We tried playing several games in the front of the building that either took our tokens or didn't give us our tickets. Many of the other games were marked as out of order or had error messages on them. We only saw one employee working and she was having to work both the front desk and the arcade area by herself. After the 4th time of having to have her retrieve our tokens or fix ticket problems for us, I gave up and stopped asking her to fix anymore of our token/ticket issues. It seems like they were completely unprepared to even be open.

This was a fun place. it's super busy, though and can be hard to keep up with your kids at times if they're running in separate directions. You can't exit unless they buzz you out, though. They need to reinstate their bracelet policy though to make sure no one possibly leaves with a stranger.

This place is fun for kids some people might not like others might it’s kinda a mix for me the games are very cheep and I only got 10 tickets when I went there for my friends bday but the punching bag is soo much fun I had a match with me and my friend sadly I lost but the pizza makes me sick to my stomach I threw up in the bathroom a couple of times and that’s the day my day at Pete’s was very cruddy me and my friends shared candy because I was only able to get a dum dum On the way back from Pete’s I though what about other kids will they be sick to their stoumach if they eat that pizza

It has something for all ages. It is a little expensive but you can hang out there for the whole day if you want to. Of course you would need more tokens for the kids. Also it's cheaper to order food and tokens separately and make sure your kids have socks so they can play or you with have to buy some. They are only 2$

I'm going to be in Mobile for quite some time on my current project. I'll be staying at this hotel through the duration. I've only been here a week, but I can tell you why you should stay here for work or pleasure. The hotel is new. The staff have all been super nice and helpful. The breakfast spread is more than adequate. The room is extremely quiet, roomy and well appointed. They have almost too many channels in the TV. The internet is fast and reliable. The only word of caution I have for you is if you're driving a car, slow down to enter the parking lot because whomever built it made an angle that will hit your front fairing. You can tell many a car has bottomed out coming in.

Our son, who us 12 years old and Autistic, discovered this place on google. We drove over from Fairhope and it was totally worth the drive. Super autism friendly, clean and safe. Tons of good video games and much larger than other arcades we've found. Most games only cost two tokens so it's cost effective too... Highly recommended by the Jones Family!

Owners should be ashamed of themselves. They are so money hungry it’s shameful. Save your money and go elsewhere. I’ve been here multiple times and it gets worse every time I come. I’m here as we speak and it will be the last time I will be here long enough to get rid of my token then I’m gone. Half their games don’t work or simply steal tokens. Of course they won’t fix them or put a out of order sign because that’s another way to make money, by stealing peoples hard earned money. Then I’m told at 1pm in the AFTERNOON when I ask them to fill the ticket claw machine that management says once a day. You are freaking kidding me right? It’s not like they fill this machine with very much to begin with that one person playing a couple games can empty it. Ridicoulous. Not to mention apparently they’ve taken the 500 Roll tickets Out to save more money. Newsflash your prices aren’t that great.We haven’t even stayed to finish the coins before we wanted to get out and when trying to check out the tickets the OWNER gets on the phone and makes us wait a whole good 5 mins. I’m over this place. Get it together or someone will be buying it off of you like you did the last owners. Oh PS don’t order the food. It’s over priced garbage. Hopefully I can sale the tokens locally to get some of my money back

It seemed as only 2 teenagers were working. They were nasty, dirty, and almost none of the games worked. The games that did work needed 2 coins but they took 5 more just to play though. None of the tickets dispensers worked so every game that you played you had to go tell the staff.

Bought a table for a birthday party. First when my wife came to book the party the night before they had the door locked early and kept ignoring her knock. She beat on the door until they finally opened it and let her in. Then we get here and have to pay the extra admission for each additional child beyond 5. Went back to buy tokens and find out you get a free admission for every $10 you spend on tokens. So we should have gotten 5 free admissions. They refused to refund the money we paid and rolled thier eyes and walked away. These people are rude. I can't see myself ever giving them money again. This place used to be awesome. It's not, anymore.

Decent place, relatively clean, the climbing castle is big enough for adults to get up in and supervise little kids. Good selection of arcade games be careful about the tickets though they run out quick on busy days. Overall a fun place. Will be going back the kids loved it.

Do not waste your money! Almost all the machines were broken and most took our money. Made this aware to an employee who was supposed to tell the manager whom we never saw. Not to mention i couldn't used a good cleaning. Looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a year. This used to be a nice place to take your kids. I don't understand...if you're going to run an establishment keep it up instead of letting it fall to pieces.

We had a birthday party here. It was not very expensive for what was included. It was very secure to let most kids play around by themselves safely. They weren't as crowded as chucke cheese, which was very nice. The food is pretty expensive though. Overall, we had a great time!

We've been going here since my oldest was 2 years old. It's been through a name change and several owners since then. We love Pete's, the playground, the arcade games, and the friendly staff. Food-wise, I'd choose the mini-hamburgers over the pizza every time, but that's just because they are soooo good!

Their online party reservation system is a sham. They don't check it and neither do they honor any reservations that have been made online even after a deposit has been paid. That being said...Their party room will not hold more than 18 kids comfortably and if you want to set it up properly, be prepared to do it yourself with no help from the staff. They assign one person to help you but really all that person is there for is to bring out the pizza for the kids and that's it. The gave us 2 pitchers for 2 different type of drinks but did not stay to make sure that all the kids were served. We had to walk up to the drink station and fill up our own pitchers multiple times because we had parents attending the party as well. The person assigned to help us made no effort to even recognize that we needed help when we stood at the counter with questions. What we assumed to be the manager, was not even concerned with the party either. And for the kicker - There was no one else at the place till the end of the party. Sorry but we will not be having another kids party over there again and would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere for a kids party location!!!

A few broken Great selection of little kids rides (if they work). Excellent variety of arcade games. Menu has many options in which to choose. If you are looking for good/quality food would not recommend. Staff never friendly.

Nice place to let your kids run around. Trash and food litter the floor. Arcade games mediocre if they don't take your tokens. Service staff are just going through the motions. Love watching UFC on the TV. I'm sure all the little kids like watching two dudes beat each other up while they run around. One swinging doors is broken and you can come and go freely. Only staff on the floor was just to bring food or get them a refill.

PPC used to be my preference when it came to my children unwinding after a school week due to the smaller crowd, however, I am not pleased with the customer service. Once we entered and begun playing the arcade, I noticed many of the games were taking the tokens. Once my children and I found the games that worked properly, we gathered our tickets to redeem prizes. Two workers came to the counter, holding a personal conversation and walked away. It wasn't until I spoke up that another worker walked up to us to help. When she did, she threw the prizes on the counter (even though my hand was extended). I WILL NOT bring my children here again. I would rather make the drive across the bay where the customer service exceeds expectations, I get my money's worth, and the arcade is functional.

I booked a party on line and paid via pay pal the $50 deposit. I had questions and wanted confirmation so I called.....no one EVER answers the phone!! I left 2 messages and sent emails. Still, no reply! They are quick to take your money (non-refundable BTW), but they don't reply to my request or questions. Very bad owners and management who allow this kind of practice. Confirmation emails are not difficult to do in this day in time. They sure were quick to take my $50!! I don't recommend anyone use them for a party! They are poorly run and managed obviously. My child's party is next weekend and I don't have a clue if these people even know it, just that they got my $50 deposit. Buyers beware!!!!!!

8,7, and 3 year old had a blast but not much for a one year old to do. The toddler area toys were broken and duck taped together. High chairs needed to be cleaned, had crusty food on them. Food was good, bigger kids had a great time!

Several of the games were not working properly. Some were marked out of order, but quite a few were not marked and took tokens that were not returned. A few of the games had ran out of tickets and were not dispensing tickets properly. The parking lot, dining area, and restrooms needed more attention and cleaning. However, my 3 and 5 year old thoroughly enjoyed themselves despite the shortcomings.

I don't recommend this place for a birthday party! First, the price to just book a table is not what is advertised on their mobile site! When I went to book, the $30 on the site became $50. (I was informed that the site just hadn't been updated yet!) I thought, maybe this higher price would include more services! NOPE! (Last year, we paid $40, which included admission for 5 children, pizza, drinks, plates, a small cake, and game tokens! My son had a blast!) So what did my $50 get this year? Just the table, 5 children admissions, and 5 birthday paper plates, cups, and hats you can find at the Dollar Tree in packs of 10! Food, drinks, and tokens were extra! To top it all off, they got rid of the bouncy slide and replaced it with a bunch of games that costed even more money in tokens! The staff was mostly unhelpful and obviously did not want to be there! That place is turning into yet another money pit arcade that doesn't provide much in the way of physical play! I'm very disappointed in the new "improved" Pete's and if I could give them a 0 star rating , I would!

Had my grandsons birthday party at Pete's today. Got there at 2:10. Party was booked for 2:30. Nothing was set up for the party. My guests started arriving at 2:30 and finally everything was ready at 2:40 - 2:45. I booked my party Tuesday online. I had 16 children in attendance, 3 were toddlers. Who didn't eat the two pieces of pizza that came with the per person charge. They didn't get soft drinks either. They did get their tokens to play in the toddler area, so I paid 17.99 each for 20 tokens.. WOW!! I ordered 100 extra tokens for 50 bucks, 3 meat pizzas for the adults at 15.99 a pop. When the pizzas I ordered were brought out, there were no plates and no napkins. I was told they're in the napkin holders. Guess what?? Napkin holders were empty.. I had to go back again and ask for some. Then when it came time to cut the cake, I had to ask for plates and forks. The girl gave me 14 plates for 33 people, so I went in the cabinet and got my own. I had to ask for forks too. I was told oh they're over there. There were 8 in the holder. I had to go under the counter and get more. I was also charged an extra 50 bucks for an extra table because I had 16 kids. Three of those were toddlers who couldn't sit at the table with the other kids. NEVER AGAIN will I have a party at Petes!!!!

Reasonable amount of machines, but the staff was rude and disinterested in their work. Kids take such pride in trading in their tickets, so the least the staff could do, was to let them chose and take their time chosing! We were the only people there but the staff were more interested in talking with each other. I had to ask several times if my daughter could pick her prizes for herself, because the girl just chose for her. Several of the machines didn't dispense the right amount of tickets. The presents to chose from are crappy, but I guess they are most places. My daughter didn't want to play in the play-area because it smelled bad in there.

They have fair prices on tokens & if there is ever any issue with the games then they go out & get it fixed & return any tokens you may have lost due to the games malfunctioning. Majority of the food is a bit over priced though in my opinion but they do have bottomless chips & salsa & free refills on drinks if you or the kids need something to snack on during the visit but don't want to shell out the money for the rest of the menu items.

This place is ok. The owner is the only really nice employee that's not super irritated when you need help. The "help" part, is having your tokens stolen by many of the rides and games. Pizza was really good and generally it's clean. My daughter loves the climbing fort. For $10 we have lots of tokens and fun. My daughter really enjoys it. Previously, there were workers that were not friendly at all and rude and made me feel like I was burdening them. Stood at the entrance for 5 minutes before they even knew I was there. So it's a toss up as far as customer service which is where my 3 stars come from. ***Edit 10/13/19*** Had my children's party there this past weekend. The "helper" for the party hardly did anything. Very frustrating when you have a party with 20+ people. Had to chase her down for things we needed. Me and my guests cleaned up almost everything and she was still nowhere to be found. Games still ate tokens and some were more broken than before. I spent $200+ ordered 4 pizzas and paid for 13 kids to get pizza and drinks. When I asked for a water pitcher and a few cups for the adults, they charged me 50 cents a cup. I was not happy about that at all. Really petty to charge for that. They provided balloons, napkins, table cloth for the party but it was all from the Dollar Tree. Table cloth ripped and plates were flimsy. Hind sight, I would have brought all my own stuff including water cups for adults. Overall my score stays a 3. There are limited places for kids parties. I would say you get what you pay for, but I feel I paid way more for what I actually got. Girls at front are still rude.

The kids had a great time but I was not impressed. The pizza was not good. The parry attendants were not as attentive as they should be. Most of the entertainment for the kids is through token run games. The kids get a set number of tokens depending on the party package and they go fast. Once they run out the kids are constantly wanting more money to keep them entertained. It is really big and open which is a plus if you have a large group

None of the games were working correctly. We played games for an hour and only got 35 tickets instead of the 150 or 200 we won. My 3 year old wanted prizes of course, but all we could afford with 35 tickets were two dumb dumbs and a tootsie roll.

My children love going to Pete's Party Castle! Tokens and admission are not expensive. The admission is $3 per walking child, but if buying tokens or food then you get one free admission for every $10 spent. I do think that their ticket prizes could be better though...

DO NOT SUPPORT PETE'S PARTY CASTLE! Today we had a playdate for my son's birthday party and it ended with a male worker from the kitchen trying to fight a female relative of mine and one of the worker pressing the robbery button to call the police. It begin with a food complaint, several food compliants by not just us but multiple customers. She was told by an employee that she could go to the kitchen service window for more salsa. After the 3rd replacement the boy in the kitchen became extremely rude and nasty so my cousin took her plate to the front desk to let them know what was going on and that she just no longer wanted her food. While she was standing at the front desk the young man came out of the kitchen shouting and waving his arms at her like he wanted to fight. The other employees had to hold him back and physically push him back into the kitchen to stop him. I then asked for a supervisor and was told there was no supervision onsite so i asked was there anyone to call and the young lady said yes. She called who i thought was a manager. A lady ( i believe she said her name was Kristy) got on the phone and i explained to her what happened and told her that there was no one onsite to handle it. She said with an attitude "there is someone there" i then asked "well where are they because I was told there was no one here that is why they called you" her EXACT REPLY was "On the clock!" No apology no empathy no outrage attje fact her employees were behaving this way, all i got was someone who soundedlike they were mad she was called. Needless to say once i heard her attitude i knew it was pointless to continue to talk to her and asked the employee there for a corporate contact and was told that it was the owner on that was on the phone with an attitude even after her employee confirmed my story. They refunded my cousin for her food ( which was clearly not the issue) and while we were packing the kids tickets to leave THE POLICE CAME!! One of the employees pressed the "HOLD UP BOTTON" ( button you press when you are getting robbed!!!!!!) The girl at the front desk sent the police away they REFUSED to even speak to us anout the issue because he said he was responding to the button alarm and they were clearly mot being robbed. Then an older lady showed up while we were cashing the kids tickets in and states that she was the owners mother and the owner sent her there. She said that she knows the issues with the food and kept saying that alot of the staff is new including the young man that threatened my cousin and was now back in the kitchen cooking like nothing happened but then also kept saying that she knew wthat was no excuse. I have never had issues here before and always suggest them for kids parties but if the owner cares this little about her customers i will not be one

This place is fun for all ages. My son has enjoyed it since he was a toddler, and he is now 9 and still has a blast. We went as a family, and even the adults played and had fun!

Took my 15 month old grand daughter and she enjoyed the experience thoroughly! Primarily stayed in the toddler section since she was too small for other activities but she loved it nonetheless.

We had our daughters third birthday party here and the kids loved it. Before the party, I was a little unclear with what was included in my booking, and I would have liked a little more information, but that is my only recommendation. That being said, I have to brag on the young people who work here. We donated our daughters party to a friend who is battling cancer, and when the staff heard about it they donated their entire tip jar. The staff was so helpful on the day of the party. Our host and everyone working was wonderful! We will definitely be back :) thank you, Pete’s!

I'm giving two stars... We used to come here very often to let the kids play. They always kept it clean and functioning. The food was always great. I've been there twice this month and it has been terrible. On my first visit it was in the evening time with not so many people there but every table in the front had trash just sitting on them so everyone that was there was sitting in the very back unless you wanted to clean your own table off from whoever ate there prior. Then o spent $40 in tokens and I have 3 kids. Every time I turned around a machine was taking the kids money the girls at the regusters seemed bothered by me telling them about the machines and wanting my kids tokens or tickets out if them. It's horrible paying for play time then had no to spend the whole time shuffling between 3 kids to fix the problem of tickets or tokens. Eventually we left. Wasted money. Then the second time for my daughter's 8tnoh birthday she wanted to go there but I really didn't because of our last experience. But it was her birthday so I caved and went upon arrival I was told the castle was shut down and the arcades were open. Well... That's convenient. I asked her how long it would be shut down she said she didn't know because she couldn't get her boss on the phone... So the whole time it's an endless pit of money.

DO NOT SUPPORT PETE'S PARTY CASTLE! Today we had a playdate for my son's birthday party and it ended with a male worker from the kitchen trying to fight a female relative of mine and one of the worker pressing the robbery button to call the police. It begin with a food complaint, several food compliants by not just us but multiple customers. She was told by an employee that she could go to the kitchen service window for more salsa. After the 3rd replacement the boy in the kitchen became extremely rude and nasty so my cousin took her plate to the front desk to let them know what was going on and that she just no longer wanted her food. While she was standing at the front desk the young man came out of the kitchen shouting and waving his arms at her like he wanted to fight. The other employees had to hold him back and physically push him back into the kitchen to stop him. I then asked for a supervisor and was told there was no supervision onsite so i asked was there anyone to call and the young lady said yes. She called who i thought was a manager. A lady ( i believe she said her name was Kristy) got on the phone and i explained to her what happened and told her that there was no one onsite to handle it. She said with an attitude "there is someone there" i then asked "well where are they because I was told there was no one here that is why they called you" her EXACT REPLY was "On the clock!" No apology no empathy no outrage attje fact her employees were behaving this way, all i got was someone who soundedlike they were mad she was called. Needless to say once i heard her attitude i knew it was pointless to continue to talk to her and asked the employee there for a corporate contact and was told that it was the owner on that was on the phone with an attitude even after her employee confirmed my story. They refunded my cousin for her food ( which was clearly not the issue) and while we were packing the kids tickets to leave THE POLICE CAME!! One of the employees pressed the "HOLD UP BOTTON" ( button you press when you are getting robbed!!!!!!) Great place to play with kids but had to take my 4yo and 8yo to er running 105.1 and 104.2 fever Dr stating most likely got from them playing in tunnels and games ... You would think they would at least Lysol everyday or couple hrs .... But overall I won't visit again bout did have fun... WASH HANDS REPEATEDLY

I would have gave this places five star rating if I could give them or I would have maybe more than five until tonight I like coming here late night on the weekday to get my kids to go run around and play on their little dragon playground and their little ride on toys or whatever you call them well anyways the two young girls here want to throw attitudes and be very rude and then try to shut the place down at 8:30 if you're going to shut the place down at 8:30 I'm not going to pay $6 for my kids to play that's insane I came here a little before 7:50 they didn't explain that they were going to shut down at 8:30 well I said something about it why did they not say anything well they turned around and started talking to each other about me like I couldn't hear them it's all good though but they definitely need a lesson in dealing with customers other than that it's fine but that could upgrade a few things

I'll agree with other reviews that you should not eat here. Pizza was an undercooked frozen box pizza. Chips and salsa were ok but it was obviously pace salsa and some mission tortilla chips. There were only 2 staff members which left the facility unattended or thinly staffed. Many parents were not watching their older kids which left them free to run over the big ones. (Of course the last criticism is not the fault of the facility.) Pete's is really over priced for what it is.

I asked for light sauce on my pizza when it came it was full of sauce the cheese and toppings fell of and when I complained the lady copped an attitude. Not professional at all. I wish I could give it no stars. Finally talked to the owner and she said she pays her people to be rude to customers. Don't waste your time or money here

the party castle itself was wonderfully put together. my son had an absolute blast and games were not too expensive. however i cannot give 5 stars because the food was mediocre at best. the service was also very mediocre, too much goofing off going on that our food did not come out right and the food portions were very small
