I would not recommend Event Resource Center. I booked them for a photo booth rental for a wedding. It was our wedding gift present to my brother, and Event Resource Center was the most unprofessional, disappointing service I’ve ever received from a business. We paid Dondrae in full before the event - lesson learned. The photo booth assistant was an hour and a half late, Dondrae “dropped the printer”, so there were zero prints of the photos available at the wedding. Dondrae promised he’d have the photos printed for us at a later date, which is not helpful as we were using the photo booth as a guest book. Dondrae never provided prints of the photos. He never followed through on any of the agreements on the contract. I called him numerous times, and though he did answer all of my phone calls, he never followed through on anything. Never mailed prints, never sent a guest book we paid for, never gave us a discount as promised for the assistant showing up very late and no prints at the wedding. I printed the photo strips myself which cost extra money out of my pocket. I thought about taking him to small claims court, but it’s not worth the stress to me. Do not trust this man.

If there was a way to rate this company with negative stars, I would. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We used Event Resource Center for our son’s wedding in May. He was to provide us with a photo booth, backdrop, an attendant and two photo strip copies of each photo taken. Dondre arrived an hour late to set-up. We contacted him to ask for his whereabouts and he stated he had dropped and broken the photo printer so he was getting another one. When he arrived, he set up his booth and left but never communicated that he was not going to provide us with printed photo strips. The attendant arrived an hour and 15 minutes late. When she arrived, I explained to her that we wanted one of the photo strip to be attached to a photo album we purchased. She informed me that her boss had dropped the printer and was not able to provide another one. Therefore our quests took photos in the photo booth without receiving a copy. Dondre said he’d send the photos to our guests using text messaging; however, the text messages weren’t sent until a week after the wedding after we sent numerous emails requesting digital copies. He didn’t send our online gallery for another two weeks after our wedding. We have tried repeatedly to contact Dondre in order for him to make good on our contract and provide us with the printed copies of my son’s guests. He has continued to give us empty promises. Now we are calling around different photo booth businesses trying to find someone to print the strips. We received a small fraction of what we paid for. Terrible business.

We hosted a festival over the weekend and used event Resource Center for multiple rentals designs services and it went great their staff was very helpful we asked for last-minute things they jumped on it they helped us with little small problems that we had this event wouldn't have been possible without them.
