My wife hired La Boum for my retirement party after they planned our daughter's wedding a few years ago. I was very happy with their service then and very happy with their service now. For the retirement party La Boum brought a Mexican fiesta theme with a taco bar, a cigar bar and a photo booth, with Mexican themed props. It was a nice way to mark a milestone event in my life. They are the best local planning company. Highly recommend them.

When our vendors heard that we had Rebecca on our team they were willing to do things for us they wouldn't do for anyone else. She made our wedding go so smoothly that we could focus on enjoying all of our friends and family. La Boum Events is worth every penny if you want a gorgeous, well run event (wedding or otherwise.) She even helped us get the string quartet from the Anchorage symphony to play at our wedding a week in advance! We have hired La Boum several times now. They first planned my 60th birthday party at a local museum with a travel and Italian theme. I was so impressed that I hired them again as a gift to my daughter for her wedding and they did a fabulous job. Then this spring we hired them again for my husband's retirement party. They always bring fresh and new ideas. I get tired of going to the same parties over and over again. It has been a good investment for our family to put a little extra money into hiring a planner who brings great decor and new ideas to these family milestone events.
