My house was build at 1948 many times the electrical doesn't make sense. The power in my daughter room went out, it wasn't the breaker or any of the outlets in her bedroom. Zack from JP electrical, troubleshoot it for two hours, he found a switch in the hallway that was on a different breaker, but one of the wires were lose and that wire was connected to the power circle, once he tight it, everything worked fine. The point it, he could took a hot wire from a different room and start drilling holes and make it work. Instead he didn't give up and took every outlet in the house, till he found it.

I recently had some work done at my home through JP electrical. I was very happy with the electricians who came to my house(Lenny and Mac). They were on time, they were always on task. They were clean, intelligent, and respectful. They always made sure I had a clear picture of what they were about to do and why. I was especially impressed with the electrician, Lenny, who installed our bathroom fan (which was great work). They did great work and cleaned up after themselves nicely. I had one outlet added to a bathroom which required a small cut in the sheet rock. They replaced the sheet rock nicely after the job which left me with very little work to patch and repair. I would recommend JP however I was disappointed with the lack of communication the day of appointment. They were running late but didn't communicate that with us so we were left wondering if they were coming at all. They were an hour and 45 minutes late for the appointment. I give them 4 stars but it could have been 5 had it been for better communication.

Reently had our first experience with JP Electrical. Had 9 separate projects (indoors and outdoors) that we wanted to get done. Bryson and Weston took care of it all. When we requested a follow-up visit for one of the 9 projects, JP was willing to come out same day if we needed (we didn’t). Paul and Adam made the follow-up visit, and took care of the one issue we were having. I called JP Electrical to come out and update some wiring that was flagged by my home inspector in our new house. Paul came out today and did a fantastic job! Him and his assistant were able to get here earlier than expected, told us the parts we could purchase to cut down on overhead costs, and did an excellent job getting everything finished up in a short time frame. The cost was really reasonable, and they took the time to explain plenty of options for us (and talked us out of a few expensive fixes that weren’t actually needed). We ended up having them freshen up our old cloth wiring, install new light fixtures throughout, install decora switches and dimmers, and install gfci outlets throughout.. all in six hours of work! We will absolutely be using them for any electrical needs in the future!

The $110/hour (one hour minimum) isn't the least expensive, but it is worth it. Lenny and his coworker were extremely helpful in fixing my problem, explaining my system, and giving me multiple options. I truly appreciated their honesty; rather than charge me to drive around looking for parts I might need, they wrote down the details of the parts to provide if the problem reoccurs and I need to schedule another aappointment. The next team can get the parts in advance. They also replaced a fluorescent light high in our vaulted ceiling. Took only 30 minutes to satisfy all my electrical needs. JP electric is totally amazing! Last fall I bought a new house and the electrical wiring was all jacked up. Electrician Paul came out and did a troubleshoot and was able to figure out the problem and get my house running the same day. At the time, I could not afford what was required to keep my A/C running. We were headed into winter so my A/C was dismantled until late spring of this year, 2019. Paul came back last week and was able to fix my breaker box so my air conditioning would work. Everything is now working and in order. I totally trust these guys — their work and knowledge is A+!

As far as the actual work that was done, I have zero complaints! They were a few hundred dollars less than another company I got a bid from on this particular job. I had my main electrical panel replaced. Lenny and Ryan were the two electricians sent out to do the job. They were in and out in about 6 hours just as they had estimated. They did a fabulous job! It looks great. There was a little ding in my wall because they had to remove the panel and make room for the new one. But what I appreciated was that they actually brought it to my attention and apologized for it. It was seriously so tiny, I probably would have never noticed had they not said something. When they were finished they even turned back on my appliances that I was using when they turned off my electricity. I mean, I could go on and on. They were just awesome. I highly recommend JP electrical.

Mike and Dominic were wonderful! They showed up when they said they would. They were able to estimate accurately how long the job would take and worked quickly. They charge an hourly rate, and the total bill for their work was quite a bit lower than the estimates I had received from other electricians who priced by the job. They are very knowledgeable about the lighting needs in a room and explained clearly how to switch from a regular light bulb to LED lighting. I had them install all new lighting in my kitchen and it is beautiful!

I never received the runaround treatment like I did with many of their competitors while trying to find someone to do the electrical work on my house. Their pricing was was very fair and I believe I received great value for the amount I paid. I had them install a ceiling fan, troubleshoot an outlet that stopped working, and troubleshoot a 3 way switch that had been having issues since I bought my house. They also investigated what effort would be required to install an additional light in my stairwell. They were up front about the installation. Explained that It would not be an easy install but they were more than happy to do the work if I decide to go through with it. They diagnosed and fixed all the issues very quickly. JP electrical does amazing work. They installed a bathroom fan properly vented through the roof and it looks amazing. The fan/light is mounted nicely against the roof and there is no gap. Light switch panel that was added is clean and straight. They were kind and cleaned up completely after themselves, even vacuumed every room they were in. Props to Todd and his buddy, the two that came out to complete the project. I'll never go anywhere else now.

My parents had a tree that fell on their power line when it was being cut. It was 96 degrees, after 4:00, the day before the holiday. The power company cut the power off for safety and said that we would be without power until Wednesday. All of my brothers were frantically calling people they knew who were electricians. No, Thank You Lenny! Our house is over 100 years old and still has some of the old knob and tube electrical wiring in it. I requested to have the switch/outlet replaced in the bathroom. When he removed the cover plate I swear an octopus fell out, what a mess. After numerous attempts replacing it came to find out the wire from the switch to the overhead lighting was in terrible condition, overly fragile, exposed wires and black from sparking. He replaced the entire wiring along with installing an overhead light and switch in the closet. I sent my handymen over and they couldn't solve the issue. Looked at Google reviews and quickly called these folks. A gentleman named Brad met my tenant on-time and quickly solved the problem for a VERY VERY fair low price (was a simple but hard to spot grounding issue). Super honest service. As a landlord I always feel like I'm going to get a random 700 dollar bill - especially if I'm not on-site - but Brad diagnosed and fixed the problem with integrity and for a $110. Really???? Thank you guys, and you are now on my speed dial and I will tell my other landlord friends. We had the guys from JP out to the house today to fix a shorting problem. I got a real education about what the issue was. They even replaced a burned out backyard floodlight bulb that I couldn’t reach. Everytime we’ve had JP Electrical out to the house for a project, they have been super friendly and so professional. We were having a strange electrical outage in one of our bedrooms which also was affecting the heat tape outside. We figured we needed to get it fixed before the snow flies so we called JP Electric. They showed up on time and went to work. These guys were awesome! They would simply not quit until they found the issue.
