I had a very disturbing interaction with one of their owners Kami. Scheduled a service on a home generator and they required a credit card to schedule which I gave them. The service date was 3 weeks out. However they emmediatly charged my card which I felt was not legal nor right. Charging it the day before or day of service was ok but 3 weeks in advance. Not ethical and questionable if it's legal. Kami the owner argued loudly with me saying if I didn't want to do that I could call in on the day I wanted it done and they could see if they had an opening that day or I could get some one else. Nice company. I've had Jeremy an employee do work for me for years and he's the best. But Kami is a loud mouth who needs to learn a lot in my book.

I had a back up generator and some electrical work done at my home. These guys were easy to work with and performed the work I reqiested. Everything works great. I would recomend to family and friends.
