Choosing Rachael as our wedding planner was the best wedding gift that we could have given to ourselves! She was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly organized, and even my other vendors were bragging about her to me. What's more, we had our wedding in Huntsville, AL but live in Florida, and Rachael made the long-distance planning so much easier and less stressful for us. We couldn't have had the perfect wedding day without her help!

You can't do better than Rachael. She took care of absolutely everything we needed, with precision, professionalism, and our best interest always in mind. She knows how to make things fun, while getting things done at the same time! When vendors are tricky to work with, Rachael can get them to cooperate within half a day. She is unafraid of conflict, which is quite nice when planning a wedding! Everything was taken care of, down to the designs on the napkins and the background music to the cake cutting. With Rachael, you can be assured that NO detail will be missed! One of her top qualities is how friendly and caring she is. She has a wonderful personality that will make wedding planning more pleasant than stressful! (Who would have thought that was possible??) We missed her after the wedding was over! If you're thinking of going with Rachael, do it. It was hands down the best decision we made in all of our wedding planning.

I can not say enough great things regarding Two Hearts Weddings and Events and Rachael Grammer. I hired Rachael to help with my daughters wedding. She went above and beyond what I ever expected. From reviewing vendor contracts, meeting with vendors, emails, texts, phone calls, etc. Her help and advice was invaluable during the planning process. On the day of the wedding we had to go to plan B due to weather, but you would have never known it was plan B. It was so nice for me to not worry and just enjoy the day. It was a very hot and humid day and Rachael and her two assistants worked non-stop always polite and with a smile to make sure my daughter's wedding day was perfect and it was!! Hiring Two Hearts Weddings and Events was the best decision I made!

As the mother of the bride I wanted everything to be perfect for our daughter and her wedding in Birmingham, where she lives. We live in the northeast and determined quickly that we wanted a wedding planner. After interviewing several wedding planners we agreed that Two Hearts Wedding and Events, Rachael, was exactly what we both wanted and needed. Rachael was invaluable to us throughout the entire process. She thought of things that never occurred to us, she help manage the budget, and when her suggestions weren't just what we wanted she would offer alternatives and work to help us achieve them. A quick example of how great she is, we had a bridesmaids dress lost by the airline. Rachael located another dress, had someone ready to pick it up in Atlanta and bring it to Birmingham, then she arranged for alterations. Luckily the luggage and the dress were located and these services weren't needed. But the problem was solved before we knew for sure it was a problem. That alone made wedding week so much easier, no worries for the the bride or her mother (me). Wedding day went without a hitch!! Everything was timed perfectly and Rachael and her associates made sure the entire day from start to finish went smoothly. We had a large wedding and I could not have done without Rachael. If you are looking for a wonderful wedding planner that is a great person and excellent at their craft then look no further that Two Hearts and Rachael Grammer! She is the BEST!

Rachael is gifted and amazing. We are SO happy she planned my daughter's wedding! Rachael did my daughter's wedding in 2016 at our house. She just did my other daughter's wedding in 2018 as a destination wedding. Both weddings were very different, but Rachael planned them both to perfection. Rachael doesn't miss a detail and is able to defuse any strife that may occur between families, leaving everyone satisfied. Both my girls adore her. She brings peace and calm to every situation. She is very creative, full of great ideas always. And her contacts are amazing--she knows everybody in the business. I would use her again if I had another daughter!

She thinks of every detail that most brides miss when planning a wedding and she has amazing relationships with different vendors so getting someone hired is a breeze. She is so calming and will do whatever it takes to work with you and make sure you are getting the wedding of your dreams!

We were an out of town couple from Orlando, FL, getting married in Huntsville, AL, due to some family who couldn't travel to us. She made life so easy for us: researching, recommending, and meeting with vendors and setting up the logistics; kindly reminding us of payment schedules and to-do list items; preparing for and solving day-of problems. She even purchased some linens and custom embroidered bouquet ribbons for the bridesmaids, on her own dime! Rachael possesses a gentle but very professional and efficient leadership which ensures things get done right and on schedule, far from the wedding-planner-zilla stereotype. If we asked her a question, she always got back to us within 24 hours. Sometimes she didn't know the answer right away, but she made sure we knew we had been heard. Our wedding day went off without a hitch, and I attribute it to Rachael's planning.

Not being from Birmingham, I knew I was going to need someone to help me with wedding planning. Rachael's knowledge of the business and her relationships with vendors were invaluable. I had about a year with Rachael to plan the wedding and during that time I was told multiple times how calm of a bride I was and that was absolutely because of Rachael and her help. She was always available to me throughout the year and made me feel like a priority to her even though she has other events to plan. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect and detailed and exactly what we wanted.
