NEVER under any circumstances use these people! Rhonda and her staff are VERY unprofessional. I ordered a bounce house and couldn’t get it due to several excuses that Brandi and Rhonda tried to give me. They called me at 9 the day after it was supposed to be delivered to tell me Brandi was sick and wouldn’t be bringing it. I don’t know what kind of business this lady is trying to run but she needs to stop now. It’s going on 2 weeks since the party and i have yet to receive my money back. The BBB is my next stop and I won’t quit until she returns my money as promised. I’ll also be making a phone call to 7 on your side.

We were told our wedding rentals could be picked up on Thursday between 1-3. When we arrived at 2:30, our order wasn't ready and what they did scrounge up was wrong. We were originally going to pick up the chairs but instead paid another $75 for delivery and pickup. We were told they would be delivered at 5 on Thursday. Didn't happen. Friday we were told 11am. Even though they had my number, we had to call every hour to check on delivery. Every time, instead of being honest, they would say "He's on his way." He finally showed up at almost 5pm with a trailer full of filthy chairs. We were unable to decorate the church because we were waiting on chairs, I was late to my daughter's rehearsal because we were waiting on chairs, and Rhonda informed me it was my fault we had to clean the chairs because I refused to leave two unreliable strangers (the delivery guys) alone in the church to clean them. They were scheduled to pick up said chairs on Saturday at 5pm. They showed up at 6:30. Both times they asked us to help them. When I contacted Rhonda about these issues, she was very rude and kept deflecting blame back to us. Her daughter Taylor was very helpful, and the ONLY bright spot of the whole experience. I will NEVER do business with this place again, and I would not recommend it at all.

Morgan assisted me in getting the chairs and tablecloths for my daughter's wedding even though the arrangements were last minute. This business really came through for me!

Do not use these people. Luckily, I called the day before to see what we needed to supply; they couldn't find our reservation... Finally, they called me back hours later with the missing email and gave me a final quote. The day of, they showed up late with one very lost delivery guy (after I gave him specific directions twice), 2 extension cords (when they were supposed to have enough for all inflatables) and four inflatables- we had to send our employees out to help him unload and setup everything. Luckily, I told them to be setup by 2 when they really needed to be setup by 3- they barely made it up by 3. They're suppose to call me today to discuss the invoice but I still haven't heard anything. And they were late picking up the equipment. If I hadn't called the day before we probably wouldn't have gotten the inflatables and we would not have known they needed us to provide power and cords...

Stay far, far away from this business. Rhonda with In Any Event is the most unprofessional and irresponsible business owner I have ever had the misfortune of working with. I got married last weekend and we had used them for our rentals. They were supposed to be at our venue by 10:00 a.m. on Friday morning. After calling about a dozen times throughout the day and basically begging them to get us our things, they show up at 7:00 p.m. with rentals but most of it was not what we ordered. The table clothes were two different colors and still dirty from a previous wedding. Some of the things were broken, it was awful. We called the assistant manager and he assured me that it would be corrected Saturday morning. Long story short, we were told about 6-7 times that the rentals were in the truck and on the way but we never received any of the corrected items. We ended up running around town 5 hours before my wedding looking for the things we needed. Her employees were incredibly rude and insensitive to the stress this was putting me through the weekend of my wedding, they hung up on my dad several times, and on Saturday I was told that there was just nothing they could do about it. They were so unhelpful that all day on Friday I asked to speak with Rhonda and she refused to talk to me. I finally got ahold of her Saturday about an hour before I had to start pictures and she just gave me excuse after excuse and told me all about how difficult this weekend was on HER with how busy she was. No remorse for the fact that she put a Bride through this stress the weekend of her wedding. This is a very poor and dishonest business and I hope that no other Bride will have to experience what I did with In Any Event.

Showed up 10 hours late and only brought half of what was ordered. Was constantly lied to when I would call the company about when things would be delivered. Completely missed the rehearsal dinner and barley made it back the next day in time for the wedding at 6 pm! Very unprofessional! Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Awful. Awful. Awful. Reserved tabke cloths in June for an October weddng and after callng every single month to verify everything was correct, the day im supposed to pick everything up, they have my tablecloths on back order. I set up to pick up everything at 10am, they said it wont be ready until after 1pm and tell me its out of tjier hands. I have dealt with Sarah i tjink and she blames not ordering yhe correct tablecloths the first time on someone else i talked to, when placing the order.... All the while, she is the only person I have deskt with. Stay far, far away from this business.

Save your time and money by going somewhere else! We was lied to uncountable time and our order wasn't even ready or right when we got there. Luckily we was able to get a full refund but had to search all day before my brothers wedding for seating.
