Called Tony’s 9 days ago for a commercial refrigeration repair. I was promised same day service if I paid my account current, then, after doing so, there were conventionally “no cancellations” and we would be contacted when a spot opened up. That was 9 days ago. I followed up the next day wit direct contact and have yet to receive adequate response. Terrible service.
