I had them out for a service issue on my ac unit. They thought they fixed it. They did not. But they stood behind there service and gave me a great deal on a new unit. So I replaced my furnace as well. At install they arrived on time and were in and out. Very polite and professional. Answered all my questions.

Shawn did everything right. He was prompt, courteous, neat and tidy, and communicated very clearly. He listened to my concerns, found a cracked tube that was causing some odor, discovered and repaired a venting issue, cleaned up a condensate hose problem before it became a problem, and completed our annual inspection all in less than two hours for a very reasonable price. I consider PGA's home service to be one of the perks of living around Wausau, they are fantastic.

Fast service and quick response!! After contacting and leaving vm for other contracters that install central air for weeks with no response. I contacted PGA on Friday via email and got a response right away from Scott S. He did a great job explaining the steps and proposal. My central air installation was scheduled for this coming Friday and Jim called me Monday and got my installation appointment moved to Tuesday morning. I had to head out to work by 4pm and he assured me they would be done before that. The guys did a AWESOME JOB and were done and out before then. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend to family and friends!! I will be contacting PGA INC again for future services!!

the guy came out just to sit in his van for 3 hours looking on the internet how to do his job and tell me that the part needed to fix the leak was discontinous and still charged me $400+. nothing fix

Had gas line run so we could convert to gas stove from electric, they were able to it without having to damage ceiling in finished basement! Yay! Originally estimated that we would have to run line out side so this was a much appreciated better option. Thanks guys! Would recommend to anyone!
