Guy Johnson, Howe's service technician, was awesome! When I got home from my church's Ash Wednesday service, I noticed that my home's temp was 62 degrees! After trying to trouble shoot it myself, I called Howe. Guy appeared in 15 minutes, spent a short time diagnosing and fixing the problem and I now have heat again! Tonight's low is around zero degrees. Keep him - he knows his stuff!

Guy Johnson served me and my family well! As a representative and agent to How, Inc., he never pushed a product nor made us feel as if we were stupid upon asking if it would be worth getting a new furnace or not. He gave us the facts and let us think about it for a few days. Guy would have been just as happy to fix or maintain what he could on our old furnace. After my wife and I discussed the options, we decided to bite the financial bullet and commit to a new furnace. After calling Guy, he came and installed the furnace within 3 days. I just got done talking with Terri from Howe, Inc. to schedule a city inspection for next week, and she gave the upmost, respectful customer service. If their craftsmanship is as good as the customer relations. I have no worries about the furnace passing inspection.
