Called in the morning with a priority electrical challenge and the team was out that afternoon to get us straight for our weekend event. Extremely professional and respectful to me and my family while coming in and out the house to conduct their business. I'm extremely hard on vendor/service providers so it takes a lot to impress me. I highly recommend Jason and his team to get the job done and done right the first time. It's hard when you have small jobs to get an electrician out to do work. I appreciate their quality program of checking all work before heading to their next job.

I searched this morning for a local electrician in the area and a Google search turned up Covenant. With such outstanding reviews I decided to call. I only needed to have three timers installed that were slightly beyond my capabilities and was told that an electrician will be out within the hour. Say what? I was expecting to have an appointment days from now! Sure enough, less than an hour later Jason knocked on the door and began the installation. He even swept up the area around where he worked. Excellent service, very courteous, and exceedingly punctual. If I ever need an electrician in the future I will be calling Covenant Electrical Services.

Jason came out and gave me an estimate for the work that I needed to have done and even suggested that I not do some of the electrical work that others said that I must do. I had a breaker that kept tripping so called them and they were able to arrive the next day. Jason was very professional and polite but after diagnosing our problem (circuit was overloaded and needed a dedicated circuit for our AC blower) he told me they don't provide that service. Really? An electrician that doesn't do that? So I would say if you believe you have a serious or critical issue that needs repair, do not call them. Very disappointing.

Very unprofessional. Technician showed up and was super rude. He flat out refused to come into the facility to perform work simply because, as a food processing plant, we require mask, hairnet and coat to enter. He was extremely ill-mannered.

We had some neighborhood-wide power issues about a week back. It ended up causing some issues with the pool equipment so I called Covenant to come take a look. The fix ended up being very simple and while the technician was waiting for me to grab my credit card to pay the dispatch fee, there happened to be some memorabilia from my tour in Afghanistan in sight and he kindly inquired if I was a veteran, I affirmed so and he then waved the fee. These guys are awesome!!! Very veteran-friendly business!!! Purely off the principle of that alone I would give them business again!

Had an outdoor problem on 2 circuits. This was my first time to use Covenant and selected them based on previous customer reviews. Spencer showed up on Monday and was here for 7 hours and gone for parts for 2 hours. Total cost for the day was over $1800. He came back to do work on second circuit and was here for 6 1/2 hours and gone for parts for 1 1/2 hours. Total cost for the day was over $1750. The work was done very well and Spencer was great at trouble shooting the problems. The price was much higher than anticipated due to the small amount of materials used. Total price exceeded $200 per hour, parts included. I would recommend trying to get estimate of final price prior to agreeing to the work. I spoke with the owner Jason about the charges and he felt the $200+ per hour average was fair.

Had a breaker tripping. Called them out on a weekend. Their electrician told my tenant that the electrical panel was not safe, was a code violation and needed to replaced BY LAW! He of course could replace it that day. I had it replaced by another company, the following week at a third of the cost he quoted.

I was kept informed of the status of the assigned service representative and received a call 10 minutes prior to his arrival. Service was professional and completed to my satisfaction.
