My wedding was October 20th, 2018. My husband and I are from Georgia, 5 hours away, so we had only communicated with All the Details via email and text which is always a scary thing when planning a big event- particularly a destination wedding. Ava and I communicated frequently for more than a year. Ava was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always prompt in response and made sure she perfected every last detail. When rehearsal and wedding day came, it was absolutely perfect. She made a stressful day not so stressful. Ava and her team handled everything and set everything up BEAUTIFULLY! They are good at what they do and have a true passion for event planning. Everything was truly gorgeous from the fresh flowers, to the sashes, to the arbor etc. Every detail made everything come together beautifully. I would recommend Ava and her team for ANY event in the Gulf Shores, Mobile, Foley, Fort Morgan, Pensacola and surrounding areas. You will not be disappointed! I would choose her over and over again! The pictures I posted are beautiful, but truly do not do the setup justice. To see in person was absolutely stunning. The entire evening was one nobody will ever forget, and we got so many comments saying that it was the best wedding they had ever been to!

Ava was absolutely wonderful!! We planned our wedding in 3 weeks and Ava took care of every detail!! The location, the gorgeous flowers she arranged herself, the arbor and decorations, and even my request for a cello player!!! Everything was absolutely perfect and amazing. I can’t rave about her enough or thank her enough for making our day absolutely perfect!! And of course I can’t forget Blitz!! He had all the right words planned out for the ceremony!! Thank you both sooo much!!

I, from LA, spoke with Charli who was very sweet and courteous to me. My mother is in a hotel there and her birthday is today... I needed a florist to deliver pronto. She referred me to her personal florist where SO FAR:) I have great results!, but from speaking with Charlie.... I'd definitely feel comfortable giving her a chance for my wedding if I was there!

Just had my daughter's wedding on Orange Beach last weekend. The beautiful beach ceremony coordinated by Ava and officiated by Blitz was absolutely perfect. We had rented a beach house and the wedding was on the beach with the reception at the house outside under strings of lighting. We rented tents, tables, chairs, a bar, a dance floor, and hired a DJ and a caterer. It was a magical evening that all in attendance will never forget. Of course what most of the participants did not appreciate was the planning and coordination that had been going on over the prior nine months that resulted in such a special evening. Beach weddings have become very popular, in fact there were three happening that night within sight of one another; ours being the best one of course. As a result of the increasing popularity there are many providers of beach wedding experiences in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. We looked at several before deciding to use Ava. One particular aspect of All the Details that we really liked is that they only do ONE wedding on any day. But even more than that we were captured by Ava's personality and her approach to such an important event in our lives. It was clear from the first phone call that she was not trying to sell us a wedding. She was wanting to make us happy. She never told us what to do. She listened to my daughter and found out what she wanted, then began to develop ways to make it happen. We hired All the Details to provide the beach ceremony and coordinate the reception. On our wedding day Ava and Blitz arrived in the morning and remained on the site until nearly midnight, well after the reception had ended. They made sure everything came together perfectly. We had followed their advice/recommendations for equipment rentals, music, photography and reception catering and that, in addition to their team proved to be a really smart move. We were highly pleased with each of these suppliers and it was clear that they were among the best, if not the best, in the area. All through the evening guests continued to remark that this was an awesome event and they were glad they were a part of it. If you are considering a beach wedding and don't know where to start I highly recommend All the Details. As you come to know Ava and Blitz you too will realize that you have found something special and once more Ava will began to do what she loves to do most; making people happy! In our case she most definitely succeeded.

What a day! Ava and her team did a wonderful job for us and put together a beautiful setting on the beach for our long-awaited nuptials. The flowers exceeded our expectations and yes, the beauty of the bouquets made me cry! They were just perfect... she captured my vision exquisitely. Planning a destination wedding is daunting to start with and choosing a wedding planner online based only off of photos & reviews is a bit scary, but that's just what we did, and we wouldn't have it any other way. I love Ava and Blitz! Ava and Blitz handled everything for me. I just simply told Ava my favorite color and told her that I trusted her to do what she thought would be pretty, they went above and beyond to make our day perfect! Everything was absolutely beautiful! They even handed out personalized bottled water to our guests! They truly go into every detail of the weddings that they do! I just can't say enough great things about them! They certainly made our day perfect and I didn't have to worry about anything except showing up!
