Duane M. of Eco Electric & Plumbing did a great job of investigating and finding out just what my plumbing problem was and then completed the job by installing a new toilet on a follow up appointment. On the follow up appointment Lekenyada W. was also on the job with Duane M. and assisted Duane with completing the installation of the toilet. Both Duane and Lekenyada were very efficient and friendly. The installation of the toilet went very smoothly.

I bought a custom chandelier from Lowe's recently and purchased installation with it. However, when the chandelier arrived a week later Lowe's said their installer had retired and they would have to refund my install. How could they not know about the retirement when I purchased everything?! I had house guests coming over in a few days and needed it done ASAP. I got in touch with Eco Electric, and Zachary Weber came over for the estimate. I explained my situation, and even though he was completely booked for installs that day (and for several weeks in fact), he went out of his way to return to my house that same evening and installed the chandelier anyway, even though it was a couple hours drive from his last job. He installed it in record time and and he did it under budget too. The new lighting looks fantastic. Thank you Zack for going the extra mile to make sure my dining room looked spectacular for the weekend. I can't recommend Zack and Eco Electric enough, and will call them first for any electrical or lighting work I need done in the future.

The finished on time and a bit under budget. What more did you need to know? So far the quality and care in solving some difficult issues in an older home made the full replacement of our electrical system run smoothly. I will say, they were not the lowest bid, but they were competitive and were worth what we paid. Will bring them back in for some plumbing issues on the strength of their electrical work.

I highly recommend this company and would call them first and use them again! Right before Christmas I had power go out in some areas in my home. I looked on the BBB website and found Eco Electric. They were the first and only company I called that was able to provide a free estimate and would only charge if they found an issue. They were also available to send a technician out the next week. Other companies were charging at least $150 for the service call and for just showing up to diagnose the problem. They also didn't have anything available until mid-January. From the beginning of my experience with Eco Electric, I have had a good and memorable one. Donna, the scheduler, called to make my appointment. She also called a few days prior to remind me of the appointment and then sent a text a day before and day of! The day of my appointment, there was an earlier opening and Donna asked if she could send the techs over now. I was delighted to hear it, but couldn't change the time. Then she notified me that they would be a little late, but were on the way. It was fine with me since they were still within the window of time for our appointment. When Connor and Nate arrived, they were very professional, courteous and polite. They put covers over their shoes and were patient when we explained the situation. They provided simple and detailed explanations that we could understand. Connor also gave us some safety tips regarding space heaters. They were able to fix our issue quickly and didn't charge! Their service goes above and beyond my expectations and that is a refreshing change! Thank you, Eco Electric!

We had many things that needed to be fixed all around the house. Seth from Eco Electric & Plumbing arrived right on time, was very professional and courteous. He went around the house to review the jobs and even took the time to solve some of our issues (we never realized we add a special plug for the microwave oven!!!!). Zach was the electrician who did all the repairs and updates. He was super professional, friendly and did an amazing job! The quote was really competitive and from beginning to end the quality of the service (from the assessment, to scheduling the work to the repairs) was top notch. We got lucky and got Matt Hatfield as our electrician. He came out, worked with us to find the best deal, and went above and beyond. We were going to be without power until we could get our meter socket fixed, but ECO made sure to get the job done within a day despite being booked. All others we contacted had a month wait. Our electrician then made sure to come early and make sure to get done in time to ensure the inspector could come out and get us power back before the weekend. He stopped at nothing to ensure we were satisfied and happy with the service provided. Rather than looking at us as an open checkbook, he looked at us as humans who were going to be left without power in the cold and wanted to make sure to do everything he could for us. Matt was super friendly, smart, efficient, and hard working. I would recommend ECO to all my friends and family. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Shawn Odom just came to my house to estimate costs re replacement of bulbs and blades for 2 ceiling fans. He was clear and knowledgeable and ended up giving me info re my options. I ended up deciding that I could actually, even though I'm mechanical, take care of the project myself. Even though the estimate was free, I offered to pay Shawn $50 for his time and expert advice, but he declined my offer saying that tips were not allowed. I couldn't believe it. Is there actually an honest company still in existence? Highly recommended!

My condo is considered "commercial" because of how many stories it is, but it was a small residential job so it was hard to find someone willing to come out. I am so glad I was referred to Eco Electric. Shawn and Julia came out within a few days to look at the project. They diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution. They provided a quote on site. We scheduled the work and within a week they were back, installing a new heater. They worked quickly. Shawn even went the extra mile and checked a broken ceiling light fixture while he was here. It's been a few weeks and our new heater works perfectly. I am so relieved to have this fixed and to have a new electrician to recommend to my neighbors. We had a issue and they went out to inspect it for issues. They found the issue easily (reset the breakers, had to push it back all the way to fully reset it) and didn't charge any fees for the service. Will definitely use them again when tenants have more electrical issues.

He was able to solve a difficult wiring problem that others just could not figure out, and was extremely straightforward about the solution. It worked! Eco Electric came out and installed a Quiet Cool whole house fan, back in April. This fan is amazing. We have it running every night and every morning! It is so nice and cool throughout our house. It assists our air condirioning, perfectly. It used to be very cold downstairs and still too warm upstairs, it is now a great temperature throughout. My husband talks about it to all of his friends! Our experience with ECO Electric was outstanding. The technicians arrived exactly on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They assessed the electrical issues we had, presented choices and completed their work quickly. Even though the job was messy, they cleaned up every speck of debris. They did not try to sell us something we didn't need and repaired what could be repaired rather than replacing something that did not need to be replaced yet. Even though most house calls often cost $275 just to walk through the door, ECO did not charge us because they felt the work they did was quick and easy. Their integrity was amazing. Can't say enough about the quality of people at Eco Electric & Plumbing. I had both electrical and plumbing work done, and I felt heard and understood and not rushed at all. They have wonderful customer service. We had a snafu with one of our appointments, and they made it right by offering a discount on our initial balance. Electrical: Connor is great! During the initial estimate he took the time to walk through our place, answered all questions I had in a respectful manner. I initially called because I wanted a quote for recessed lighting in our living room and bedrooms, but ended up not getting it done. However, he did a 360 degree walk through of our place and we found a few things he suggested we fix for safety reasons. He explained things clearly and never once made me feel silly for asking for clarification. Being new to homeownership, I really appreciated how he took the time to educate me on what he was looking at, and different solutions. He also knows a lot about smart homes/smart lighting and was open to discussing various options that I could consider. Had him come back a few weeks later to do the minor fixes and couldn't be happier! Plumbing: Got water heater and garbage disposal replaced, and bath fixtures sealed. Matt came to do the initial estimate and he was incredibly helpful, and also did a fantastic job making sure I knew how things worked and what we should keep an eye out for. I appreciated him saying that he would only put parts in our house that he would use in his own. He was a fantastic communicator, and made sure that Duane and Kenyada knew what he was expected of the job before leaving to take care of another job. Both Duane and Kenyada were fantastic and made sure the job was done right. Duane even took a look at my hose connection on the side of the house and did a quick adjustment to make sure that it was working properly. In addition he gave me info on the part for another hose so that I could get a replacement. The other part that I really enjoyed seeing was the way everyone interacted with each other with respect. It's not always the case that everyone knows one another and gets along -- so it must mean that the company is doing something right. Will be trusting them with other jobs in the future!

Bottom line: Super fast, lowest bid, very personable and professional. We needed a hose bib installed on the front of our house and some slow leaks dealt with. Duane and Kenyatta gave us the bid without pressure or hard-selling and explained everything thoroughly. After letting them know which parts we wanted to move forward with, they scheduled it right away, and, a couple days later, were in and out in a few hours. Great clean-up, very warm and courteous, and they brought our lab a dog chew :) We will definitely go to them for all our plumbing and electrical needs in the future.

We didn't know the lights were on a dimmer switch that had somehow been activated. One push, and suddenly full lighting. Weren't we dumb? Now, can you believe this? Shawn said, "No charge." Let me start by saying that finding a dependable, professional and knowledgeable electrician who is licensed to work in high rises is close to impossible to find in Downtown Seattle! I called countless companies until I finally found Eco. I had 2 projects i needed done: replace 2 light fixtures in a closet and put in track lighting. At first I was taken aback by the cost of replacing a light but after getting almost an identical quote from another company, I accepted that it was the market price in Seattle and decided to go with Eco because I really felt like they really took customer service seriously! My dinning room ceiling light cannot be turned on. Luis Carrilo and Robert came, troubleshoot and found that the line behind the wall was cut. If wall needs to cut to fix the issue, I would have a lot of work to do to fix the wall. Luis provided the best solution. He went up the attic, found the cutted line, connect it to a new line and wire it thru the wall into my light switch. Wall was saved. Luis did awesome job! I am very satisfied with the outcome.
