I’m sure they have good technicians but I won’t ever know because of poor scheduling by scheduler. I was scheduled from 8:00-12:00 but she failed to tell me that they will not dispatch a technician, even though you have an appointment, unless you first answer her call saying they are dispatching. Twenty minutes after missing her call, I called her back but she had already she cancelled my appointment without notifying me. If you have an appointment, don’t step away from your phone! Very poor customer service. I won’t attempt to use them again.

Mr. Electric’s initial visit didn’t square with what I thought was a fair price and like every other company they sent me a customer sat survey. I was honest and thought i’d never hear anything about it. I was wrong. A manager called me and we discussed what happened and they refunded a portion of the money within 15 minutes of our call. Then they sent a Master Electrician our to fix something that was overlooked and did that at no additional cost to me. I’m very impressed with the level of integrity this company showed me and how much they truly care about their customers. Will definitely call them the next time I need something done.

Called on Wed. Set me up for 0830 on Friday. Technician assessed air conditioning / electrical situation (multiple) and presented me with options - and was able to complete the job that day. Work was top-notch, thorough, and efficient. Price was reasonable - especially for the experience required to assess a non-trivial (previously botched) job. Recommend 5-star! Mechanical Team

Scheduled work to be performed . Date was given to me by Mr Electric. Received two text messages to confirm and remind me plus an email to get a call the day of service stating they didn't have anyone available and didn't know why it was scheduled for the date and time it was scheduled for. That there after hours group scheduled it. However the appointment was made on a Monday at 12:50pm which is during their working hours.That's not acceptable.

Sheep in Wolves clothing. Though they appear professional they are not. They will destroy your property, miss quote you, then DOUBLE THE QUOTE . Leave your property worse than before. They cut off one of my major lines without any instructions on how to fix it AND The line was working when they got there . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Justin installed our RV electric box back in 2016. At the time he suggested wiring it for 50 amp service although our RV at the time only required 30 amps. A year and a half later and we have a new RV. Guess what, Justin was right, we now need 50 amps. He changed out the receptacle and activated the 50 amp breaker he had installed the first time.
