Terrible service. I had a meeting that they tried to cancel right before. I met with Kristi- she said during the meeting that she was going out of town and wouldn't get back with me until later the next week. Then she never got back with me. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. Completely unprofessional and unorganized. I ordered from BBJ Linen online.

I met Karen of Party Time Rental and Events at the 2018 AR Bridal Expo and though I haven't had my event yet, I just had to leave a review about how wonderful she has been thus far. I had an initial consultation with her yesterday and she was incomparably kind and thoughtful. I felt listened to, inspired, and for the first time excited about my wedding plans (they've been sort of stressful thus far.) PR Rental and Events---keep this lovely woman around as long as you can!

While this company did have all of the items needed for my event the service was horrible and the representative (Kristi) was very rude and unpleasant to work with. She was never available when I called and penalized me by enforcing their policy of the time frame for when things could be added to an order and when it couldn't although she was not available all the times I called. She also addressed me as "sweetie" and "hun" which I find to be insulting and unprofessional especially considering we are both adult people. I would recommend choosing a different company (Celebrate Party Rental in Sherwood) for your event options for more affordable options and great customer service.

My daughter in law rented 20 tableclothes fro Partytime. After shaking them out at home, I returned them and they pulled them out at the store and counted them and said"have a nice day" I left and my daughter in law received a $400 charge to her charge card(cost of the rental was also $400 so a total of $800) for wax damages to 10 tableclothes. I don't believe there were that many with wax on them but they also said cigarette burns. Folks, this was a nonsmoking venue so Im certain we didn't do that! There were several stains already on these tableclothes which we covered up with centerpieces. I won't use them again. Definitely check your rentals before you leave the store and document or you too will incur additional charges.

Kristi was extremely polite and helpful. When we seemed confused she was never once condescending or irritated. This is especially nice for people planning a wedding reception, because we all hope to only do it once so lots of us are naturally inexperienced in doing so. She even provided us with a CAD rendering of what the Tent set up will look like. This service is so great for all my set up helpers to be on the same page on the big day.

Party Time has gone downhill. The “ showroom” looks like an episode from Sanford and Son.” Constant employee turn over, and the rude owner seems to think he hung the moon.

They have quality rentals as you can see in all the pictures of my past events, from weddings to corporate to non-profit. They go above and beyond in service.
