Jacque came to my rescue and made my dream wedding in November absolutely beautiful. My knowledge on flowers was limited and Jacque understood my vision and made it a reality. She was easy to contact and alleviated my stress when it came to flowers. I can't thank Jaque enough on how beautiful the event was and how many compliments I received on our flowers. I highly recommend talking to Jaque if you are planning your next event!

Where do I even start!? I recently got married at Verrado Golf Club and Jacque did all my flowers for my wedding. I went to Jacque for a quote on my wedding flowers (I didn't get a quote from anyone else) and at first my husband and I were shocked with the price but we it is also our first wedding so we didn't know what to expect. Obviously I ended up choosing Jacque to do our flowers and I have to say I'm SO GLAD I did. She is amazing and she did a fantastic job! She went above and beyond to make our wedding day special and beautiful. If I ever need flowers in the future I know where I'll be going! Thank you Jacque and Karie you ladies are the best!!!

Jacque was a dream to work with! I gave her a few inspiration photos and she ran with it like the creative florist artist she is! The bouquet was wild and rich in color and the candles for the farmhouse tables were absolutely magical. Choosing TWW was the easiest part of the wedding planning process, you won't be disappointed!

I tried doing all the wedding planning myself, but eventually became overwhelmed and found Kathy and so happy I did!! She took note of everything I had done and didn't, and took over from there making the rest of the process a breeze. She helped me with sooo many decisions and gave great feedback which I loved because I'm terrible at making decisions. I appreciate she took time to actually listen to what we wanted in our wedding and she made sure it all happened and happened smoothly. First of all, we did not book Thee Wedding and Event Warehouse for our wedding day and we absolutely regret it. We decided to go with another vendor who was able to meet our budget/ vendor package price. We absolutely loved Jacque, her ideas, her energy and her passion for what she does. We walked away feeling like TWW was the right vendor for us, however, we needed to stay within budget. What a HUGE mistake that was! Our floral package was nothing like we expected. Yes, we saved a few hundred dollars, but we didn’t even get what we paid for! My husband and I immediately regretted not choosing Jacque and TWW. I have no doubt that we would have had the wedding we envisioned if we hired TWW. My husband and I are very happy. Our wedding day was still beautiful and magical, but when you invest so much money into your WEDDING DAY, you should at least get what you paid for. I would gladly pay triple what we saved, to go back in time and choose Jacque and TWW.

Kathy was amazing to work with and helped us coordinate every small detail of our big Indian wedding. It was a multi-event wedding weekend with lots of unique aspects and complexities, and it went off without a hitch thanks to Kathy. She is incredibly detail oriented and she made sure that every minute of our wedding weekend went smoothly. She and Carrie were both there on the day of and we cannot thank them enough for their hard work!! They even made sure that our dinner plates were made and set on our table before the reception, and even moved our luggage from our ready rooms to our wedding suite. Highly, highly recommend Thee Wedding Warehouse for wedding planning/coordinating.

This has been the hardest review to write, because there is SO MUCH TO SAY. First, my wedding was a destination wedding. 99.9% of my time with Jacque and Kathy was on the phone. I hired Jacque first after her being strongly recommended by The Wigwam. My first phone call with Jacque I could tell she was the florist for me. Jacque has a strong personality, she is hilarious, is a creative genius and will give you her honest opinion. My flower/ design idea changed twice before we settled with simple, white and succulents. Jacque spent some time with me on the phone/email to determine our inspiration. After the 15 min conversation I knew that she saw exactly what was in my head. I let her run with it and didn’t sift over every tiny detail. I trusted her design process and let her be free to design. Fast forward to ~90 days pre-wedding, mild panic attack and husband lets me hire Kathy! She was a life saver, she 100% took over all my contacts, reviewed them to ensure everything was good. Kept me on track with any remaining to do’s. Added valued input, feedback and stress relief. Once she came on board wedding planning was a breeze. I am forever grateful for hiring her. Jacque and Kathy made sure that my wedding day was everything I had dreamed of and more. I didn’t micromanage the design process, I didn’t sit and look at 10000 of flowers to make sure the exact flower was chosen, I didn’t look at 1000s of table linens to pick which ones matched the best. Jacque and Kathy gave me their professional opinions based of what I had described and ran with it. I could not be more satisfied with choosing this team. I had my dream wedding, nothing (to my knowledge) went wrong, my husband and I were awestruck when we sat in the front of our room, decked out, and were 100% happy. 10/10 would recommend and hire over and over again. My wedding venue, the Wrigley Mansion recommended TWW Events to me. One meeting with Kathy and we immediately felt comfortable with her. She has so much experience, she'll offer guidance but she won't push you in to anything you don't want. Most of the time, we went with what her experience dictated and it was spot on. She knows how put you in touch with the vendors that are right for you and she was open to me introducing to her a new photographer and cake vendor. Kathy was there for us all the time and always brought us back to reality, which will be very needed when you're on the emotional rollercoaster of wedding planning. And in the process she introduced us to her business partner Jacque who immediately won our hearts with her personality and creativity around our florals and decor. We were immediately on the same page with her as we started planning the florals. The florals and decor came out exactly how we envisioned in our heads which never happens; we were blown away on our wedding day!! We are sad now that our wedding is over that we aren't in constant communication with these ladies; we miss them! Together they helped us create and pull off the wedding we had in our minds but didn't know quite how to execute on our own. Keep in mind we had a whole wedding weekend, 3 events in total they helped us create. The wedding weekend was truly magical and our guests haven't stopped talking about it since. Hopefully we can help someone else plan their event, or think of another event for ourselves, so we can work with Kathy and Jacque again!

This place is extremely unprofessional. We ordered a sand ceremony kit which was to be delivered within a week. After a month of not hearing anything we called in and the product was not ordered. They had no regard that the wedding could be right around the corner. After another month of not hearing anything I called again to get the same response, that the item was still not in. So a one week wait time has now taken over 2 months. Finally after my second call a week later the item finally arrived, but both times that i have driven over 10 miles to the store to pick it up they have been closed. There is no customer service skills utilized at this company nor professional courteousy. I personally will never use or recommend this place to anyone and if you are still considering ordering anything from there I would use caution. Make sure your wedding is a few months away.
