First, thet showed up without calling but they were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. To run new wires, they cut holes in my sheetrock. Only after the fact did I learn they wouldn't be repairing those holes. So after paying them, I had to pay someone else to fix the damage they left.

They are good people and have good knowledge when it comes to fixing electrical problems. It's a very small company and they provide good jobs for people. They are willing to train the right individual with less experience. Overall they are a good company.

Quality of work was good but technicians were in a hurry to rush out the door and had to come back another day to finish. They left wire and mud on the floor with a trash can nearby.

We had a great experience with CN Copeland. We called one afternoon because needed 2 phone jacks put in as soon as possible (in order to do business - in our new location in Knoxville). The company was so accommodating and they gave us an appointment the next day. On top of that they were on time, did the work quickly and were reasonable in price. My employer said - "put their name in your rolodex" ... (yup, I still use one). Anyway, thanks C.N. Copeland!!
