Lauren is amazing!!!! If you are looking for someone to help your wedding day go perfectly - look no further! I hired Hourglass Productions for my day-of coordinator but Lauren was so much more than that! From much needed happy hour therapy sessions, to answering all my emails (I had lots of questions), and then taking care of EVERYTHING the day of - she made the entire wedding planning process and day of incredible! I had a different location for ceremony and wedding, and I had kids, a baby, and 2 dogs involved and Lauren made sure everything went so smoothly!! Plus, besides being a fantastic coordinator, her and her assistant Alex were so much fun and easy to get along with! They also have fantastic taste and style - they helped set up both venues and both turned out better than I could have imagined!! Thank you for everything!!!

We met the wonderful peeps of Hourglass at Lovesick Expo and immediately knew we wanted them to coordinate our wedding this past August. Lauren and Molly are such fun, badass chicks who know how to get ish done. They made the whole process stress-free and I honestly want them to be my friends forever. We were also connected to an awesome crew of vendors through Hourglass and ended up hiring our DJ, photographer, makeup/hair artist, florist, and dessert caterer all from their recommendation. If you are on the fence on whether or not day of coordination is worth the expense, get off that fence and lock down Hourglass! This was honestly the best decision we made because on our wedding day we could focus on each other, our friends and our family and not worry about where people/things should be and when. We had our ceremony and reception at two different locations in town, and they ensured smooth transitions, organization of vendors, and they set up decor at each location (this included bikes.... it was no small task!) She helped me so much during the final weeks before the wedding, and took care of countless details behind the scenes, including running out mid-reception to buy more wine when we ran out, picking up our wedding cake on the wedding day, and coordinating with all of our other vendors to make sure things ran smoothly. I cannot thank Lauren and the Hourglass team enough for the hard work they put into making my wedding FLAWLESS! Even though I just used them for day-of coordination, Lauren was always happy & willing to help recommend/ introduce vendors and answer all of my random wedding planning questions that came up along the way. I had a few issues with other vendors during planning and both times Lauren quickly swooped in and saved the day! First, my photographer backed out 6 months before and within hours Lauren had a list of amazing, budget friendly photographers for me. Then, the day before our wedding our shuttle company backed out (nightmare!) and Lauren miraculously came up with a replacement overnight so that our guests never even knew there was a problem! The day of, Lauren and her team executed my vision flawlessly – handling all of my fragile DIY projects with care and setting everything up even more beautifully than I had envisioned! Basically, Hourglass is a god-send! If you’re wondering if paying for day-of coordination is worth it, I can say without hesitation that as long as you’re going with Hourglass, you will not be disappointed! HIRE HOURGLASS PRODUCTIONS!!!! I want to scream it from the rooftops and write it in the sky. I cannot, at all, in any way, overstate how in love with these planners I am. We ended up in a situation where we had to find new day of coordinators six weeks out from our Labor Day, 2017, wedding. Hourglass stepped in, took a big pay cut to match the previous offer we had had, and knocked it out of the park. We had a large wedding (187), large wedding parties (6 each bridesmaids and groomsmen plus escorts and readers), and a complicated ceremony and reception involving many readings, friends singing, favors and guests books that had to be wrangled, and of course the hora. It was a lot, and they took it ALL in stride. They dove right in and took care of every single detail. We had some hiccups with our venue leading up to the big day, and we turned to them to mediate and they took care of all of it. It was amazing. Without question, our wedding would not have come together without them. Lauren, Molly, and Alex: we love you. So much. Even if this review gets you 100 new clients, it still won't be enough.

Lauren and her team are incredible. I hired Lauren in December for my wedding this September and couldn't be happier with her work. I currently live in California and trying to plan a Colorado wedding was definitely a challenge, but with Lauren, it became completely possible! Lauren had provided a timeline weeks before the wedding for my family and for myself so we knew exactly what was going on. Everything went flawlessly and we stayed on track with exactly what my husband and I imaged for the day. Lauren also checked-in with us the perfect amount throughout the night to see how we were doing, give us guidance on upcoming "events" such as cake cutting, order of dances, toasts, etc., and she met with family members at the wedding to make sure special items (memory photos, guest book, extra cake for us :) etc. ) were taken at the end of the night. Lauren made our perfect wedding possible. I would highly highly recommend Hourglass to anyone looking for wedding planning, event planning, or using their company in any capacity. Wow. We’re a bit speechless, other than to say HIRE THEM!!!… but we’ll try to put it into words :) Lauren and her entire team are absolutely fantastic. We hired them for our day/month-of coordinators for our wedding in Lyons.
