The Vice President called and then came to our home to apologize that they installed a wrong plug and didn't sort out the issue sooner. My favorite part was that he said sorry, it was his fault, that he was going to use it as a training opportunity in his upcoming staff meeting, and he wanted to be sure we got a good welcome to Sioux City. I'm rewriting my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Their reputation matters to this family owned business. Impressive.
