Have used Roberts Catering for in the past for an annual event, but decided to try someone new based on a recommendation. DO NOT use Emily Events. The staff is not helpful with anything. Needed to borrow salad bowl and utensils. Had Party Planners drop off cutting board, table cloths, silverware (which I paid for but could have borrowed if I knew that was what they do) And the worst thing is, in the kitchen the caterer pulled out his salad, admitted there wasn't enough but said he would dole it out. How do you dole out salad for 30 to 100? And it was to be a prime dinner but turned into meat for sliders. All in all not well organized or trained. The meat was good. Green beans chewy. Definitely not value for your money.

Probably one of the most professional and outstanding caterers I ‘ve ever used. I used Emily for the opening of my new office and they went so above and beyond with the little details. Anticipated every need before I did and made the event that much more impressive. The food was outstanding and I still have friends and colleagues asking me “who did the food?” weeks later. Emily also did my wife’s 50th birthday at our home, for 65 people. Again blowing it out of the water. The food flowed all night. Never running out of anything! (Had that happen with another cater once, so terrible). Emily handled EVERYTHING for me, the food, the DJ, rentals, flowers. She told me during our initial meet, “All you need to worry about on the day of the event is what you are going to wear.” That is exactly what we did. We relaxed in our bedroom sipping champagne while Emily transformed our backyard into this wonderful vision. Emily chefed an action station with her husband Rick. What a dynamic duo. When they left it was like they were never there. We woke the next morning to such a clean home. No wonder they were voted the best in the Valley! I couldn’t Recommend another caterer EVER! You’d be foolish to use anyone else. THANK YOU Emily & Rick!
