Best contractor experience I’ve ever had. Shawn, Danny, and Zack showed up a little earlier than I expected which was nice. I had a transfer switch installed for my portable generator. All of them were professional and very knowledgeable about the job to be done. They explained what they were doing and thoroughly explained how everything works before they left. When i called for service the phone was answered promptly by a live human!!! My technician was promised for 8 to 9am next day. U received a text confirmation....then the following day i received a text saying my tech was dispatched with a link to track his progress. He arriced on time and was most courteous professional and most thorough. I paid a surprisingly low invoice and soon receoved a text with a link to rate the service. NoW THIS is how service should work!!! Will never call anyone else!!!!
