When I first was interviewing wedding coordinators I knew I was looking for someone very Type A. I spoke with Sarrah at Imoni and she was incredibly thorough and intuitive. I was impressed from day 1... and my friends will tell you I can be a tough critic :). Leading up to the big day, Sarrah was uber responsive and helped me in the areas I’m not great at- I can make decisions but don’t have a great eye for design- which she does! On the day of the wedding Sarrah and her team made sure everyone had a fabulous time and handled all of the little details so I could relax and be in the moment. I had multiple guests comment on how well run the wedding was. I cannot thanks Sarrah and Imoni enough for making our big day truly perfect!

I had the pleasure of working with Imoni, specifically Jamie for our wedding in March 2017. We purchased Imoni’s services for the “final touches” and I had the wonderful opportunity to work closely with Jamie the last month prior to our wedding. Amazingly, she was available for the entire year leading up to our wedding. I found myself texting her questions and ideas at all times of the day and she was so quick to respond. Before we even met, I felt like Jamie was one of my closest friends. She is just incredible- approachable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. On the day of the wedding our goal was to have a stress free experience and to enjoy every minute of our special day. Imoni made that possible. EVERYTHING went off flawlessly. I can honestly look back and say nothing went wrong and to us, everything was perfect. Even our guests commented that they had never been to a wedding that went so smoothly. When Imoni sets a timeline, they stick to it and execute with ease. I can not speak highly enough about Imoni and their entire team. 5 stars in all categories!

Oh, and Jenni’s tireless work ethic is unmatched. Day in, day out, morning, night, and weekends – she is one-of-a-kind. Even on our wedding day, Jenni ran errands, repaired bow ties, bought ring boxes, wrangled extended family, and so much more before the ceremony even started. Jenni was at the wedding hotel as the sun came up on wedding day, and Jenni + her amazing team were the last ones to leave after the reception. Admittedly, we were hesitant about paying a significant amount of money for Imoni’s planning services. After the wedding, we decided that we would have paid triple the cost if we could have predicted how invaluable Jenni and her team would be. We will be forever grateful to Jenni for flawlessly planning and executing the best day of our lives, and we hope that this recommendation encourages many others to hire the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!

I feel fortnate to say we hired Jenni at Imoni Events to plan our out of state wedding. All brides are different; different thoughts, ideas, expectations, levels of involvement. We hired Sarah at Imoni Events to do our daughters wedding and we are so glad we did. From the first we had a meeting to the night of the wedding things went so well with her. Sarah never said “we can’t do that”. She is the kind a planner who figures it out and has the experience to do whatever is asked. She is great with suggestions from previous weddings she has done, but always leaves it up to you for the final decision. Whether we called or texted her she always got back to us in a timely fashion. Her ability to get a feel for what we wanted was amazing. Always had a great attitude as well. We would hire her again in a heartbeat and is worth EVERY penny. We felt like we became a friends during this process.

The biggest regret I have is hiring this company. They completely ruined my wedding, and did nothing to make it right. Years later, and they still don’t own up to their mistakes. Imagine this, ladies, you’re at the alter with your husband, about to put rings on each other and realize that the wedding planner sitting over on her phone not paying attention STILL HAS THEM. In front of all our guests, in the middle of my ceremony I yell out to her to bring us the rings. I was mortified. Not only that, but she was unorganized durning the whole process, rude to all of our vendors, and did not own up to any of her mistakes. Thank god we had our wedding at a nice enough place that employees stepped in to make our night great, but Imoni events tainted my memory with that terrible ring situation, and just the overall bad behavior of the planner. Take your money somewhere else, don’t waste it here!
