Over the past 3 years Grogg's has fixed the furnace that came with my house, added an AC unit to it, and installed a new high efficiency furnace in my rental house. I shopped around before purchasing my AC unit and the new furnace and in both cases Grogg's went above and beyond to find what I needed within my budget. I'm always impressed with how thorough they are in laying out a plan before launching into a job. I've also been very impressed with their workforce. I have never met a rude Grogg's employee. I plan to build onto my house within the next couple of years and you better believe that I'll be calling Grogg's to do the HVAC work.

Omg, this company is by far the best the very best in the business, their after hours call service is second to none, I spoke to the receptionist, 2 minutes later, the technician (Brian) called, and assured our family that he could fix the problem. The next morning, not only was he prompt, but was the most professional technician I've ever experienced.....our AC was unit was literally destroyed by 1 mouse, Brian had this unit up and going within an hour, WOW....very impressed....PLESE USE THESE FOLKS WHEN AN EMERGENCY ARISES, 100 star rating...thank you guys so very much...

Only gave one star because that is the lowest I could give . They came out and worked on my daughter furnace on a Saturday . It was going to get into single digits on temperature . Said part would be in on Monday or Tuesday. Thursday they were still giving bs reasons as to why hadn't gotten part . Ordered it on Thursday from Amazon ,,, got it on Saturday myself ... They told us that we couldn't put in part ourselves because didn't know how . Two screws and four wires ... Wires only reach where to hook up ... Will call someone else next time

What a joke. First of all, what exactly does Platinum status provide, not a whole lot. No emergency service or having to pay at least $150 per hour, ooo, "20% discount on service repairs, 5% discount on part" big deal. My mom who is 85+ and lives alone, called on a weekend because the furnace wasn't working and the house temperature had already fallen to the upper 50's, fortunately she could stay with a neighbor. I live in MD and have a service contract on my HVAC which I pay $225 per year, they don't ding me for "emergency" service, the discount is more than a "token". Needless to say, once my mom's contract expires, we will definitely look for other providers. I wouldn't recommend this company to empty a cat's litter box. As the saying goes, BUYER BEWARE. You have been WARNED WV.

AC down on Monday after technician found high compressor discharge pressure. No good fix possible. Sales call (Justin) visited Tuesday. Excellent deal made for a complete upgrade of 15 year old system. Installers (Epson Espinoza and at least 5 others at various times showed up Wednesday and replaced AC condenser... evaporator... furnace... utilities... duct transitions... upgraded filter... etc. Great job by all and AC back on line Wed evening. Even had a Groggs window unit provided for bedroom Tues and Wed sleeping comfort. Great job from a great team!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! My aunt purchased an a/c unit from Grogg's. Due to her pneumonia, which she got by not having a/c, she was sent to the hospital the same day. She was on life support for over a month. The bill was only 30 days outstanding when they threatened to take legal action. And she was physically unable to pay and had to have people do it for her, which happened soon after. On top of that, these guys installed an a/c unit without having the electric in place to run it. All they cared about was making a sale. And when my cousin explained my aunt's circumstances, Tim did not care. How cold-hearted can someone be?

I specifically told the woman in the office that I wanted the service person to bring an analyzer, because Ciera's was also broken when she made a service call in February.

After over 9 years of working with Groggs I felt vary comfortable doing business with them over the phone while I was out of town. I needed two new heating and air conditioning systems installed at one of my rentals. I am unsure if it’s because of being over come with business and maybe hiring outside contactors, but I do know i will never seal a deal until everything is in writing. As a business man I know this. But they have always been honest and trustworthy. They did do a terrific job, just didn’t fulfill promises and issues in getting it finished. The have always been the one to call and trust. I hope they have not grew out of this. I praised to many people about the great service. I’m unsure of what happened to me and another friend that I also referred.
