We hired Shannon 18 months ago, at the very beginning of the planning process for our destination wedding in Santa Rosa Beach. There are no words that can adequately convey just how wonderful Shannon is, but put simply, we truly could not have done it without her. She coordinated all of our vendors (including our DJ, photographer, rentals, catering, venue, florist, hair stylist and make up artist), handled all of our contracts, offered excellent and honest recommendations for everything from styling and design to vendors and itineraries. Her thoughtful advice was welcomed, and we always felt like she truly had our best interest at heart. Her level of organization and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that our wedding would be amazing. She was responsive and always made us feel like we were her only client. She anticipated our questions and always had solutions ready for any potential problem or hiccup that came up. She helped us to stay within our budget, and offered alternative suggestions in necessary places to keep us on track. She went above and beyond to ensure that our day was nothing short of perfect. Having Shannon on board meant that we could enjoy our vacation the week before the wedding. It meant that no one was scrambling day of to make sure everything was in place. It meant that our parents and friends and family got to sit back and enjoy the day. It meant that we could let go and trust that everything was in great hands.
