During the setup for the electric vehicle day at Qualcomm Stadium on Sept 9th 2017, I was cursed out by one of your delivery employees who was delivering marketing and display signs and chairs. What the gentleman said was completely unprofessional, uncalled for, and was witnessed by other bystanders who were close by and dismayed by the man's vulgar choice of words. I hope that in the future you teach your employees that customer service is an essential part of being in the marketing and advertisement business. Who you hire represents YOU and has a direct reflection on your overall business . Your business was not well represented on this date.

HORRIBLE! In some counties their business practices may be criminal. They were “managing” a conference we attended as a vendor. We brought some items into the event, which they never had to touch. The weight of the items was 300 lbs. Again, they NEVER had to physically touch the items. They charged us $965 for “receiving the freight”. Their poor employee tried to justify the cost by saying that it includes storing an empty box for the 2 days, then returning it at the end of the event. I told her we would handle the box and asked how much that would change the price. It didn’t change the price. So essentially they charged $965 to walk into an event with a TV. This is no different than the old days when guys in dark suits offered “insurance” to local business owners for their “protection”. Before you hire this firm for an event read their Glassdoor reviews by their employees. There have to be more ethical options in San Diego.
