Very prompt and friendly; however, the price quoted to change out two water supply lines was astronomical. Opted to pay the $49 trip fee and find another, more reasonable company. Would suggest staying away from this company unless you are willing to pay through the nose for even the smallest of jobs.

Very prompt response! Come the same day I called! However, the technician charges Freon at $175/lbs, which is crazy high! He added about 3 lbs. I called their customer service a week later for another repair and ask for a quote for Freon. But the representative refused to tell me the actual cost per lbs. The other company I called latter only charges $80/lbs!

Maynard Select Team was fantastic. I had a leak under my concrete slab. it turned out to be a hot water line. I got two others to come out and give me estimates and recommendations. One large well know plumbing company and a local company beside Maynard Select. Both others told me I needed to have a leak detection company come out to to pinpoint the leak before they would do anything. Maynard came out for the estimate and to look at the issue and brought their own leak detection specialist, Kevin, with the right equipment(same stuff leak detection company would use - I called the detection company). They pinpointed the leak and they charged me less than I would have to pay the other company to find it. They were ready to start the next day on the repair when it would have been two or three days for the other big company to start after detection. Their price was very comparable. A little less that other big company and the local company was significantly more. Todd the lead technician and plumber was excellent at his job. They were professional and took every precaution to keep dust down during jackhammering the concrete. They built a tunnel of plastic to keep dust contained to the smallest possible area. They had to take out my sink and vanity. They were careful and when they put it back I only need to do some touch up to have it look exactly as before. They were very friendly, efficient and professional. Todd was the best and kept me informed. I was there while they did the work and Todd was great with me checking on him some. They sent the appropriate help each day they were there, people with the right skills to support and help Todd. They amazingly finished this job in 2 days. They fiound and fixed the leak on the first day so I had hot water again. Though they were long days for them. I will also say that they were prompt and there both days when they said they would be. I highly recommend Maynard Select Plumbing. I will certainly be looking at them for other needs like HVAC tune-ups in the future. GREAT JOB TODD! THANKS

Had the mix of old PVC, galvanized, and iron pipe plumbing replaced with new Pex line. The system was brought up to modern standards and code, and the pressure/flow rate in my lines was greatly improved. The job was done with a minimum of mess, and in a very reasonable amount of time. My questions about the changes, and what I might expect in the future were answered, and the two workers were courteous and patient. Am very happy with the results.

I bought an Amana package unit in Dec 2010. I have a great warranty. The day after Christmas this year (2018) it had an issue and we didn't have heat. Josh came out and got us taken care of. I love the warranty that came with our unit. I liked the online service request also. The lady that called back was friendly and helpful.

Recently had a problem and they were extremely prompt to get us someone to make it right. The electrician was knowledgeable, helpful and willing to help us. It's possible you might pay a little more for mid-sized companies like Maynard but if/when something goes wrong, their customer service and support is completely worth it

We woke up Saturday morning and discovered that there was no heat from one of our units. I called the main number for Maynard and spoke to an actual person, who took the message. Within about 90 minutes, Justin called to say he would be there in an hour. He arrived at the time he stated and got to work right away, in the pouring rain. After a while we felt the heat coming on. Justin told us that the problem was with fuses in a box attached to the house. He replaced the fuses and was on his way by 10:00. Justin was courteous and efficient, which is what I have come to expect from Maynard Select. I am especially grateful for his promptness, which allowed us to have our heat restored with a minimum of inconvenience to us. Thanks, Justin!

Called for a blocked drain. Plumber on call said they would unblock, then run the camera for free to check the pipe. When he got here he said “Oh, this pipe is clogged, camera won’t work” ummm I know it’s clogged, that’s why I called you. Then they wanted to charge me $3500 to replace the entire drain pipe. After I was done laughing he said they could hydrojet the line for $1300. I hate dishonest people. I’ll never call these guys again.

He had to cut out some old pipes and replace them. He did an excellent job on the repairs. I was impressed with his work skills. We had a leak under the slab and called Maynard Select (among other companies). They gave us a very reasonable price to fix it and were very ready to work on it - they even offered to work on it that same day. We decided to go with them. It was the best decision we had. Everett, the advisor, was very professional, understanding, and respectful. The technician, Joesph G, was professional as well and we could tell he loved doing what he does. He put on the shoe covers every time he entered the house. They worked on our project quickly so we could get back to having warm showers. The company is very knowledgeable. We had another problem in the house as well where the codes dept had to get involved and Everett worked with them to help us. They try to the best of their ability to help us in any way. Maynard Select is the best service you will find. I will call them next time I ever have an issue (hopefully I wont!!)

Spent 2-3 hours diagnosing the problem. Found out the people who put our Trane unit had 2 wires switched which had kicked off our breaker on out upstairs unit (2 years ago). My thermostat made it appear it was working due to the batteries in it. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant and answered all our questions and showed me where the wires were wrong and even sent me pictures to my phone. He also gave me pictures of it after he fixed it.
