outraged] a service and warn them. I will say, if you have a huge budget- Heather will give you all the attention you need, but with a $50k budget, [including her total fees of $5500] .... I just wasn't a big enough fish, just a tadpole in her eyes. A couple things I'll note from my drafted review: On the day of, the timeline was all off, everything seemed disorganized but fortunately my MOH did not tell me what was going on until after the wedding. Heather never came to say hi to us all [my bridesmaids, sisters, mother, etc.] in the suite. She FORGOT until a few days before that I needed her to book a hairstylist for my bridesmaids - if I hadn't RANDOMLY texted to ask what time she had her arriving, I don't know what we would have done. One of the groomsmen lost his pocket square, so Heather and her cousin went to Nordstrom for nearly 2 hours to go find a new one - which she never did [a hotel staff member actually recreated it with a dinner napkin]. This was Heather's "reasoning" for her late arrival to the venue. Once she did arrive, she hid in the tent for the majority of prep time - I'm sure she was setting the tent up, but there were plenty of bodies out there - she never checked on me, introduced herself to my Mother, no "you look great!" ..nothing. She was meant to go through the processional with us again [as we had to run through it at the hotel instead of actual venue because the venue did not allow rehearsals] but again, she did not do this once we arrived and a good bit of time to kill. This was why our processional was such a mess at one point, no one knew how close to the alter/stairs to stand. Basically, I couldn't find her half the time. These are all just wedding day issues we had with her... the year leading up to it and my experience with Heather throughout wasn't any better. She over-budgeted, only picked vendors she knew that all happened to be out of my budget but never provided alternative options [unless I researched it myself-which I did not wait to do, as this was what I was paying her for]. My sister had do the entire liquor order spreadsheet [which is more complicated than you might imagine], send out invites to the wedding brunch/rehearsal dinner - the list goes ON and ON. But the main thing is, I never felt like Heather cared one bit. I was the most laid back bride in history too, so she made easy money off me for virtually doing nothing when factoring in how much she cost. Looking back, I should have picked the bright-eyed, ambitious and passionate [more un-experienced] planner that felt they had something to prove, and actually cared. Instead, I wanted the best reviewed, most experienced at whatever cost. But you live and you learn and I definitely have, so there's the silver lining! Please keep in mind, it took me over a year to write this - so I'm not writing it to make myself feel better or to vent/get it off my chest. I've more than moved on and have no ill feelings [minus the money I could have saved lol] but instead, I just always felt I had an obligation to others searching for their perfect wedding planner. I wish you all the best of luck, regardless of who you pick! & if my day was still perfect, so will yours - no matter who is helping you! <3

I attended a wedding several years ago that I have not been able to forget. Everything about it was amazing. The venue, the food, the unbelievable florals, lighting, decor, and the band. The attention to detail from the place card table, to the unique guest book, to the fun late night snack bar was so incredibly well thought out and such a true reflection of my friends getting married. It could not have been more perfect. I was so impressed that inquired who helped plan such a memorable event. I can now admit I knew I would use Table 6 Productions as my wedding planner long before I knew who I was going to marry! WOW-JUST GOT ANOTHER RUDE EMAIL FROM THE OWNER HEATHER! Using Table 6 Productions for day of coordinating for my daughter's wedding was a huge waste of money not to mention they were instrumental in basically ruining my daughter's wedding ceremony. Jenna didn't check on flower delivery to the church until 5 minutes before the ceremony and alas - no flowers and of course too late to track them down. Had Jenna checked on the flowers in a timely manner, rather than a mere 5 minutes before, there would have been plenty of time to get the flowers to the church. Isn't that what you hire a day of coordinator for? My daughter was in tears at her own wedding. The florist has stepped up, apologized profusely and refunded my money. Not so with Table 6. Both Jenna and Heather have refused to take any responsibility for their mismanagement of this important aspect of my daughter's wedding day or even act like they care. Jenna's "day of timeline" was woefully incomplete and useless. She also ignored some of mine and my daughter's wishes for set up in the reception venue. Never ever would I recommend this company to anyone.

Unfortunately since most of us have not planned weddings before it turns in to one of the most stressful times of our life not knowing all you really need to do on your wedding day. I was so happy that I was referred to Table 6 Productions and had Jenna Jaeger as my wedding planner. She honestly took all of the stress out of my wedding! I was amazed by how organized she was, on day one of meeting her she provided me with a budget sheet making sure we stayed on track (my now husband loved that!); she also took care contacting all my vendors and contacted telling them exact directions and time frame of when they need to be there and where to set up; and she also provided me with tons of feedback and resources to ensure my guest had no down time and that the wedding day was perfect! I cannot imagine trying to get ready on my wedding day and at the same time contacting all my vendors making sure things were set up properly and keeping everyone within the time frame while still trying to be present on my special day. I have talked to so many brides who could not wait to get their wedding day over with because they were so stressed and overwhelmed by it- that is NOT how any wedding should be. I can't say enough great things about Heather! Heather planned my entire wedding in June, and it took place in Beaver Creek, CO. Heather was fabulous, and hiring her was the best decision we made! She took care of every detail including the budget and the timeline, her ideas were amazing and unique, and she was able to incoporate details into the wedding that represented us as a couple. She took my ideas, and made them completely fabulous. Everybody at my wedding said that it was the best wedding they have ever been to, and they still talk about how much fun they had at my wedding! I could have never done that without Heather! In addition to planning the best wedding ever, Heather made the entire experience stress free. Table 6 was the first wedding vendor that I picked and I'm so happy that I did! We found out about Table 6 and Heather through her reputation in planning some of the nicest weddings in Colorado. I worked directly with Heather to plan my wedding and it was a match made in heaven! I live out of state and from the start I knew we wanted the wedding to be enjoyable for us and our guests and we didn't want anyone to have to worry about set up, take down or anything other than having fun. The groom and I just wanted to have an amazing party that represented us both. We are both very outdoorsy and laid back so we didn't want it to be too formal, but at the same time I wanted it to be beautiful and the fanciest day of my life. Somehow Heather was able to make our outdoor/barn wedding posh and classy! Literally our wedding looked like it should be placed on every wedding Pinterest board for an outdoor/barn wedding...every detail was amazingly beautiful! Heather regularly works with the most amazing vendors so we used all the ones that she recommended and we are so happy we did (Inverness Hotel, Perfect Petal, Danica Severance for makeup, Erin Farris for hair, Brittany at Catering by Design, Peak Beverage, Frances Photography, DJ Ripm, and Paul Hoar). The day of our wedding was amazing and I still cannot get over how beautiful and perfect everything was! Neither can our guests! We continue to get emails and calls about how great it was and everyone said it was the best wedding that they had ever been to. The whole day was so special and every detail represented us as a couple. Everything from the food selections to the atmosphere and decorations. For anyone looking for a wedding planner I highly recommend Heather! She will make your dreams come true!
