We purchased our first home in summer of 2015 and that is when I first met Mr. Electric. We had them come and take a look at our junction box. Most recently we had more work done too while I was out for work. As a husband who is out to work most days, Mr. Electic's teammates had to come while my wife was home. When I got home I was pleased to hear that their teammate was one of the friendly neighborly types of people. Being in professional sales, to me that's important to the brand just as much as the body of work. The workmanship was clean and done well. We had a thermostat that had melted and was cooking the drywall around it. I got home too see that things were flush and in perfect working condition. This is actually the second time we used Mr. Electric. We have more work to be done, since the winter struck, so we're going to be coming back a third time to have an issue looked at with our flickering lights.

Electricians demonstrated exceptional professionalism. They are genuine masters of their craft. Prices were competitive and reasonable. Excellent customer service experience; I will undoubtedly employ them again for future electrical service needs.

We had an appointment scheduled for 8am today, and they no showed. My fiance called twice and 2 different receptionists pretended they couldn't hear her and hung up on her. She called another 3 times after that, and they just stopped answering the phone. Disgusting behavior displayed by the associates of this business. I advise you to take your time and your money elsewhere.

From my experience I conclude that Mr. Electric will charge you as much as they can get away with, so beware. They charged me almost $2,700 for about 7 man hours of work, minimal materials. They wired six recessed lights and 4 smoke detectors that were already in place, plus a light switch and replaced a service wire. The manager threw me a bone and lowered it to $2,370 after I complained. That's still $300 an hour for electrical work that I made easy for them.

Super nice man!! As a woman it's really hard to find honest contractors!!! I had a simple question about installing new LED can lights to my existing units. Wanting to do the right thing and call first, he was the only electrician who took the time to talk with me and assure me the way it had to be installed was correct and safe!! As a retired veteran honesty & integrity are Important to me, he showed both attributes right from the start! Honesty & kindness go a long way. I will def call him for future work!

Had an appointment for a quote, they never showed up, did not call to say they weren't showing up, did not return my call either. Then they called wanting to come by 5 days later, never apologized for not showing up previously. Absolutely no self awareness. I guess they are just so busy they don't need any new business. Must be nice.

TEN STARS. Some jobs you don't want to mess around with, they have to be done correctly. For example, the electricity in your home. Mr. Electric was pro from start to finish. Everyone at Mr. Electric was remarkably helpful and responsive, they actually seemed to care that I had no power. Steve the electrician arrived within an hour of my phone call, and he spent the rest of the day, until past dark, fixing the problem, which involved the main power to the house between meter and breaker board. Additionally, Steve and the support staff have been working with the city, freeing me from most of the bureaucratic process of inspections, permits, etc (I had a full-on melt-down so this was a big job). Based on my past experiences with electricians and contractors in general, I strongly suspect this fix could have been WAY more of a hassle than it was. Will definitely call Mr. Electric the next time I need an electrician.

The response time was awesome, the work was done well, the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and they clearly marked and explained the work that was done. The one thing that I am displeased w/ was not being forewarned that there would be some drywall repair that I would be expected to do myself. For the amount paid for the work, I would have expected full service around finishing.

Former Flyer

Mr. Electric got it right after two previous electricians failed to diagnose the problem. A faulty wall outlet was causing a shock when touching any metal part of the treadmill. After a quick inspection, Mr. Electric described the likely fault and I agreed to the repair. Problem solved. Diagnosis and remedy of what now seems a simple fault gives me 100% confidence to rely Mr. Electric in the future.

Ali (#9275) was fantastic. Very courteous and thorough. She took the time to really understand the scope of the problem. She completely nailed it and the work looks great. She came out to my house same day after several other electrician's didn't even return my call. She gave me solid estimates on some other work I need to have done so I'll call Mr. Electric again most certainly but to be honest it was Ali that sold me because she was so personable and professional.

I enjoyed working with Sanjeev and Joel on my kitchen remodeling. Sanjeev was very professional, respectful to the home, and highly experienced. Joel's attention to the details was amazing also. They were both easy to talk to, kind to answer to all my questions. I also had a good communication with the company owner Larry and Edna, who were very accommodating to the needs and schedule.

I called about 4 other electricians and left messages before I called these guys. None of the others returned my calls for whatever reason. Their front service receptionist was pleasant to talk to on the phone and get my appointments set up for repair. Guy who came and fixed my issue was friendly and informative. My issue was a pretty easy fix and straight forward so they took about $40 dollars off totaling to about $274. Will probably use these guys again in the future.

I hired Mr electric because of their promise of being fast and effective. I was getting ready to close on a refinance we had some minor electrical work to get done. After completing the work, Mr Electric said they would take care of the city final inspection and that I would get a call the next day to confirm the day of the inspection. I never got a call. I called them for a week and nobody called me back. Finally I heard that the inspection would be in thursday and turns out when i logged into the city permit portal they hadn't even scheduled the inspection so the lied to me. Mr. Electric has very bad customer service as they wont return your call. I am very disappointed by Mr Electric so I would recommend to stay away from them.

Was suppose to arrive at 9. Dispatch called and said they were running late. Arrived at 10:30 or so. Ended up they said heater was old (and it is) and needed to be replaced. I remembered that it had a reset button (not them). Retired it and hit reset button and it works fine. Did find new heater but would cost $423 dollars. If I had remembered reset button it would have saved me $300. + dollars. Took personal phone call while settling bill. Have used before and was satisfied. Not so this time.

The electricity in our portable went out just a few weeks before Christmas and we called around everywhere but couldn't afford the ridiculous prices that other companies were charging. We finally found Mr. Electric which were way more reasonably priced. They were so professional and would show up at the exact time that was set every single time they came out. The electrician(s) was able to figure out the problem, order parts, and install on the exact days that were promised. We have never worked with a more reliable company! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Electric and will only be calling them if we ever have issues in the future.
