I had the BEST experience with Save the Date Events. Brynn was our wedding coordinator and after meeting her over a year before our wedding, I knew she would be the perfect person to help us. I had a vision of how I thought our wedding should be, and Brynn exceeded all of my expectations of bringing that vision to life. From the very start she provided us with AMAZING vendor options for food, flowers, venues, invitations, decor, etc. which made the process very manageable and seamless. Brynn was EXTREMELY organized, prompt, and creative and was my sounding board and guide the whole step of the way. One the day of the wedding I did not have a care in the world because I knew that Brynn had everything under control, which was the greatest gift myself....and my mom could have. Our wedding could not have been more perfect thanks to Brynn and all of her help.I would HIGHLY recommend Brynn and the rest of the Save the Date Events team for any wedding, party or event planning!

We went into our wedding planning wanting a day that would be filled with a lot of personal details and describe us as a couple and Gabby certainly delivered. She was very easy to work with and we enjoyed getting together for meetings which didn't feel like meetings at all. She was on top of everything from day one and really knew how to make our day special and personal. The wedding turned out to be everything we could ever imagine! We got so many compliments on all the details and how it perfectly depicted us. I didn't have anything to worry about the day of my wedding and that exemplifies how great of a job Gabby did! I cannot fully express in words how amazing Amber was to work with througout my entire wedding planning process. We wanted an all outdoor mountain ranch wedding at a location that was literally just a piece of land. She immediately knew what we were going for, and continuously had great ideas to make it exactly what we wanted. All her vendor suggestions were absolutely perfect - Statice Floral, Homeslice band, and Rachael Grace Photography were all a perfect fit for out style. We were in touch on a very regular basis, and she always made herself available to help me, even when I was probably being a bit annoying with my incessant emails! When I think about putting on that wedding by myself, there is literally no way I could have done it without completely losing my mind and being incredibly stressed the day of. That being said, she made sure the day of was perfect. Everything went so smoothly (at least as far as I knew!!), and my guests still comment about how much fun they had. Amber has planned 2 other weddings that I've attended - each one was very different, but fit the bride and groom so well, further displaying her extreme versatility!

Brynn did a fantastic job of making sure our planning process progressed swiftly and seamlessly - which helped ease a lot of the stress associated with planning! On the day of the wedding, Brynn was a total lifesaver - from managing vendors to keeping the evening moving along to holding the train of my dress as I walked in the rain, Brynn was amazing! Our wedding day was beautiful! Brynn and her assistant, another Save the Date wedding planner, kept everything flowing smoothly. Our family and friends are still complimenting us on our fantastic wedding and it would not have been possible without Brynn! My husband and I currently live in China and my mother recently moved to Denver so the three of us had no knowledge of Denver’s wedding “scene”. Brynn was extremely flexible and worked around our trips to the U.S., Skyped with my husband and met with my mother when I was out of the country. Brynn was the perfect planner for us; she was professional, creative, organized and helpful. She took the stress out of wedding planning by listening to our ideas and guiding us when we were indecisive. Brynn suggested ways to personalize our wedding that we hadn’t thought of and these special details were what our guests raved about most. We appreciated Brynn’s professional connections and years of experience; she recommended quality vendors and handled any minor issues with poise. Her skills were especially valued when our wedding venue tried to cancel our rehearsal when we arrived on the premise. Brynn immediately came up with several alternative solutions while urging the venue to allow us to practice as planned. We were eventually allowed to rehearse and we were impressed with Brynn’s ability turn a potentially stressful experience around. We can’t thank Brynn enough for her wonderful work leading up to and on our wedding day!

I am posting this review in response to the previous review by Ted L. I assisted Susan on this wedding, but to be clear, I am an independent contractor and not an employee of Save the Date Events. My own work in the wedding industry is in no way affected by his comments. I was so taken aback by Ted's nasty comments, that felt it necessary to share my third party opinion of the evening. While driving up to the event, Susan mentioned the way she'd been treated by the couple. She expressed that their communications had been exceptionally terse and critical, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to pre-wedding nerves. The day of the event I noticed they would get quickly and blatantly frustrated at Susan for things outside her control (the warm temperature in the venue for example, in spite of AC on full blast). As for the fact that she asked questions and "identified problems", it was because Ted and his wife had been so unkind and made her so nervous that she and I both felt it to be a "better safe than sorry" situation and prudent to check in with them as to their preferences. Their wedding was a blast, and a number of their guests even approached us asking if she still had availability for the coming year. It was a logistically challenging event due to the fact that the only way to and from the venue is via gondola (which never stops moving). Susan busted her butt hauling all the decor, etc up and down the gondola - and then the couple even insisted that she transport the CAKE down the gondola at the end of the night! (The cost of which, by the way she covered, despite it already having been cut into, and despite the fact that she was no way at fault for its fall). It breaks my heart that there are people out there who are so ready to tear down another human being who put their heart and soul into helping them. We both jumped at their every command the full eleven hours we worked the day of the event. It was nearly 1:00 am when we delivered the rest of their decor, etc the their hotel room. Susan had put so much thought into every detail - right down to her artistic arrangement of their "Pocky" wedding favors. Ted's google review is uniquely nasty and designed to hurt her and her business. I cannot overstate how much my mind is blown that they wish her this ill-will after such a wonderful event. I have worked many weddings and also hired a planner for my own wedding a year ago. Based on those experiences, I can say that Susan did a fantastic job with this event. She was sweet, hardworking, and very helpful. I guess the takeaway here is that there is a certain percentage of people in the world who are difficult, cruel, and impossible to please despite every effort.

She always came back with great suggestions, and out wedding went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend this group, and Brynn in particular.

Susan was great to work with! I hired her to be the "day of" coordinator for my wedding in Vail, CO but she got involved about 6 weeks prior to the wedding date and started taking care of the little things that I didn't realize I needed to do. She had me fill out a planning form which really helped me think through all the small details of the day, many of which had not crossed my mind! She was very knowledgeable and so helpful during the process. She took care of everything for me on the wedding day so that I didn't have to worry at all. We were almost rained out but she didn't let on that anything was wrong, which helped me to stay calm, and everything worked out perfectly in the end. I would highly recommend Susan for wedding planning - she was so great and helped this bride have a worry-free wedding day!

As a Connecticut-based MOB planning a wedding in Denver, I knew I needed help. I interviewed seven wedding planners and although all had individual strengths, Brynn had everything I was looking for -- exceptional organizational skills, creative thinking, a commitment to the bride and groom and relationships with top notch vendors. We could not have been more pleased with our daughter's wedding. The bride and groom were equally delighted and felt the evening reflected their personalities and wishes. Every detail was what we envisioned from the printed materials, cake, and flowers to the decor, ceremony and reception. Brynn is personable, easy to work with, attentive, cool, calm, unflappable. Although most of the details went smoothly, Brynn tackled those rare unexpected issues with problem-solving skills honed from years of experience. When my other daughter gets engaged, Brynn will be my first call!

From our first inquiry, Amber has been amazing. She provided wonderful recommendations for vendors, handled all of the nitty gritty logistics and gave sage advice whenever we had trouble making a decision. She also totally tuned into our style and helped us design a beautiful wedding with lots of unique personal touches. When we began the whole process, we thought hiring a wedding planner was probably going to be worthwhile. After the fact, I would say it was the best decision we made and that we got a great value with Save the Date. Amber relieved so much stress, took tons of work off of our plates so we could enjoy our engagement and wedding, shared ideas and information we would have never discovered on our own and became a friend in the process.

She truly went above and beyond for us (including a mid-ceremony sprint across the street to ask the competing street music to hold off for another few minutes!). For anyone with a busy schedule who is also trying to plan a wedding we would highly recommend Amber for her laid-back, stress-free, and efficient style. We could never have done it without her and hiring her was hands down the best decision we made in the wedding planning process.

When we booked our wedding at Chatfield Botanic Gardens, we had little idea what we were getting into, especially with 200+ guests. Luckily, we had heard great things about Save the Date Events and we knew they were experienced with planning weddings at Chatfield. Brynn was amazing throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to what was important to us and what we envisioned our perfect wedding would look like. She found us the best vendors and did an excellent job of setting up tastings, meetings, etc. and did a great job of communicating our "vision" to the vendors. She was always prompt, enthusiastic, and responsive. Brynn kept us on schedule and made sure no detail was overlooked. Most important, she never had a problem with us saying "no" to an idea or vendor. The day of the wedding, Brynn was a MACHINE. She was everywhere at once making sure everything went smoothly and somehow found the time to change her outfit. If something went wrong on our wedding day, we certainly had NO IDEA thanks to Brynn! Where do I even begin? Amber and Save the Date Events made our wedding happen. Plain and simple. From the moment my husband and I got engaged, I knew we needed a planner...mostly because my mom and I can't even successfully plan lunch. Amber and I clicked from our very first meeting. She was friendly, organized, and I could tell she really cared about me and my wedding. I was sold from the beginning. The following twelve months were a whirlwind of decision-making and vendor meetings and Amber led the charge the entire way. She was unbelievably organized and had a unique ability to keep me on track--which isn't the easiest thing to do. We had so much fun planning the details of the wedding. Flowers, invitations, decor, music, photographers-- you name it and Amber led me to the best possible vendor to fit the vision of the wedding. EVERYTHING was perfect. Where Amber really shined, though, were the days leading up to the big day. Everything went off without a hitch-- rehearsal, hotel accommodations, and transportation. We had so many moving parts that I was afraid something was going to get lost in the confusion-- I clearly had nothing to worry about because Amber was on it. Day of the wedding when it looked like it was going to rain, it wasn't my parents or my future husband that I trusted with the advice of whether to move everything inside, it was Amber. And she killed it. Our wedding was the best day of my life. All I can say is that Amber is the best thing that could have ever happened to my wedding. Save the Date Events had amazing vendor recommendations, we absolutely loved all the vendors they guided us to. Once I informed Susan what I envisioned she helped me form a theme, and executed it perfectly! A highlight was the vintage fire truck in which Susan located for us to ride from the church to the reception, touring downtown Denver. Also, the vintage hot air balloon design feature that Susan was able to secure for the reception was one of the personalized details which made it a magical day.

Adam and I started planning our wedding from overseas. We were each in a different country and had decided to get married in Colorado. We knew we would need help. We met with several wedding planners, but knew from the start that Brynn was the ‘one’. She was very easy to talk to and right away understood what we envisioned for our special day. She made great recommendations for vendors; from the flowers to the photographer, to the food, to the videographer, and the hair and make-up, everything exceeded our expectations.
