10-14-2019 Today I had preventative maintainence done on my Mitsubishi "Mr. Slim" heating & cooling inverter system. I am totally pleased with the work that was done by Brian Weikel. He arrived at the scheduled time, he worked quickly and efficiently, and he took time to explain each phase of the maintainence service. Had a need for a fast electrical help. They were able to get me in same day (which may not be the case for everyone) but were courteous and professional. Once here, they present themselves very well. Sent a text in advance with a picture of the electrician. They quickly gave me confidence that they were experts who could help. Ivan and Steven are the best! They were so friendly and knowledgeable and they did a great job. I have a difficult schedule to work around, but Maddi, in the office, and Ivan were on it! They were so flexible and made sure that I could get everything I needed and still get to work. This is a company that clearly values building good relationships between their customers and their employees and everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. Steven and Ivan even played with my dog and I felt really comfortable having them in my home. It felt more like a neighbor stopped by to help me out. Ivan gave me his work/cell number so I was able to text him with questions and concerns all throughout the week long process and he always responded right away. When other technicians came to my house for a few of the repairs, Ivan texted me to check up on their work and make sure I was happy with how the job was progressing. Everything is working great again and I really appreciate these guys for going above and beyond to answer all my questions and help me out any way they could. As a single mom feeling very overwhelmed by home repairs, it meant a lot to me to not only get the service I needed so quickly but to also feel like these guys were really watching out for me and taking good care of my home and my little family. Mostly seamless experience with using Seatown to install a heat-pump. Quote and scheduling was great and I thought that the work was good, but a number of issues came up during the inspection (potential sound ordinance violation with where heat pump was installed, no straps on refrigerant line inside of the house, and potential clearance issue between flue gas pipe and wood framing - TBD if that's really an issue as Seatown didn't have parts to complete connection day of install). I'm confident these issues will be resolved but I'm a little disappointed with the long-tail of minor problems.

I called at 8am and Colby was here by 11:30 for my non-urgent problem. He was able to quickly find and fix the problem and spent time discussing my options. I was a little hesitant with the $250 diagnostic fee, but the fee was waived when I decided to have Colby go ahead and do a permanent fix to a reoccurring problem I was having using portable AC units. Colby was very courteous, professional, and took the time to explain the issue and the possible solutions without the hard sell.

Fine team of professionals. They worked very hard for eight hours and I suspect they did not even stop to have lunch. Their replacement of our entire AC service panel was very complex and works great. (They taught me stuff that is very helpful to a home owner.). $279 to come out and diagnose a loose wire in an outlet and wanted $150 more for the 10 minutes work to put in a new outlet. I know labor is expensive now, but there are some routine things that many contractors will fix in the basic diagnostic charge. Three stars for showing up on time as promised and a courteous office staff and electrician.

The technician Steve Ellersick called ahead and let me know when he was arriving. Steve checked all possible problems that may be affecting our power. The problem was not fixed entirely but not to any lack of effort from Steve to find the issue. The issue was eventually pinpointed and I will have to set another appointment to get it fixed which I have no problem doing due to the friendly and professional service from Steve and Seatown Elextric. Our old electrical panels (large original 1979 home plus 2006 remodel) were maxed out and not up to current codes to add the new 240 volt/50 amp circuit we needed to add, so we hired Seatown Electric to replace our panels with two 200 amp 42 circuit lifetime warranty panels and add the new circuit & wiring. I was told by the dispatcher that it could take up to three days total, but Thomas and Kyle had it done in less than 1 1/2 days. They were both extremely hard workers, diligent, polite, and paid close attention to detail, which I really appreciated, since I tend to be a perfectionist myself. They even let this retired amateur handyman watch everything they did without any grumbling at all! Both knew what needed to be done, and went about doing it very efficiently. And they didn't leave until all new circuits were identified, tested, and they were assured I didn't have any remaining concerns. Professionals all the way. Thanks again Thomas and Kyle!

The set up an appointment was east and I was given an advanced call telling me when they would be here. I was notified when they arrived and was provided a quick assessment of what could be the problem. They performed a quick walk through to assess all components that could be involved and identifying the issue, the problem was solved. In the mean time, I was provided with a review of my circuit panel obsolescence (which I knew about) and provided with options for replacement. I have been debating this issue for years and finally made a decision for them to replace the panel, with a 1 day replacement assessment. They went over the work to be performed including what had to be removed to make room for the new larger panel. Overall the initial problem was solved in a timely manner and new work outlined and costed. Both workers were courteous. friendly and thorough. Great job and I look forward to the panel replacement.

I went with Seatown for installation of my heat pump and furnace. Excellent experience! They weren't the cheapest, but think this is an area where you get what you pay for. Before choosing, I'd read that choice of the installer was as much or more important that the choice of equipment, due to some of the technical issues. Rock Harris - the installer - very detail oriented. He talked us through the process as he went, letting us confirm details as appropriate, then witnessing the quality of his pipe joints, duct work, etc etc. etc.. impressive. Could also tell by the way he talked, he was personally "sold" - behind the product being installed and doing work that he could be proud of at the end of the day. I wan't home to meet David Huff the electrician, but his work looks professionally done. So - overall - am pleased with the results!

We had a great experience with Seatown. Davis is the person that came out to give us our estimate. He was one of the few that actually took off the electrical panel, and checked the wiring going to the thermostat, etc. The estimate we received was on par with the other companies that offered the same unit we wanted. After we received the estimate, it took us a while to make a decision. Since there wasn't much of a price difference between the competition, a big reason we went with Seatown is how responsive and professional Davis and the other staff were to questions/following up when he said he would. He wasn't pushy but he also didn't ghost us during the busy summer season. The actually installation went really smoothly. The installer, Shaun, was very courtious about keeping everything clean and not letting out our dog. He took the time to explain to us how everything worked and helped us reprogram our thermostat. The only surprise during install was actually a nice surprise where Shaun was able to find a solution that allowed us to keep our Nest thermostat while also saving us some money. Overall we had a good experience with Seatown and definitely will be using them for our required hvac maintence needs going forward.

Hired them to put in a generator, a dedicated line for extra outlets, and change out several old outlets. They came at the scheduled time, they were very professional and courteous. They spent 2 days doing the work. They even sent out one of their guys a couple days early to replace two outlets that had been burnt by using an electric heater. They moved the furniture when they had too and vacuumed up the tiny amount of drywall dust from the dedicated outlet. It was a very positive experience. Will use them again for any future electrical/heating needs.

After contacting several local electricians, including my former friend who was apprenticing at the time, every one of them flaked on me and was difficult to communicate with. I always make sure to be flexible, but with plans for a baby, I couldn't wait forever. I was happy to come across Seatown Electric and receive an exceptional in home estimate experience, where the specialist checked our panel, and also replaced a breaker for free. Later on I was able to schedule an appointment for a new panel right away for the date I wanted. The work was thorough and passed inspection with flying colors. The great customer service never stopped before, during, and after the install. I can't comfortably say that Seatown is the cheapest option, but they are by far the most professional that I found. Sometimes searching for a deal isn't worth it. As usual, you get what you pay for!

Great experience! We had to rewire most of our home and from day one with Aaron at the initial quote to the end, the Seatown team has been professional, kind and efficient! We were worried about the damage to the plaster walls in our old home but Thomas Fuller and Kyle J did everything they could to minimize the damage as much as possible. Way less holes than initially expected! They were extremely polite, walked us through the entire project and the status at the end of each day (5 day project). AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL We recently had Seatown Electric Heating and Air out to check a few outlets that weren't working properly in our 1915 home. Well, bad news. Most of our wiring was extremely old and needed to be replaced. We still had knob and tube in several places. Though we'd hoped the fix would be quick and inexpensive. It was neither. HOWEVER, using Seatown, and in particular, Thomas and Tyler, made the experience about as easy as it could have possibly been. First, Seatown does something I've never seen before. When your technician is coming out to your home, they text you with the technician's name, photo, and a little anecdote about them so you know who you're letting into your house, as well as an ETA. Second...well, there's no way I'm going to be able to continue with this first, second, third thing. There are simply too many positive things to say about Seatown, Thomas, and Tyler. We have three cats. Immediately upon entering and seeing the first cat, they asked us if any of the cats were runners (if they'd try to escape quickly), and they regularly checked to make sure all of the cats were accounted for. One of our cats is very old (and very friendly) and always got a scritch from Tyler. The two of them were always respectful, always tried to make it easy on us. We had to move almost all of the furniture at different times due to the scope of the project, and they made sure to let us know when they were going to be working in one room or another, when we'd have power and when we wouldn't. Halfway through the project, Thomas determined that in order to truly do this job right, we needed to upgrade our electrical panel. We had maxed out the power we could pull from the street. This would dramatically increase the total cost. He presented us with several options, and though we did end up choosing the full solution, he did not pressure us in any way and explained the pros and cons of the full solution vs the temporary/limited solution. Thomas and Tyler were always on time, if not a bit early. When they were done, they cleaned up so well, other than the holes in the walls (which have to stay there until after the electrical inspection in a few days), it was almost impossible to tell they'd even been there. Communication the entire time, from the first call we made to them, to the estimate, to the deposit, to the end of the job, was top notch. Seatown is definitely the first, last, and only electricians I'll call from now on.

By far the best. Not the cheapest but well worth the money. Thomas and his crew were very attentive and understanding. The wiring in my house was a nightmare and ended up taking another week past the quoted date. But they worked hard and got the job done with a few days to spare. There were a few requests made in the middle of the rewiring and Thomas was 100% accomodating. I would use this company again and will recommend them to anyone.

This was the first time I used Seatown Electric. I got an estimate from them for several small projects. Since I had never used them before, I started with a small job (adding an external outlet by the garage and replacing a circuit breaker with an AFCI breaker). I got several notifications that the scheduled work was going to happen on the day we agreed upon. I appreciate the follow up. The electricians Tom and Anthony called me the morning of to let me know they were on their way. They were punctual and very professional. They finished the work in under an hour. They double checked to make sure the new AFCI breaker wasn’t tripping. They’re not the cheapest electrical company but they’re definitely one of the best.
