Go read the numerous Yelp reviews of all the people they take checks from and then never return to complete the work and refuse to return phone calls. We got taken by them and wish we had taken the bad reviews seriously. They sure got us, and our money!!

Dryer plug was smoking and he replaced the plug and outlet and got several other busted outlets working outside with new covers. Repaired everything with my wife and kid there and was professional and nice and finished everything in less than 20 minutes. Other electrician said it would be 2 weeks until they could come, he came within an hour of calling.

We’ve used these guys over the last few years for various electrical jobs and they’ve always done a good job - generally either Alex or one of his nephews would come out. HOWEVER... we hired them a month or two ago to fix an outdoor outlet and pool controller, which was quoted at $3500. Alex requested half down for materials, which handed over via check. As other reviewers have described, after a few weeks of excuses as to why the work had not been completed (first “the weather” delayed the job, then the “wrong remote” had been delivered with the equipment), they just stopped answering the phone, responding to voicemails or text messages. So, after I write this review we’ll be headed to Allen PD to file a report for fraud. I intend to go straight to legal action if necessary, but I wanted to write this review to save someone else their hard-earned money. I was initially thinking they may have had a family tragedy of some sort, and I hope that’s not the case... they seemed to be decent people, but I think all signs are starting to point to crooked dealings.

Alex came out on a service call to identify an electrical issue. Unfortunately, he was unable to make the repairs that day, so he said he would send us the cost via txt message & can do the job a couple of days later. After not hearing from Alex after day two, we contacted him. He informed us that we were not on the schedule & he would send us the quote. We have yet to receive a quote or a phone call from Alex at this time. Definitely not dependable!

My pool side sockets were giving me a headache. Called the home warranty they weren't of much help. They asked me to hire a handyman as they are cheaper than electricians. But I knew that breakers and plug should be handled by professionals. So looked at my neighbors recommendation found Ajs. They are prompt with their phone calls. They are knowledgeable and very reasonable with their pricing. I had them out twice but they charged me for once. They educated me on what was going on. Awesome company.

Alex perhaps may be the most professional electrician I’ve ever dealt in my businesses. He does work in all my businesses plus house as well. He’s extremely professional businessman as well as a great human being. I never have had any history of overcharging, delay of work or not completing jobs on time. He helps us over the phone on several occasions. He also worked for my ex-Landlord and they’re well satisfied with his work. He’s a sincere, professional and kind businessman.
