I won't use your services ever due to the sheer fact that one of your drivers cut me off by going over the double white lines today. 2/6 at 5:15pm around Kirkland. If those are the types of drivers/electricians you hire, no thanks.

I had a great experience from start to finish with 24/7. Igor came to my house for the estimate, which was provided via an iPad and an email sent to me for review with my spouse. Then I accepted the estimate and Alex called within an hour to schedule the appointment, which was the next week. Mauricio, the electrician came to my house and was quick, polite, and thorough. I had made a mistake in the type of recessed lights I selected in the estimate and after discussing the change with Mauricio, Igor brought the correct product out to our house so the job could be completed the same day. I am very happy with 24/7's streamlined service using technology. They have a knowledgeable team with Alex as the office manager and Igor and Mauricio. Thank you! We look forward to using you again for our electrical needs.

I did not have power in several rooms and when trying to reset the breakers heard a weird noise coming from the panel. I called 24/7 electric to find out what the problem was. They came out within the next few hours and told me that my panel is a Zinsco brand and is a fire hazard so they recommend replacing it ASAP. They gave me a quote for $1,200 which was a good deal (I called 4 other places to get quotes and theirs was the lowest). I had them come out early the next morning, let them in and left for work. By the time I came back from work, I had a new panel and everything was working fine. The electrician did a great job making sure there was no damage to the wall and he cleaned up afterwards. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and service and would definitely use them in the future.

We made special arrangements to meet an electrician at 8 am which was their time of choice. 8 am comes and goes no 24/7 electrician. we call at 8:45 and the man answering said he would call his man to see where he was. He returned my call stating that "his man" was in bed and did I still want him to come. Really, is this how you run your business? I will never ask for a recommendation from Home Depot again and NEVER use 24/7 Electric! If i could give them 0 stars I would.

We had a fairly easy job of replacing 2 hard-wired smoke detectors and 24/7 Electrical did a great job. They were on time and completed the job within an hour. The charge for labor was $130/hr plus tax (1 hour minimum), which was reasonable compared to a couple of other Electrical contractors I called. We purchased our own smoke/carbon monoxide combo detectors. There is no trip fee, except if they need to go back out and purchase additional supplies necessary to complete the job. They also have a 5 year warranty on their work. It was very easy to make an appointment. Be sure to leave a message, if they can't get to the phone.....they will call you back. They also send you an email a couple of days before your appointment, as a reminder. I will definitely call 24/7 again for any electrical jobs.

I am an experienced Design+Build General Contractor and I have used a lot of Electrical Contractors over the years. I found 24/7 Electrical & Plumbing with one call. My client needed a replacement panel to handle his electric car charging. This panel replacement job also has a solar panel and a back-up generator which was not a simple project. These guys did a great job at a fair price. They even cleaned up which is rare for electricians. I will use them again!

The service provider was abrasive and pushy. There was a 3% additional fee for using a credit card which ended up being an extra $10. So in the end it cost us $276 to replace a faulty thermostat. Also, for a business which calls itself 24/7 Electrical it isn't very aptly named. It took 2 or 3 days for them to send someone out here. I was originally planning to have them install track lighting in my place, but I realized it probably wasn't worth dealing with them after the first 5 minutes of interaction.

24/7 Electric was very responsive in setting up a service call. Then the issues began. Technician was running 3 hours behind. By the time he showed, it was the end of the day. He identified a complication with wiring for a wall mounted TV, ignored the other multiple reasons I had contacted this outfit about (installing 2 new fixtures and 2 new outlets I had purchased in advance.) Then turned and walked out of my house without a word and drove away.....No followup call...no nothing. Don't waste your time with these guys.

HONEST and personable. Half of my condo went dead and the 24/7 guy quickly found the problem, which was two fried electrical boxes. I thought it was a fried breaker and expected a huge upsell issue with replacing the entire box, etc, but this guy was super honest. He fixed the outlets and gave me the quite visibly burned up ones and went on his way. I called about a dozen places before finding 24/7; not one answered the phone and some of the voicemail boxes were full. 24/7 answered immediately and the guy was here in two days. He was on time and amazing. Thank you for being honest and efficient.

Other than having to wait (the case for every company in our area), they were top notch. Troubleshooting was fast, the fix was straight forward and done immediately. The electrician was super knowledgeable and talked us through what was done in every step. Their front office/dispatch made several suggestions for us to do in the meantime (the only company that did) - in short, great customer service, great technical ability.

The electrician came out and gave me a free quote the same day I called and started the job the next morning. Andrei and Igor did a great job installing undercabinet lighting and the lights and outlet for my new kitchen island and countertops. They also fixed the switch for my garbage disposal which I was having issues with for months. The electricians were very professional and good at answering all my questions, they finished all the work in one day and cleaned up afterwards. Everything looks and works great and I'm loving my new kitchen :) I've been recommending them to all my friends and neighbors and will definitely use this company in the future!

Great company with integrity. Igor came out and addressed all my concerns. I needed something else done that wasn't talked about and he even went to home Depot to get the parts needed (of course I had to pay extra for this), but he took care of everything. Competitive pricing and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
