I've been working with them since 2010, and throughout my numerous encounters I have always walked away extremely happy. It started with a Dish movers package, and getting internet when I first moved to the area. Dish botched the movers package, they had a firm from Montana coming to install but then decided that couldn't do it because it needed a tri-pod. CBS was able to not only get the movers package fixed on the same day, but they had an old tri-pod and were able to use that without any costs to me. A couple years later I had to get new internet because the old one didn't work where I moved to, after trying to work with a couple different vendors I turned back to CBS and they were again able to fix the issue the very next day. Then when there was a hard drive error with the Dish and Dish wanted me to send the receiver back and wait 2-weeks for it to be repaired, pay for shipping, repair, etc. CBS was able to upgrade to a new unit (same day) at no extra costs to me. Recently (this morning) I was moving again just around the corner and the internet provider wanted $65 to move the dish. So I called CBS again and they were able to not only save me $5 a month, and $35 in installation, they were able to get 10x faster internet. It seems every couple years some provider drops the ball on their service, I'm just glad these people are around to fix the issues. They are absolutely wonderful and I highly suggest them to anyone in the area.

stay away unless you want to get robbed and pay money you shouldn't have to... once they install they can care less about what happens with your services... making things become more difficult when they have the only contract to install and the only access to the dish but don't want to do anything

Clearwater in Kennewick. Best personal service that I've ever received. He had my internet on line the same day and my tv working in two days. I just moved to the Tri Cities from Seattle. I have always noticed that the young device savy techs assume us greezers known bow to function all this TV, Satellite, DVR, sound bar, Blue Tooth, pairing, and voicea activation. All and all now that we have adjusted to the format, we love its features.

Stars would have been higher. However, there seemed to be a lack of communication. The person installing the dish had know idea that he was supposed to install a dish and the package that I spoke the individual in the shop about that he assured me would be included where not and I had to spend the next two and a half hours talking with customer service and getting things set up.

What an AWESOME Company!!! Was a big hassle trying to work with DISH by calling the 800 number, 45 minutes and still no resolution, so hung up on them and drove down the street to Columbia Basin Satellite. Its been a long time since I have felt the "small town" local experience of you matter. They were quick to assess the situation and my frustration. Spent all of 20 minutes in the office and they had me signed up for dish and they personally came out and installed everything the same day!!!!! Talk about customer relations, FANTASTIC! They get paid to do installs from the big guys then gives kickbacks to apartment complexes with the money you give them to do installs that they say you have to pay. Wow this Company is amazing. I called to get a price on Dish. They had Dish, DirecTV, Charter, not only that they have internet and phone too. This company really seemed to be out for my best interests and not there own. They got me set up with Dish and the Hopper, its amazing. Internet they got me set up with Charter lighting fast. Didn't need phone service. The sales person was great. The tech was awesome showed up 10 minutes early that never happens. He also showed me how to use it in good detail too. They also hang TV's to, I had them hang a 60" for me it turned out great. They even hid the wires in the wall. Thanks Columbia basin Satellite your the best you have me business for life.

They have always been great to work with, but they went beyond expectations with some trouble I was having with my DIRECTV.
