Rhonda and everyone at Big Day was so helpful in walking me through, long distance, the process of creating my perfect Beach Wedding! Even when it looked like the weather would no cooperate they helped keep me calm and work through our Plan B. The day of our ceremony it poured rain 2.5 hours before our ceremony, after they have already set up that morning. Big Day redid everything necessary and by ceremony time the weather and all the details were perfect! I definitely picked the right company and could not have been happier.

My husband and I wanted the perfect beach wedding that we were able to plan and have set up before arriving the weekend of our wedding. Big Day Weddings made this possible and stress free! We were able to select the package and colors we wanted, all from the computer and phone. I was more than pleased with the outcome in person on the morning of the wedding! Rhonda worked with us on all the details, Lisa and staff set up bright and early the morning of the wedding and even came back to move the set up as the water was rising before the hurricane weather came in. Neal was a great officiant and Lisa, a wonderful photographer. We loved all staff we encountered and would absolutely recommend Big Day Weddings for anyone's perfect day!

It was my daughters wedding. The ppl that set their wedding props up were great, friendly and just plain wonderful even if it was sprinkling on them. The weather was not the best but the wedding was still absolutely beautiful. Big day wedding was wonderful (Rhonda). I would use them again. Coming from Lake Ozark Missouri!!

I would like to thank Rhonda and The Big Day Wedding Staff everything from the start of the planning of my wedding to the end was very well organized. It was such a pleasure working with Rhonda she made everything seem so stress free. She had a recommendation for all of my needs from the cake to the flowers and even a salon to do my hair and makeup, and since I was six hours away and didn't know anyone from this town it was very helpful for me. We had an amazing day and incredible wedding. The crew of Big Day Weddings set up our venue beautifully. They had it set up early in the day for an evening wedding but made sure it was pristine before the ceremony took place. Our photographer was extremely friendly and took lovely pictures that we will cherish forever; even while working around the crazy family. I would send any bride getting married on the coast straight to Big Day. The unlimited emails and calls really is that and at the end of it all you feel like you have made a lifelong friend instead of a business transaction. Big Day Weddings is the one stop shop for a beach wedding. Rhonda was awesome to work with. She made our out of town beach wedding a great success. We were able to plan out every detail via phone/email. She was very accommodating and easy to work with. Everything was so flawless that I got nervous on the day of the wedding because I hadn't heard anything at all. Everything was already set up and ready to go. When I called Rhonda, she laughed and let me know there was nothing to worry about and sent me a picture of my beach set up that was just waiting on me and my husband and family.

My daughter was wanting to get married at her favorite spot on the beach and left me to arrange it. As any mother of the bride can imagine, I was worried I wouldn't be able to pull it off living over six hours away from the location. Thank goodness for Big Day Weddings! From the first phone call to Rhonda, all the way to the end, there were no problems, issues, or glitches. I would recommend them to anyone. I love Big Day Weddings! Wonderful people to work with. We had a morning wedding in the middle of the week and everything was just the way I wanted it. The minister was extremely kind and wonderful to everyone. I live 10 hours alway so it was nice that everything was taken care of when I arrived two days before my wedding. The bakery that was recommended did a tremendous job as well as the photographer. It was extremely hot and the photographer made sure I had every photo that I wanted and was very patient with my two young children. Rhonda always answered emails and calls immediately and was a pleasure to work with. Everything I asked for I got and the day went just the way I had planned

Our experience with Big Day Weddings was not what we expected. The wedding director was non-existent, we could not select our own music, and our pictures were delayed. There was certainly a feeling of being subjected to up charges after signing the initial contract. We were disappointed to learn we needed to pay an extra $200 fee to have a wedding director prior to the wedding. Nonetheless, we paid the fee. In retrospect, this was a complete waste of money. The director never walked down to the site of the service; she stayed at the pavilion the entire time. I’m not exactly sure what she was doing because she was not attentive at all! For example, she sent the bridesmaids down the aisle prior to the groom’s family being walked in. So, the bridesmaids walked down while the groom, groom’s family, and groom’s party was waiting for direction. We eventually realized there would not be any direction and walked the family in and took our place. There was never any guidance. After the unusualness of the ladies entering first and the awkward pause, the service went well. The officiant was great as was the photographer. Save yourself the $200 wedding director fee. Also, save yourself the extra money for music because you cannot select your own and will have to provide someone to play and stop the music if you want anything different than their stock music. Lastly, do not wait expecting to receive your wedding pictures. We had to email to check the status and received them about 12-hours later. Prior to selecting BDW, we conducted extensive research on the many options available. Perhaps it was just a bad day for them, because their reviews were very good, but based on our experience, we cannot recommend Big Day Weddings.
