We had issues with two can lights high up on vaulted ceilings. One had a bulb that kept burning out after just a few days several times and we couldn't figure out why. The other one was too high for us to change the bulb because the casing was loose and prevented us from replacing the bulb. Sabin Electric came out and replaced both bulbs and explained why the high one was a problem. He suggested what we could do to fix the issue and gave suggestions of better bulbs to use as well. He didn't try to upsell, but gave me great suggestions and also said the owner could send me a quote if I was interested in getting additional work done. I appreciate their fast service and helpfulness. I would recommend Sabin Electric to anyone!

Aaron did an excellent job on our old Sugarhouse bungalow remodel! He removed knob and tube wires, wired new outlets, and added recessed lighting. He was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations on lighting and outlet placement locations. He did a quick thorough job and was very responsive. He did it right, and for a good price. Wish I could give them ZERO stars. I’ve never written a review before in my life but I must warn everyone I can about this company. Let me now explain more on what they did at my sisters Provo rental several years back. I manage a rental for my sister who lives out of state. The problem all started when she called Sabin to solve some basic electrical problems the girls were having. I met the fellow from Sabin on site for her. I soon learned that the kid who had come out was not even a licensed electrician. When asked, he told me that he had a few months experience and was going to enroll in electrical school soon—his lack of supervision by someone licensed actually frightened me. When I questioned his ability to do the work he said it was fine since he was working under “Aaron’s license”...hmmm...Ever since this fellow got his grimey hands on the electrical panel the tenants have had nothing but problems—breakers tripping constantly and sparks shooting out of outlets. Finally after 3 years of these problems, the tenants finally reported the issues last week and we called out a real electrician immediately. The new electrician told me that Sabin had doubled up wires on all the breakers and mis-wired a GFI outlet amongst other things—all of them are not good apparently. I was told these basic mistakes could have even burned the house down. He advised me to take pictures of everything and to report Sabin to DOPL, which I will be doing this week. Do yourself a favor and avoid the mistake my sister and I made. DO NOT CALL Sabin.

When the power went out, we obviously lost our lights and internet, but the worst was the heat. My father called Sabin Electric, and well, what can I say? Our home is working perfectly, I'm warm, and everything is back to normal. The expert who came to help us came all the way out to Santaquin early on a Sunday morning, identified the problem as soon as possible, was professional, and charged a very reasonable price. He found an ongoing, recurring issue that other technicians failed to identify, and performed his work under two hours. Amazing!!! Our circuit breaker broke on a Sunday over a holiday weekend. Sabin electric was at my house within an hour fixing it for an extremely reasonable price. Aaron came out personally to do the repair all the way from Provo to Sandy, and he had it fixed in about 30 minutes. I can't stress enough how friendly, fast, and reasonably priced our experience was. We called several other electricians who claimed to operate 24 hours and none of them would come. Don't look any further than Sabin electric!!

As we all know, it is often hard to get a hold of an electrician and usually you get strung along for days until one can family come out and take a look. I called Sabin Electric to install new kitchen lighting. They responded immediately, and provided me an on-spot estimate. Very reasonable cost, and they installed the new lighting as soon as the fixtures arrived. Their customer service is outstanding, as proven when the electrician's helper cracked a diffuser on one of the lighting fixtures. The electrician, Darren, immediately told me that they would replace the diffuser, or the complete fixture if a diffuser wasn't available. Later, the owner, Aaron Sabin, contacted me and reiterated what Darren had told me. Sabin Electric kept me informed of the status of ordering the part and it's shipping date, and the day the part arrived they installed it. I will use Sabin Electric for all future electrical projects!

My old home started having power outages in just our main rooms. I had several companies out, and no one could figure out the cause. Josh with Sabin didn't charge us anything because they couldn't give us an answer, and rather than recommending a very expensive full replacement of our wiring system, he took it upon himself to call five other companies and get a second opinion. He gave me his cell number (which I used several times), downloaded a communication app while waiting in the airport just so he could see and help with another urgent problem that came up, and spent weeks helping me track the issues and figure out what was going on. As my husband was out of the country for much of this time and other companies were so unhelpful, his quick, friendly communication and the fact that he clearly cared so much made such a big difference for me while I dealt with this frustrating issue. This was the best service that I never received. I called after hours because my house had become possessed. I called Sabin to help and they suggested I call the city to make sure it wasn’t on the city side. They then asked me to call back even if the city fixed the problem to make sure we were taken care of. It ended up being a city problem. our problem started Sunday evening. The power to our home was going on and off. we decided to call an 24/7 electrician (as advertised) but got a recording for the first four saying we will be back in the office on monday. When we called sabin, they answered the phone on the second ring. We talked with jenny who contacted the owner (erin her husband) who got back with us via text almost immediately. He came to the house within an hour with the power company in tow. They both listened to us explain the issue and got right to work troubleshooting. They found more than one problem within 10 minutes. Erin showed us and explained to us what the problems were and why. We were given an estimate within 30 minutes which did not change. He started work on tuesday morning with another master electrician (john). They both told us what work needed to be done and how they will be accomplishing it. They both were very professional (and funny), reliable master electricians. They took any concerns we had and made us feel at ease. They were up front and truthful with everything and anything. I will be recommending them to everyone. If i ever need an electrician again, they WILL be MY first choice.
