Came here for a reception when we arrived there was a cocktail hour outside the actual reception. Everything was beautiful but the drinks were a bit pricey.

This should be negative 5. The towels and urine stains. There were roaches in the room and crawling on the check in desk and there were BEDBUGS!! We did not stay, packed up and went to another hotel.

You can tell the management is working to bring more events to this venue. Pine Bluff needs the Convention Center to be active.

Unused Treasure!!! Sits empty most of the year!!! Should be bought/leased by the Quapaws and turned into a Casino! It's sad to see it empty all the time.
