I would recommend EM Logan. Nick was great. He arrived on time. I received an email with his picture saying he was on the way. I loved that. He answered all my questions. I also like the poker chip I got with the company name and the tech name with his email address. It is a lot better than the usual business card. If you are looking for HVAC company, look no further.

Always on time and is great with explaining what's up with the unit. He doesn't recommend replacing anything unless it is really time for that. He did a fabulous job -- informed us of our options, explained functionality and came back today to ensure the AC had enough coolant and was working properly. Oscar also helped out with rewiring for our new thermostat. I can't recommend EM Logan highly enough.
