We had an electrical issue. Called Cline Electrical at 10:30pm on a Saturday night and received a call back from the owner within a couple of Minutes. Jerry offered to come out then or on Sunday morning. He came out at the scheduled time on Sunday morning and fixed the immediate issue and checked other areas to be sure we would not have the same issue elsewhere. Jerry was very personable and did a quality job. I would recommend Cline Electrical Service for anyone needing to have electrical work done.

After describing our electrical problem to APCO, they sent a service man to our home. 9 hours later they arrived about 10 p.m. (we are still without service). After checking out the problem APCO said we needed an electrician to fix the problem with our service panel inside the house. The next morning early we called Cline Electrical Service ... Jerry said they would rearrange their schedule to get someone out to our house. 1 hour later they were here ... and said APCO needed to be here! They called APCO and moved on to their other calls. APCO came in 2 hrs this time ... checked it out and said the electrician needed to be here with him. APCO contacted Cline and they came back within the hour! Problem got fixed thanks to the quick competent response by Cline Electrical Service. PS - The problem wasn't our service panel!

Excellent experience. I called Jerry Cline. He came out to evaluate my situation. He explained what would have to be done and why. He typed a quote with job description and total price. I thought it was a fair price considering what had to be done. He told me when to expect his crew, they showed up as scheduled. Jeff and David arrived at 8:45 and went right to work. It was a 16 degree morning and they were both outside most of the day. They stayed focused and did not waste any time. They didn't have to run to get parts, etc. They came prepared with what would be needed. When done, they explained everything. They were professional, polite and worked well as a qualified team. I will use this company again.

Called for service and they were out that afternoon. Showed us the problem which was very serious. Definitely a fire hazard. The power could not be turned back on until it was repaired. Jerry went out, found the part we needed and had our breaker box electricity back on before dinner.
